This home has an amazing, front row view of the Pacific Ocean. Watch the waves crash on the rocky shore through the large windows from the living room and dining room, or use the deck to enjoy watching the coastal birds and migrating gray whales. You are just steps away from the rocky tide pools to search for sea life or agates in the sand. This easy ocean access really adds to the experience.
Yachats Sunset sleeps up to 6. The newer master bedroom has a king bed and ensuite full master bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds. The home has an inviting, open floor plan and a well-equipped kitchen. Enjoy the warmth and convenience of the 'push-of-a-button' gas fireplace.
The location is very desirable, with a short walk to Yachats town center, and the historic 804 walking trail is directly in front of the home. Home is pet-friendly (small dogs only, with permission).

First time at the Oregon coast and it did not disappoint. The house was clean and comfy. It had the BEST views of the ocean. We had a great time searching the tide pools right in the backyard! Would definitely recommend.

This place is a real ocean gem; you can't get more immediate than the ocean right in front of you. The host, Stephanie, is one of the most responsive hosts we've encountered. She wants to make sure that one's stay is a positive one. We've stayed at this place several times and will continue to do so as long as we can make the 6+ hours drive to get there!

My husband and I took a getaway, wanting to see and hear the ocean and relax in peace and comfort. What a perfect choice we were lucky enough to have made! The cottage is beautiful: very comfortable, very well equipped, everything we needed, kind neighbors ... Of course, that view is what takes your breath away: crashing waves right out of the window. We were blessed with some beautiful Oregon weather and had many hours watching the waves. Also a big shout-out to Ona restaurant in town (Thanks, Liz!); and to Beach Daily wine shop, where we went for Friday evening live music, wine and light bites. Yachats is one of the nicest towns on the Oregon Coast and we were thrilled to have discovered it. Thank you for a wonderful vacation! Highly recommend.

Beautiful, clean, wonderful view and always a great time at this VRBO. We traditionally spend Mother's Day with our adult daughters. We visited Cape Perpetua, enjoying the great view and clear blue skies. Of course we feasted on fresh seafood from the wonderful restaurants in Yachats.

My family of five and our dog stayed here for four nights over Spring Break and had an amazing stay! The place has a great layout for a family, comfortable beds, kitchen stocked with plenty of dishes and pots/pans, walking distance to shops/restaurants and best of all, a breathtaking ocean view. I saw the 5 star reviews and wondered but truly this is a fantastic space to stay. Home was very comfortable and easy to navigate for my older sister and niece who had a bad back. Queen and King beds were exceptionally comfortable. Seating in the living room was very comfortable. Couch a bit squishy but still comfortable. Every evening was a beautiful sunset and location could not be better. All kitchen supplies were available. Truly no complaints and hope to have a chance to return. Magical stay

We selected this property due to it having a perfect 5-star rating through over 140 reviews, and our high expectations were well justified and beyond ! The house was very comfortable and well stocked, and the views out the living room windows of the pounding ocean surf were awesome. We spent many hours just sitting on the outdoor chairs on the deck enjoying the views of the ocean moods and the frequent bird activity. Stephanie went out of her way to respond immediately to the living room television issue and actually had the tv replaced with a new one the very next day. She was the best owner we have ever rented from over our many years of VRBO rentals in Oregon and on the east coast. We so enjoyed the stay with the everlasting memories of Yachats ! Amazing view! Each night we watched the sun set after dinner. Watched waves crash on the rocks at high tide and investigated tide pools during low tide. We enjoyed walking into town and letting kids run around at playground. Toppers had great ice cream!
The house had a well equipped kitchen that easily accommodated our group of 6.

Wonderful ocean view and host!
I had a fantastic time relaxing and watching the waves crash right outside the huge windows!
My dog and I went to get away and regroup and this was the perfect place for it!
Any questions I had, Stephanie texted back quickly and was incredibly nice. It's great to stay at a vacation rental where the owner is in charge (I'm pretty sure this is the case with this home) - they care a LOT more!
Top notch, comfortable home AND the sunsets were worth stopping everything you're doing just to admire the end of the day for an hour each night...

Home is well maintained. Excellent beds and showers. Oceanfront has unmatched view of breaking waves and tides. Also on the 804 walking trail. Unfortunately for our stay if rained 10 of the 13 days.

Best possible views
The walls of windows on the west side of the house make it easy to see and hear waves crashing against the rocks 24/7. This lovely home in a convenient location is well-stocked with everything needed for a relaxing stay. Communications with the owner were excellent. Highly recommended.

Could not ask for a better time, or a better place. It was just wonderful. Enjoyed the crashing waves and the fog in the morning. Our stay was great. The house is so comfortable and spacious. Nothing left to want. Spent a good time watching the water and the pelicans as the would glide over the waves...relaxing and comfy. Hope to stay there again next year.
