Moclips Beach Rentals is proud to offer Lycan House, a 4 bedroom luxury home that sleeps up to 12 people. Private hot tub. The views are un-paralleled as the house is at the end of the lane with nothing to the north or west. The house includes a grand open spaced living area with a centerpiece see through fireplace, game table, dining for 10. Minimum 7 night stay in July and August, arrival on Saturday for 2025

Family Birthdays celebration
This is a beautiful house in a beautiful location. There is a quick path to the beach. The kids and adults enjoyed the game room below the house. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Would come again, it was very relaxing. The views from all the windows was amazing!

Amazing spot, right on the beach... had everything we needed.
Easy check in at the moonstone... clean house... amazing location... perfect spot to relax and spend time with friends. Spacious, clean and operating jacuzzi, plenty of kitchen utensils, and a fun game room for foosball and ping pong. Great times. We’ll be back.

Amazing view & lots of space
This home has spectacular views and a ton of space. My mom, sister & myself had a mini getaway and were very pleased with this home and its comforts. We would definitely rent this again.
One note: the coffee pot is a keurig, so make sure to bring pods as the nearest store to sell them is in Ocean Shores.

Great layout and super close to the beach
House and location to the ocean were great. Foosball and ping pong tables were nice to have though the foosball table has seen better days. Window seals, oven and floors were a little dirty when we arrived. Overall though house worked nicely and the views of the ocean from every room were awesome.

Ladies weekend/election hideaway
Outstanding. The owner was amazingly responsive, flexible, and gracious - he shifted our stay at our request after we booked and realized after the fact that we had a scheduling snafu on our end. No problem, no hassles. Check in/out was easy and welcoming (thank you, Jim)! House had almost everything you could ask for, not to mention truly breathtaking views. Suggestion: We brought a portable radio that allowed us to stream music - turns out this was a really good idea - we didn’t find another music source. It would have been nice to have had a way to play music inside without bringing our own. Perhaps we overlooked it? That minor issue aside, these folks care will take care of you - a couple of examples: The TV did not come with instructions and a prior group changed the settings significantly - we couldn’t figure it out. We called the property manager and someone (Dan) was there within 30 minutes to get us back online (we were there to survive the elections, and we wanted to watch live updates). Also, the hot tub was not working when we arrived, but they already had a call in for repairs - it was fixed the next day. Finally, the beach and river are stunning. Much to explore. We walked for miles. We are already planning our next trip back. The Lycan house is a treasure.

Relaxing weekend
Great house for a large group. There were 10 of us and we were all very comfortable. Very clean with a great kitchen! We ate all our meals in and took turns cooking. Super easy access to the beach and we were lucky the fire ban was lifted the day we arrived allowing us to have a beach fire on our last night. Highly recommend!

We love Lycan House!
This was our 2nd stay, we do love the house & view. Felt the windows needed cleaning, outside & in so the view would be more clear. Saw fingerprints on the inside. Outside of this issue we loved it.. Thank you for an amazing 2 years!!!

Perfect for large families!
Fantastic home rental! This place has it all- plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, large dining table plus huge kitchen eating bar, lots of running room for the under 5 crew, amazing views, and even very comfy beds (and we have some fussy sleepers!)
All in all, we had no complaints from anyone on this trip. Easy access to the beach, very peaceful spot at road’s end and great weather!!

Lovely lovely spot
Lovely house, view, and glorious beach at the mouth of the Moclips River. Only surprise about the property was that the ‘game room’ was not accessible from inside the house. Because of that, the little kids could not use it the way I had hoped (unsupervised), which made the house smaller as they mostly ended playing in the common spaces when they were not on the beach.

Perfect in every way!
The house was exactly as pictured. We were pleasantly surprised at how well-stocked the kitchen was. It had a full set of nice pots and pans, blender, crockpot, and plenty of dishes, glasses and silverware. Even mixing bowls, serving dishes and bakeware. The view was wonderful and beach access was so easy and convenient. There were a lot of games in the closet and the sand toys were an added bonus. The only thing that we missed was having a nice gas BBQ. There's a small charcoal grill on the side of the house (which the owner described very accurately, so we did know exactly what to expect), but a gas grill on the deck would have been really nice. This house has so many wonderful amenities and nice touches that I'm sure the only reason they don't have a nice grill is because of how harsh the sand and salt air would be. This house was truly wonderful and we will definitely be back!

Amazing Lycan house!!
The house was amazing and had everything we needed. The beach was so close and beautiful. My family loved staying there and none of us wanted to leave. My only recommendation would be a bigger outdoor barbecue. Thanks again for everything .

Beautiful home, amazing view, steps from the ocean
My family of 11 loved our stay in the beautiful home. It is just step away from the ocean the view is amazing. We beach combed every day and did some ocean swimming as well. The kitchen is fully stocked and the gameroom and kites were utilized. The management was super considerate when the washing machine went down, they had a repairman out the next day and allowed us the use of their washer and dryer at the hotel to do our washing in the meantime. This home is peaceful and relaxing. I would definitely recommend this vacation property and would love to return someday!

Such a beautiful view! There's no other. Pacific Ocean waves are ever ending as is the view from the house. Just loved,out time there.
If I had to say something, it would be that one extra roll of toilet paper per room was not enough. I would think toilet paper would be included in the rental or ice. I also had to buy more dishwashing soap. Other than that it was good.

Right on the beach
Our family stayed at the Lycan House for a week primarily to go razor clamming in April. The property was fabulous and right on the beach so we could just walk right from the house. There was 12 in our party and there was plenty of space for family togetherness and also plenty of space where you could get away for some privacy if needed. The kitchen was probably the best equipped rental house we have ever stayed in. We cooked all meals at the house and there was plenty of pots, pans, utinsils, and dishes. There was 4 bathrooms and plenty of bedding a pillows to keep everyone comfortable. The fireplace felt so good to warm up next too when coming in from the cold beach. There were quite a few house games to play and the game room included some beach toys and kites. The views from the house are wonderful so if it is too cold to be on the beach it still feels like you are there. The river is also beautiful and you can walk up it during low tide for a little bit different nature experience. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This was our 2nd time @ Lycan house, and our 6 th time to Moclips. ( We've rented Moonstone too! ) It feels like home. My husband said to me as we turned the corner onto Pacific beach road, " Do you realize that you breathed a big sigh right now & smiled? I begin relaxing @ the very sight of "our" beach house. Our grown children & 3 grandkids ( ages12, 10 &7) joined us a couple of days into our stay. Lots of space to do what we like, play games, do crafts, challenge each other to ping pong & fooseball. Every night was "movie" night. Had a dance "party" where we let the gkids pick the music , plenty of room and we made up some pretty interesting moves( ever do "the lunch lady," "the balloon advertisement guy", " the chicken family conga"? Even though the
weather was wet, we had rain coats & boots and spent time on the beach most days. My husband & granddaughter goaded each other into running out to the beach waterline & back during a heavy rain w/ major wind . The rest of us watched from the dry indoors. That's where the cozy gas fireplace is... They were soaked, pictures were taken, and now they have a special memory together. We also took a little drive into Ocean Shores for some indoor fun @ an arcade. The kitchen is great. I bring 2 of my favorite pans and my air popper. Everything else i need is provided. We eat like kings, since we bring only our favorite foods. With our group of 11 , having 3 1/2 bathroom s is really nice . We saw 3 bald eagles & lots of other sea birds & creatures. Love the big windows . The ocean & sky looked different each day.. As we were packing to leave, my 7 year old granddaughter asked " when are we coming back ? I wish we could buy this place & live here all the time". Sorry Punkin - buying a beach house is not within our budget. But we will start saving for next years visit right away!

The perfect spot
This house is great. Soft towels, good quality pillows, cushy beds… and that’s not to mention the amazing, sweeping, unblocked view of the ocean. Would definitely stay here again if I get another group of 12 together. The one singular downside is the 1/2 bathroom off the main room is shared by the four people that sleep in the bunks in the downstairs bedroom — it’s tiny for four people of any size to share (but the upstairs shared full bathroom is just a stairwell away).

It is well equipped, it has a fantastic view and is steps from the beach
We took our three girls, two sons in law and granddaughter. The living room had plenty of seating and the fireplace kept the place toasty. The view from the upstairs master and downstairs is truly breathtaking! Plenty of beds, towels, bedding. The owner/manager is responsive to questions before the stay and is just up the road and responsive to questions during the stay. We stayed over Christmas so it was an expensive stay but worth the money for setting and memories.
