I DIDNT STAY AT THE PROPERTY

This establishment should not be in business. I wonder how they pass health inspection. Awful service and very dirty and most importantly UNSAFE . That’s why I had to cancel

Water vacation

Well 3:00 a.m. it started to thunder and lightning and rain and I received water from the outside on the inside of my room so I cleaned up water basically all night try to reach the front desk no one was there went down in the pouring rain to see what the problem was no one was there the note on the door said I'll return shortly no one ever returned until 6:30 a.m. then when they returned they informed me that they would send maintenance I really didn't care about maintenance all I wanted was another room so I ended up paying for another room and this awful charge that they charge you $25.30 bucks utility cost I asked what was that and reference of he couldn't explain he said management whatever that meant so I ended up paying $107 through booking.com and then $87 when I got to the room wow mind you they never did anything about me and the water damage to my clothing my luggage I had to wash and dry my luggage myself they never offered to reimburse me of anything way to go thanks a lot studio 6 booking.com way to go

the rooms are full of cockroaches I have videos they don't mention a fee of 50 dollars here when you get there they charge you for 4 days so far they haven't given me a refund no one solves the problem no one responds in the chat I need my 50 dollars

Worst hotel experience in my life!!!

The tv wasn’t working and I asked everyday 1 or 2 times for it to be fixed. The manager (Indian woman I think) was not at all interested in resolving this issue and kept saying it would be. I was there almost a week! I was made to feel like I was an inconvenience to her and how dare I ask for a working tv!!! She was making fun of me and being sarcastic about everything! Also, there was NOT ONE towel in the room upon arrival and I was basically mocked when I asked for towels on the 2nd day and she asked if I showered and if so how without a towel… and seemed to be insinuating I was lying or something I don’t know, but I’ve never experienced such communication issues with a hotel, concierge or reception when Requesting things that are included and certainly not a luxury!!! It took almost 48 hours to get towels And I had to use a T-shirt to dry off!!! I also mentioned that there were several cockroaches in the room and she told me they would spray in the room and they never did! Furthermore, she told me they would be matching the rate at $85 a night from the Booking.com rate when i paid directly to her to extend my stay and I did and in fact, she charged me more ! The lack of professionalism and pure disregard for my basic requests is unacceptable and I will never return to that hotel or any From that brand!

I do hope that In two weeks when I come back, they put me in a room that’s actually worth staying.

This is the second time that I’ve stayed in this hotel because I travel for work. This last experience they put me in a room upstairs. The bathroom had no door no toilet paper no paint no towels to shower.

I didn’t like the fact that the bathroom had no door so there’s no privacy in the bathroom no towels no toilet paper

Horrible worst room I have ever been in

Nothing we left did not even stay one night

It was filthy dried material in draws that looked like urine.Entire room smelled like urine.There was no one at the desk on arrival just a sign on the door ( back later).there was no door on the bathroom and no bath towels provided although the tub was to dirty to use.I am contesting my charges with my credit card co as your customers service did nothing when I contacted them on arrival

Passable

When checking in, things were busy due to limited staff, but the associate was very nice and accommodating.

Once I got in my room, the AC did not work. I didn't notice it till late due to me coming in late. So, I endured through the night. When ii reported the next morning. I was told they'd send someone by to check on it, and they didn't. I later called after returning from a family event, and the gentleman was quite abrupt about him not being the person I reported the issue to. He stated that he'd find me another room. That never happened.

It was filthy, plain and simple. The room was dirty,toilet filled, floor had to be cleaned by me to walk on it. Taught me lesson you get what you pay for and never again think Motel 6 or whatever the name is has changed, even dirtier than ever.

the lady in the front desk didn’t think I knew Spanish was was talking to a coworker saying oh nobody washed sheets so rude . Then when I walked in the room no comforter on the bed . and you could feel the metal springs on the bed really bad
