Boring and noisy, the sound of cars reaches inside the rooms. The reality is completely different from the pictures
2.0
Rooms have been completely updated.
The AC didn’t work, so it was 75+ in the room at night.
The DirectTV guide was very slow and took very long to scroll through the guide.
The prices of food in the lobby store and bar were outrageous.
The elevator did not work.
Witnessed a suspicious sale in the parking lot with questionable people wandering around.
2.0
Good bed, nice granite in the shower
The gym wasn't equipped with functional gear and the building exterior was literally crumbling concrete. Lots of road and highway noise, enough to keep us from sleeping.

It was clean
It was a motel not a hotel

The appearance on the outside looks like a motel

Love the mountainside view from our room. The rooms have lots of space to move around and the layout was extremely comfortable. My kids lo e the farmstyle sliding door to the restroom. The common area is beautiful and welcoming with lots of activities to relax and pass the time.

They plant trees every stay
Multiple times there was no running water. Location was sketchy. The pool was dirty. Elevator didn’t work. Doors looked like they were previously broken into.

staff was extremely helpful and very friendly!
our room was dirty when we checked in. candy wrappers under the beds and dirty floor, especially the bathroom.
4.5
it was nice room and very comfortable
the sliding barn door for the bathroom didn't not close, so there was no privacy

eco friendly, good location, friendly staff, comfortable bed, very clean and great price
They are still renovating so some areas look a mess, would love if there was a coffee pot in room as the coffee was never ready at 6 am in lobby as stated and during the day the coffee that was available was cold. Barn doors in bathroom although very pretty not very practical as it offered very little privacy.

Nothing to be honest. The deco of the hotel was cool.
Why don't why there is a 10.00 charge for anything used in the lobby automation added to your bill without being asked? There was no one at the front desk for help after 11 pm. When arrived we had to wait for security to check in but never got the room key. The shower had no soap in it. There was street racing right next door to the hotel keeping us all night. They refused to refund any my money back except for the 10.00 fee for not using the lobby.
4.0
The lobby was very nice. Staff was nice. Rooms were very spacious & modern.
Check in clerk didn't tell us anything about the hotel, amenities or where the gym was. Our room was supposed to have a walk in shower and hair dryer, but had neither. There were no bags in either the trash can or recycling can. Our door did not seal completely when shut so we had to keep the thermostat a bit higher to compensate for the cold air constantly coming in. The only lights in the room were the two bedside lights which were very bright. A desk lamp or floor lamp would've been nice.

loved the staff
super hot in the room, it felt like fan air the entire night.
4.0
staff wonderful, very nice lobby and rooms were up to date. I love what you put the money towards
honestly, I think some of the other clients were on drugs. and I don’t think it can be called a hotel, it’s really a motel.
