Not worth the money we spent!!!!

There was nothing to like about this place 🤮🤮

This was absolutely nothing compared to the pics on booking.com.... Over priced Roach hotel... This location needs to be shut down, torn down or something!!!! Pool was not even clean... Was just disgusting... Not a place to stay at and will never ever stay there again!!!

Tub was clogged at arrival. Showered and got clogged again. Advises front desk maintenance was supposed to cone out but didnt. Internet was working for new roku system to watch tv

Disappointing

The property was good location you can get to anything you need too. Ac worked amazing so it stayed super cold.

The pictures are a lie! We got a king size bed for 2 of us and there was 1 pillow and 1 towel in the room. There was no remote to the tv and you had to cast it from your phone to watch tv which sucked for us cause we didn’t have service and the WiFi didn’t even work. The key didn’t work half the time so we had to walk to the office to have to fix the card or come unlock it. There is no security lock on the doors. You can barely sit on the toilet with the door shut. The outside walking area was nasty and always had trash everywhere!

Absolutely nothing! This place is disgusting. Roaches in the bathroom, spiders clearly visible on the walls, a bed full of bugs!

EVERYTHING! The beds were full of bed bugs. The bathroom had roaches crawling everywhere. Spiders were all over the walls. The AC unit had no knobs and wires sticking out of the bottom of it. If I weren’t so disgusted and just trying to get my family out of there I would have taken pictures. I did make a call to the health department and the employee at the front did see and verify with her own eyes the bugs on the bed and in the bathroom. She was equally disgusted. I was told I would receive a full refund within 48-7 hours and that has not happened. I called customer service for the motel and was told the would attempt to call me back about the matter in another 72 hours. Basically they displayed this as a beautiful property on this site only to arrive at this disgusting location. I am by no means expecting a Hilton when I chose this place but I was at least expecting a clean room with no bugs. This was a horrible disappointment.

Pool looked well taken care of but we didn’t get a chance to swim

No tv, phone or trash can …. Floor was soaking wet … there were no towels or toilet paper and not enough pillows

My key card did not work reported it to front desk they came tried to open she couldn't so she went to the back of the building yelled at someone the walked passed us as if we weren't standing there in the heat, then sent a random teenager to open it with a key card still didn't work a man walking by with a crow bar the young kid ask to open the door he put the crow bar in between the door and lock popped it open and walked off like nothing.

Absolutely disguising and trashy.

There was nothing to like about this facility.

I didn't like anything. The room was dirty. I had to wipe the floor up with toilet paper. There was soggy, dried up toilet paper all over the floor. The bathroom was nasty, dirty. The shower rod was out of the wall and no towels at all. Our coolers were stolen out of the back of the truck. The other residents of the motel were very questionable.

Not a damn thing.this property has no hope.

No TV. No WiFi as advertised ac didn't work . The room smelled bad. This was the worst room I've ever stayed in. Don't know how they even stay in business.

Demanded and immediate refund before unloading baggage and was refused.

Nothing was as presented on line.

Most of the motel was abandoned and boarded up. Facilities stank of mold and smoke. Run down, beat up, and dangerous.

Stay anywhere else, seriously!

The room reeked of cigarette smoke and there were burn marks on the furniture, the sheets and pillows were dirty, paint was peeling off the walls and drywall patches were cracking, there were no towels (which I probably wouldn't have used anyway given the condition of the rest of the room) or other toiletries. I ended up going to the nearby Walmart and buying a candle to cover up the smell, a pillow and blanket to use instead of what was on the bed, and disinfectant spray and paper towels to clean up a little. Luckily I had packed my own towel so I didn't have to end up buying that too. Overall I was very disappointed because the pictures and the description on the listing were very misleading.

There was NO breakfast. Only juice and coffee.

There were no lightbulbs in any lamp. There was no smoke detector as it had been removed. The TV was also missing.

Bed was comfortable.

More towels and washcloths, Coffee pot, telephone, clock, lights that work. Door that locks better. One good kick would open it.
