About this house rental
Located on Ft. Myers Beach just steps from the Ocean, This newly built home features five bedrooms and four baths. Bring your family, extended family and friends for an unforgettable vacation!
Soak up the sun in the heated salt water pool or champagne spa. Or have a nice BBQ on the pool deck. Or sit on one of our two balconies and smell the ocean air while enjoying a spectacular view of the gulf.
The top level is where you will find the large master bedroom with a King-Size bed and private bath. Enjoy the extra large walk-in-shower with raindrop shower head while taking in views of the gulf. But don't forget to sit out on the balcony to watch the beautiful view of the sun while it sets over the horizon. The Jr. Master features a Queen bed with a private walk-in-shower and huge walk-in-closet.
On the second level, you will find three additional bedrooms. One Bedroom comes with a Queen bed and closet. Another bedroom comes with two Double beds and a closet and finally the largest room on this level features a Queen bed with private bath and walk-in-shower. All rooms are equipped with large Flat-screen smart TV's with free YouTube TV. The laundry room is equipped with a washer, dryer and iron/ironing board. This level has a main bathroom with a tubbed shower. There is a generous open concept living area with an oversized sliding door and a balcony with an outdoor seating area with an amazing view of the gulf.
The kitchen features are all new stainless-steel appliances. The kitchen comes fully loaded with everything you may need for your stay. The dining area has a large table that can easily seat an entire family, with additional seating at the center island.
The bottom level and back yard has a very large covered lanai with large screen TV. Easily watch any event or show from our very large heated salt water pool or champagne Spa. There is plenty of outdoor seating for everyone to either sit in the shade or enjoy the Florida sun.

We are so grateful that we found The Icehouse for our first family vacation! The house is even more beautiful in person! The backyard is spacious, the pool and sauna were much larger than expected. The short walk to the beach was perfect for us to be able to spend time there without being unable to go back to the house when the kids were tired. We unfortunately had quite a few storms during our stay, so the provided games kept both the adults and kids entertained the entire trip. The hosts were accommodating, always easy to reach, and were quick to respond to any of our questions. Publix is also just a couple of miles away making grocery trips quick when we forgot ingredients which was an unexpected surprise. There isn’t a thing we would have changed! We made so many amazing memories and can’t wait to return in the future for more! Stop looking for your perfect vacation spot and book now…you will be thankful you did! Thank you Janine for a time we will never forget!

My family and I travel from PA to FL for a week every summer. We can honestly say this was the nicest beach house we ever rented. The layout, bedrooms (all had a TV), balconies, pool/hot tub/BBQ area, the bikes (it was nice not to have to rent), beauty, well equipped kitchen and especially the very short distance to the beach made this home exceptional.
The check-in process was easy. And there was a binder onsite addressing every question we had (ie. how do I turn on the TV? How do I turn on the hot tub?). :o) Thank you to the owners for making our stay so comfortable. We LUV your IceHouse!

We had an absolute blast. Everything was seamless from the booking to the check in and check out. The house is beautiful and its location was perfect for all our needs. The house was equipped with everything we could possibly need with the exception of steak knives which we shared with the cleaners. The backyard is a personal oasis that was perfect for little fair children that didn’t want to spend the whole day at the beach. The bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for our family of 12. We would highly recommend this property to anyone. We were sad to leave.

I would give this 10 stars, if I could. Simply amazing and perfect vacation home for our family of 8 adults and 2 young children. Everything is at your finger tips and each room feels like its own uniquely designed space. Words can’t describe how resort like the outdoor area is with a beautiful pool and spa and plenty of shade areas to relax, grill, dine, grab a drink and enjoy games inside the pool garage.

Everything about the Icehouse is wonderful! The beach is great and so close. The property is more than adequately stocked with every beach necessity you could want from comfy chairs, to wagons, to toys galore. The pool is a true retreat and there are oodles of toys and floats to use. The garage is full of fun games and the bikes were a treat to ride to the local food trucks. The interior of the house is stunning! It’s a beautiful space to enjoy and had all the things that make a stay comfortable- cozy blankets, fancy hand soap, a well stocked kitchen, a YouTube TV subscription, etc.! The two balconies are outfitted with lots of seating options. Communication with the property owner was stellar. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great! Would recommend- 11 out of 10 stars!

Don’t hesitate to book this home! It’s perfect. Great location. View is amazing. Beach is perfect and right across the street. Don’t worry if you forgot something! It’s a short walk. Amazing how many toys and beach supplies they have. We left some additional as well!

We loved staying at the Ice House. Not only was it a gorgeous home, but it had everything you needed from kitchen gadgets to beach needs. The view was amazing. Janine was so very quick to respond and was so sweet. we 100% will be coming back to FMB one day and we will only be staying here.

We had a great week at this beautiful, well equipped home! The house was immaculate and we had no issues while we were there. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook several nice meals for 8 adults. We really appreciated having a hot tub since the temperatures were a little cool. The owners were very responsive to all of my questions. Highly recommend staying here!!

My family of 6 adults and 4 kids stayed here for a week between Christmas and New Years and the property was beautiful and very clean. The home is directly across the street from the beach, and with no homes currently across the street, we had direct ocean views. It’s .5 miles from Publix which was key as there wasn’t a ton of restaurants open on FMB while we were there due to remaining hurricane Ian damage. This property had so much beach and pool gear which our family really appreciated. We would definitely stay here again. #CLE

This property exceeded our expectations, extremely clean and comfortable and offered way more than I’ve had at any rental. The hosts have thought of every detail and provided pool floats, beach toys, bikes, chairs and wagon. The kitchen was fully stocked and there wasn’t one thing we needed and didn’t have. Hopefully we can visit the Ice House again.

This was hands down the ABSOLUTE BEST rental we have stayed in. Owners were very responsive about questions.
Immaculately clean. Stocked with everything from kitchen staples (dishes, pots & pans, dish towels, spices, etc.) to beach towels, pool floats, everything! Beds were also very comfortable. When renting there is usually something that needs attention or broken but this house had zero!
The layout was ideal for our family. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for privacy and the pool area was the perfect hangout for everyone. It had shade and comfortable chairs for our older family members and plenty of room in the pool while watching the outside TV or listening to music. You have a clear and unobstructed view of the ocean. We enjoyed many a sunset on the balcony.
I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this property! You will not be disappointed!

My family and I just spent memorial weekend 2023 at the icehouse in fort Myers beach and all I can say is wow ! The home was beautiful , clean and literally had everything you needed to have the best time . There was a beautiful energy to it and I cannot wait to go back . Logistically everything was perfect. We brought our baby as well and the 3 stories really helped us , we couldn’t hear anything from floor to floor which was great . We had beach access literally across the street and the owners provided us with everything we needed to entertain ourselves whether it was pool , beach , or inside the home . Janine was outstanding , helping us with anything we needed. One of the best vacation weekends my family has ever had. Highly recommend to anyone coming to the fort Myers beach area .
