Hotel everywhere was hot Door to bathroom was in bad shape Floors were sticky and a weird smell in room that we had to go to wal Mart to get disinfected spray

Fire system needs to be fixed

The fire alarm went off two times during the early morning. Had a hard time going back to sleep. No one would answer the desk phone. Could not find out what was going on. At check, we found out that the fire system has been doing this. Will most likely not stay here again. You need to fix the fire system. You had a lot of unhappy people.

Don’t waste your money. Choose a different hotel in Brownwood.

Property was in a good location.

The evening staff both days of my stay were the same. They were not pleasant to work with, were not welcoming and they were both very rude when trying to discuss an issue. The breakfast selection was one of the worst I’ve seen since the COVID brown bags. The elevator was a nightmare to ride in and it moved so slow the wait during busy times was ridiculously long. The temperature in the hallways was in the high 80’s, beds were hard as a rock and pillows were awful. Definitely not worth $215 price tag they were pushing. Disgraceful!

It was very disappointing.

Breakfast was not very varied and not very good

Front desk staff was not available most of the time. When we arrived the 2 people at the front desk carried on a conversation with someone else and left me standing waiting for almost 20 minutes. Ice machine was out of order on our floor. Elevator was extremely slow.

Great stay

The hotel was terrific. They had everything the way I needed it . It was wonderful to be close to elevator . I have an issue with walking and have to use a cane or walking chair so my request was taken care of before checking in. We had our dog with us an they have a dog park out back for them. It was a fast trip, but accommodation were perfect.

Nothing...we had no issues at all.

The breakfast was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful.The rooms were spacious.

Although there was handrails in the tub there was no way to sit in the bathtub to shower for my Mother even though it was supposed to be handicap accessible.

Safe was friendly but the facility needs updating bad.

I like the location and I love that it is pet friendly

The facility needs updating, work was being done in the one elevator they have. It was a mess. The hallways to the rooms smell musty. Our shower head didn’t work, my husband tried to fix it himself and when he couldn’t we called the front desk. When she came my daughter was using the restroom she said to call her when and restroom was open. We called her and no one ever came back to check it out or fix it. We ended up all having to take baths which is really inconvenient. The beds felt super itchy. We travel to brownwood at least once every 2months. We won’t be returning to this hotel.

Motel good. price too high.

Breakfast was good, bed and room were good.

Check in was terrible. There were 4 employees trying to check in 4 guests and it seemed like they didn't know how. It took a long time. Seemed like they were all new employees and hadn't been trained.

Unpleasant at best

Disgusting blood stained comforter. I returned it to front desk and they didn't have a replacement, so I had to freeze because I didn't want to use disgusting comforter. No compensation, no sincere apology. Unacceptable.

We were in Brownwood TX for a funeral and was exhausted. Would have been nice to be able to relax on

It was okay for hotel breakfast

Could have comfortable furniture in rooms The one chair was so hard. The couch sunk down. Should have recliner in rooms. There was no shower wand. The toilet too low. We stayed in pet room and it smelled like urine really bad.

The location was great.

The air conditioner kept turning on and off and didn't have a switch to have the fan constantly running. The elevator button was not held in place, it was pushed through the wall.

I enjoyed a short but terrific stay

Perfect location surrounded by restaraunts and activities yet still quiet . Breakfast was good. Front desk was very helpful and assisted me with a problem and provided a solution for me. Big soft beds very comfortable and a spacious bathroom area

Pillows. I like the big fluffy pillows they provide 3 shorter pillows. Not a deal breaker just a preference

There are very few places in Brownwood that aren’t terrible, this place is perfectly adequate or good depending upon you

The bed was comfortable, despite being very full it was quiet, and though they accept pets, there was no bad odor.

overall the property was clean, but very little detail Cleanliness, ie stained toilet seat loose and dirty, tub that was half-full & dripping. The property is relatively new, but has a lot of wear and tear. The coffee must be changed!

The front desk girl was super nice

Very loud room…was on the first floor by the elevator, no soap in bathroom just shampoo and conditioner, missing some of the baseboard in the bath area

Dirty tub, caulking, missing bath tub parts. Door safety latch drill holes were completely stripped and the latch was useless. The toilet ran constantly, keys quit working randomly. Ice machines inoperable. Understaffed, breakfast was late, coffee machine broken, understaffed! Pics obtained rules for dog owners?
