Nice atmostphere, good peoplenice vibes!!! Loved it!

The food was excellent entertainment and ambiance on the roof top were very good. Both Steve and Ricardo were very pleasnt and accommodating, Well done Canopy for hiting such friendly front desk staff. I will be back!!!

the only negative was that I could'nt stay longer!!!! lol There was nothing negative about my stay. Keep up the good service.

The atmosphere was simply amazing. I love the fact it is in the downtown area. The rooftop restaurant and pool was amazing.

I did not like that valet was pricey nor did I like how long I had to wait to be served and get my food from the restaurant.

Family time in Palm beach West

Well located in Palm beach West, good breakfast, friendly staff

The walls are extremely thin and you listen everything in the room next to yours. I also had to go twice to the counter to get the vouchers for breakfast. First we had one for 30$ (for 4 people) and then we got another one for 30$ when they put that it was valid for 3 more people but it was rejected at breakfast. So i got there for the third time to finally get the 4 vouchers we were entitled and that we had paid for. Didn’t really appreciate the fact that i had to go twice to the counter to get the right amount of vouchers

I enjoy it. Great location and loved that they had a free shuttle to take us around the area.

The property was clean and staff was nice.

We rented a cabana and there are only three. We got to the cabana first in the morning. Went to the cabana whee we saw our name (the three of them are the same )and put all our stuff down at it. We were there over an hour before the other people who rented cabana came down. Apparently one of the gentlewoman had said that he had a particular cabana (the one we were in) and started making a stink about. He never said anything to us but eventually spoke to a staff member who then came and spoke to us and had of switch cabanas. Moral of the story the hotel should have “assigned numbers” for the cabana when you rent them That way someone can’t make a big deal about which one is theirs. You get what you get.

Location was fantastic you really can walk anywhere. The staff was so friendly from the valet, front desk, Restaurant, Bob and the grounds keepers. Everyone just really makes you feel like home.

That it’s valet only, these guys are great and fast but I like to be able to just get my car by myself. I’m a tipper and we were in and out a lot during our visit, so I spent more on parking and tipping than I did on anything else during my visit.

Crappy front desk personnel upon checking out/ bad deposit release policy!

Location, rooms.

The front desk staff . I asked them twice to release the incidentals deposit upon check out which they assured me they did BUT till now, the 19th of July, they still hold the money. I checked out on the 6th of same month using a debit card. At this point i need to address this huge issue as i m facing another fraud this time by the Coral at the Atlantis hotel which illegally withdrew $980 on a free cancellation booking, cancelled in May!! I have made a dispute order together with Mastercard to retrieve my money and i ll have to wait till the 1st of August!..of course Booking.com although informed by me was all of a sudden dissatisfied from any kind of communication or help! So my stay to the Canopy was seriously affected by their deliberate intension to hold till the end money that must have been released immediately after final checkout and clearance of any balance due. Hotels that keep people’s money in that pattern must be seriously taken into consideration and reviewed accordingly!!!

Very nice hotel. Rooms were great. Pool and restaurants super nice to never have to leave hotel

Breakfast at banter was high quality and super convenient being in the hotel

The third elevator was down. Fourth of July made the hotel a little busy.

No complimentry coffee after 730.. really 350$ room and cant get .40 cent coffee🙄 cleaning lady came by and was cleaning room next door my 5 yr old makes less noise doing the dishes

This was my first time visiting West Palm Beach and my stay here ensured that I’ll be coming back again!

The property was perfectly placed, just down the street from a shipping mall and plenty of restaurants. you are immediately greeted by valet when you pull up, followed by the front desk staff who are friendly and super helpful.

Nothing. I loved everything about it!

Wonderful Downtown West Palm Beach Stay

Wonderful hotel, restaurant, staff, rooms, and overall experience at The Canopy. Great location. Modern decor and loved the food at the Banter restaurant, which is conveniently located in the hotel. The hotel is just wonderfully designed and definitely will be a favorite when staying in downtown West Palm Beach. The rooftop pool, bar, and restaurant are breathtaking.

Everything was beyond my expectations, and there was everything to love about The Canopy.

Staff, Food, Rooms, Location - All perfect for whats was needed by myself and the team.

Towels in the room - not enough and not replenished fast enough. I think water should be put in the room fresh each day.
