This wonderful oceanfront home offers you the perfect beach vacation! Everyone dreams of vacationing in a home where your whole view is filled with nothing but the beach and ocean and this home delivers on that dream! The common living area has wall-to-wall windows where you can constantly view the many changing ocean scenes and amazing sunsets! Hear the waves crash, see the pelicans soar by and feel the ocean breezes on your face as you savor that wonderful glass of local wine on the deck! To get to the beach, just head out the front door where you will find a short path through the dunes that leads you to the Morro Strand State Beach. Here you can walk for miles in either direction on white sand beaches. It doesn’t get better than this!

You will have use of one parking spot in the garage and plenty of additional parking in the long driveway. This home is located in a quiet neighborhood that is great for walking and biking but is just a 5 minute drive to downtown Morro Bay. The Morro Bay Trolley Car also frequents this neighborhood during the extended summer season, providing you a carefree ride to the downtown area.
Primary Renter must be at least 21 years of age, per city ordinance.
Beach-N-Bay Getaways welcomes service animals recognized by the ADA (American Disabilities Act). In advance of a visit to any of our properties with a service animal, Management must be notified and once screened written approval will be issued. Unapproved animals on any of our properties are a violation of our contract and grounds for eviction.
The Morro Bay area offers so many outdoor activities – biking, hiking, surfing, kayaking, exploring the ocean tide pools and much more. There are also many cultural programs offered through Cal Poly and the local artist groups in the area. And if you are a connoisseur of wine, you don’t want to miss wine tasting in the Paso Robles and San Luis Obispo wine regions. Be sure to check the local publications so you can participate in a few of the many festivals and special events that happen in the area. Once you vacation here, you will definitely want to come back!

Our stay in the Morro Bay beach house was perfect. The house is beautiful and has incredible views of the dunes and ocean. I was up before sunrise and on the beach via a path right from the deck of the house! We will definitely come back to relax in Morro Bay.

The house did not disappoint. The view and access to the beach was fantastic. The house was comfortable, kitchen was well appointed and the beds comfortable. We all enjoyed it thoroughly. We hope to return it soon.

This house was the perfect spot for our family to enjoy an extended weekend at the beach. The house was not only large enough for our crew to spread out with plenty of space but the layout was great with many extra accommodations like a ping pong table for the kids to enjoy in the garage, a great porch with views of the ocean and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after time in the sand. We loved the beach access trail being right next to the house and with it being in a quaint neighborhood without public parking, it felt like our own little secret path. Looking forward to staying here again! Great house with peace and quiet.

The house was wonderful. Checkin was easy, beds were comfortable, ping pong table was a fun bonus, but the best aspect was being so close to the beach. There is a path right next to the house down to the beach. Beautiful view of the ocean and Morro Rock. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location, super comfortable & would certainly stay again. Cozy, yet enough room to spread out & beds extremely comfortable. Nice easy walk to the beach & quite private. Did have an issue with ants in the kitchen, which wasn’t ideal. Had to make a supply run for shampoo/conditioner/etc. but my fault for not noticing it wasn’t supplied. Rarely head to this area, but already planning the next trip.

Our daughter and fiancé planned there bachelor/bachelorette party in Morro Bay. They had a different house and we rented this one. It was a perfect spot to relax and regroup with the family. The walks on the beach are lovely. The house was equipped with everything necessary to cook breakfast and dinner. Beds were comfortable and having the washer and dryer was great since we extend our stay and needed to wash our clothes. The neighbors next door are friendly and kind. It is a nice quiet neighborhood one I could definitely return to. Love this location.

Very nice and comfortable house to stay in with a fantastic view. A bit of a hike to the water, but worth it for the extra dunes scenery, and we could easily walk to restaurants. The garbage disposal wasn’t working when we arrived but they were quick to send someone out to fix it.

Family vacation
Lovely home. Dinner on deck was amazing. Amazing views with local food and wine was stellar. Trail to beach does include sharp thorns in the sand as trail does go through dunes wilderness area. Travelers with children take note of this; shoes not flip flops recommended for kids walking to beach via adjacent trail. Great homebase for your adventures in SLO County! Check in process not as smooth as I would have liked. Housekeepers were still present at check in time. Door code did not initially work (wrong door code sent) but was promptly resolved by property manager.

Average due to Construction Noises
We love staying at the Beachcomber residence due to location and view; but this stay was average due to the construction noise from the new home being built two doors down.

Had a wonderful stay. The house was like our home for a week as our family enjoyed our time together. 3 couples and a 1 1/2 year old had plenty of room to spread out and sit together. Nice neighborhood and felt very safe.

The location was the best. The Ocean is just a few steps down a trail thru the sand bluff. I spent hours sitting on the patio watching waves breaking with a view of Morro Rock .
We will definitely stay here again.

Views and location!
Great location overlooking the dunes and the ocean waves! We liked the quiet location at the end of the street with the path down to the beach immediately adjacent. Sitting on the deck or in the front rooms watching the sunsets, birds, waves, and surfers was really wonderful and very relaxing. The kitchen was well equipped - we had everything we needed for a week long stay. The kids also loved the ping pong table and the boogie boards. The house was incredibly clean, which was fantastic, although the cleaners used had very strong fragrances so we had to air out the house for several hours when we arrived. Most hotels and rental homes now use fragrance-free cleaners and laundry detergent as many folks are allergic to the strong artificial scents. Two of us had headaches the first night from sleeping in the heavily scented bed sheets, but after we rewashed the bed linens in 'free and clear' unscented laundry detergent a few times, we slept great on the comfy beds. We highly suggest switching to unscented laundry detergent and other household cleaners for future visitors. Otherwise, we had a lovely stay. Looking forward to returning in the future!

Awesome Morro Bay Home
Location is fantastic with this property! Not only can you watch the activity on the beach from the deck, but a short walk on the sandy path takes you there as well. This house is extremely clean. Definitely plan to stay there again next year.

This was a wonderful place for my husband and I to reconnect with greatly missed family whom we had not seen in over a year. The house is beautifully situated on the sand dunes of Morro Bay and a very short walk to the beach. Sunsets were spectacular. We took day trips up the Pacific Coast to see the elephant seals, Big Sur, redwoods and more. Highly recommend this lovely home.
