LOCATION - 5 Minutes from the Airport
This newly renovated, quaint and beautiful condo is located in the heart of Isla Verde. Only 5 minutes from the airport, on the best beach in San Juan and arguably one of the best beaches in Puerto Rico.

SECURITY - 24 HOURS
The Racquet Club Condominium is a safe, 24-Hour doorman building literally 5 STEPS to the beach. You cannot get any closer. The building is clean and has spectacular ocean views. My condo is on the 14th Floor.

PARKING - INCLUDED
I have 2 condos in the building, but only one parking space at the building. You are guaranteed a parking space at the garage on the corner. If you have mobility issues, please let me know. Based on the availability of the space at the building, I will try my best to accommodate you.

AMENITIES
There are linens and towels, a coffee maker, toaster, 4 basic beach chairs, a cooler, games, puzzles, books, a Bluetooth stereo, Smart TVs and a Smoke/Carbon Dioxide detector.

TRANSPORTATION – RENT A CAR OR NOT?
In terms of transportation, you really don't need a car. Uber is cheap in Puerto Rico and the local bus is around the corner. You can take a bus to Old San Juan, where you can take in some museums or visit the world famous El Morro, or easily get to other parts of the island.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This apartment is clean! There are floor-to-ceiling sliding doors, which provide an open feel as you gaze on the beautiful crescent portion of Isla Verde beach. Sit down and have your cup of morning coffee admiring the aqua green and cerulean blue sea, incredible ocean breeze and ample sunlight. I guarantee you... the view is breathtaking!

The condo is only steps away from the Isla Verde strip, where you can walk to everything, from the Royal Sonesta Hotel (formerly the Inter-Continental), Ruth's Chris, to the "soho chic" rooftop restaurant and bar at the Water & Beach Club Hotel a few doors down. The former CVS (now Caribe Pharmacy) is at the corner. You will find Walgreen’s, delis, restaurants, Pueblo supermarket, and a number of fast-food restaurants all in walking distance. The El San Juan Hotel, a lobby possessing architectural beauty, an amazing chandelier at the bar, high-end restaurants, night clubs and the spectacular casino, awaits you only a few blocks away!

If you don’t feel like going out, there are 2 bars on the bottom of the building - check out Torres Place where the drinks are great and the seafood empanadas are delish! You are also bound to meet the locals, some New Yorkers or tourists from around the globe. By the end of the night, hopefully everyone will probably know your name!

Lastly - guess what? You can actually get me, the owner on the phone! Novel idea speaking to a human right? My management company will take good care of you, but at least you know, you will always be able to reach me!

Good extra amenities such as beach towels, cooler, and camp chairs (these are not comfortable on the beach, though, lol!). Great and easy access to the beach. Located within walking distance of multiple restaurants, CVS, etc. Disappointments would be no balcony (although we knew this in advance), sofa small and not overly comfortable, and the futon sit in front of TV is very cheap and too uncomfortable just to sit in. Swimming pool was disappointing as the surrounding aesthetics were just concrete and stucco walls, overhanging parking lot on one side. Owner Jennifer is a great communicator, checking in to ensure all was okay, and seems genuinely interested in fixing any issues immediately ( we had no issues).

Wow! I traveled solo to Puerto Rico to meet some family for a week vacation. This was the perfect spot first because my sister had a penthouse in the same building, but also the location -- right on Playa Isla Verde, the views did NOT disappoint! Feeling the ocean breeze every day was the best part of the place, as well as the location close to shops and restaurants right on the beach. Jennifer was very helpful and communicative. She even goes above and beyond to ensure her guests have a parking spot -- though it's not at the condo building, she's reserved a spot across the street in a parking garage. Would come back again!

The two air conditioners in the place were LOUD!! We hardly slept. Couldn’t sleep with the windows open on account of car noises (honking or loud music). We encountered three roaches while there two in the kitchen ( we didn’t cook at all in the place) and one in the bathroom. Places was not that clean and sink in the bathroom kept over flowing, had to plunge most of the time. Barely enough towels.

beautiful area, safe and quiet. Beaches are very clean no trash or seaweed. Condo was cozy but bed and pillows were too hard , bed squeeked a lot. tv was too small in bed room. but overall i would stay again

Overall the apartment is very comfortable, great views of the ocean . They had beach chairs available that are in great condition. Toys for kids to play at the beach , in which I was surprised. Not to many places would have that. Access in and out to the beach is a breeze just steps away , incase you need the bathroom there’s one located by the pool area . The only thing is that I wish the tvs were bigger. They had plenty of towels, additional bed sheets, Other than that you can’t go wrong with this location.

A very nice one-bedroom unit on the 14th floor. The unit has separate AC units for the bedroom and living area. Large sliding windows in each room provide plenty of fresh air. Kitchen is galley-type suitable for one cook at a time. Beach chairs and toys, and beach towels are provided. The management company was responsive to our requests--clothes hangers were provided and the tankless water heater was replaced. The street has parking only on one side and no loading zone. The apartment parking is about one block away on the 4th floor of a parking garage located above the CVS Pharmacy.

This property exceeded my expectations. The one bedroom was very clean and had a nice view of the beach. Getting to the beach is less than 5 min walking from the time I walk out the door. The kitchen was well stocked with all the appliances to make a meal instead of eating out all the time which I appreciated.

The apartment was clean and the complex well managed and in a great location. The AC was loud and disturbing to sleep with. The apt was a bit dated but functional. The price was good for what you you got. There is a wonderful restaurant right downstairs-The Alambique and you are right in the beach.

Location!Location! An ideal spot that is basically right on the beach with a beautiful view. U dont really need a car if you just want the beach, and many food options. My only negatives are that the shower water was barely luke warm, and the bedroom air conditioner was very noisy. There is a beautiful ocean breeze but had to shut windows when it rained which was almost every night.

Jennifer’s condo was cozy and extremely well located. We were just a $7 Uber right from SJU airport and $10 ride to Viejo San Juan. Right outside there is a lovely beach with vendors who make great street food. For our meals we dined countless times at the Alambique Beach Lounge right downstairs. The food was great! The fouton, bed and couch were all comfortable enough and we were greeted with fresh laundry scented linens which was a plus. The only downside was constantly sweeping the tile floors as somehow despite our greatest efforts, the floor was always sandy. The mop smelled so we soaked it in bleach, but that is such a small fix. Over-all this was a 5 star stay. Jennifer and Marco Polo definitely go above and beyond with communication, so you’ll be well taken care of.

Location is everything with this condo. It was just enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. The condo was clean and exactly as pictured. Few feet away from the beach. We appreciated the extra perks of beach towels, chairs, umbrella and beach toys! The property manager was very responsive and got us some items that were missing. Parking is in the building compound and a breeze to access. Highly recommend this place. Hope to stay here again!
