Our stay was fantastic. It was a pleasure staying with you all but the only thing I would change is the king size mattress. It is definitely time for a brand new mattress for the master bedroom. Spend the 500.00 or 600.00 on a memory foam from Sams or Costco. Don’t take this as a bad review because the owners are wonderful people and they will make sure your stay is good.

The location was perfect. The host had everything as expected. The early check in for this condo was perfect! It really got our first day off to a great start. The only negative was the elevator situation; which was a little ridiculous.

The owners of this unit are amazing! The communication they have with you before, during, and after is better than any I have ever experienced with renting any other unit. They also give you recommendations on things to do while at PCB, something no other owner we have rented from has ever done and it was very much appreciated. We actually went on an excursion Jess suggested and we absolutely loved it. We went kayaking down a river to a crystal clear spring and it was gorgeous, we would have never known about this little gem had Jess not given the suggestion and this will be something we do every year from now on thanks to her. The room was so very nice and spacious and we appreciate them sharing their unit with us as renters. You can’t go wrong with this unit and the owners!

The condo was well-maintained and exactly as listed. The building appears to always have one elevator broke and it takes a while for the others with all the other guests but this condo is only a short walk up the stairs!! Our only issue was they did work on the elevator just outside the condo at like 8 am. So much for quiet hours. The property owners are super nice and quick to respond to our one and only issue (very minor issue). Tip: if you are going in off season, ask about construction. We went for Spring Break and they were doing work right outside our building, just below the condo with heavy equipment and it was loud. Not the owners fault just something we didnt think about. SMH.

Nice place to stay right there n the beach. Owners very prompt with any concerns. Our family was very fortunate as the day before we left we had basically first row seats to the Gulf Coast Salute Air Show. Appreciated being able to walk places but yet away from crowds.

This beautiful condo provided my family with a much needed break from the cold. The owners were incredibly thorough throughout the check in process leading up to our stay which made it effortless when we got there! Once we checked in, we were amazed at how large and open the unit itself was. The pictures do not do the unit itself or the views justice! We utilized the recommendations for nearby restaurants from the guestbook that other renters have written down from previous stays. We can’t wait to come back!

This is a lovely condo just perfect for my son and I. I deliberately chose a lower floor so we could use the stairs when the elevators were busy and it was a good decision! The kitchen was well equipped for us. The view from the balcony is great with a perfect sunset view. It is a small balcony but perfect for us. We walked to Pier Park a couple of times and to a local bar/restaurant several times. The only minor thing not included are beach towels. Most beach condos provide them since they’re bulky to pack. However, regular cable TV is provided - which is a plus - as well as Roku for streaming channels. We enjoyed this condo very much and had a great time!

Room was great. Fully stocked with extras you would never think of packing! Kitchen has full set of cups, dishes, knives, cooking utensils, even spices, olive oil, etc! Frying pans, saucepans, colanders, Tupperware. Ice maker/ water in fridge. They have beach chairs, beach toys, noodles and a boogie board. They also have a cabinet of board games. Smart tvs in living room and bedrooms. Beautifully decorated. Living room has pull out sofa (2 people) and a pull out loveseat (twin size). 2 huge outside pools, never had to fight for lounge chairs. Nice hot tubs. 10/10 recommend, and will absolutely be back. Owner texted when we arrived to make sure everything was satisfactory. Awesome stay at a beautiful place!

Great communication! We loved the early check-in option! Super clean, comfortable & nicely decorated condo. Huge space for everyone. Fully stocked kitchen ready for all your cooking needs. Beautiful panoramic view of the Gulf. Easy access to the pool & beach. Having the beach chairs/umbrella rental available was a treat ☺️ Pier Park nearby was very nice. Many restaurants, shopping & family fun near by. Our family loved everything. One of the BEST vacations yet!

The unit was extremely clean. The kitchen had everything we needed for a weeks stay. Nice view of ocean and pool. quick check in and check out. We used the stairs our whole stay. We must’ve gone during a busy week, the elevators were never available for us. It’s on the 4th floor so not bad unless you have a lot of stuff to carry. The hosts were great, very responsive with any questions I had. Staff at the resort were friendly. Location is nice. Not far from the pier. Would stay here again.

The listing is very misleading. The check in details were inaccurate according to the resort policy. Didn’t receive my code, and was charged $65 for parking passes and armbands that we’re supposed to be in the condo. The unit was not very clean and dusty. Not many towels and nothing was “fully stocked” according to listing. Dryer will not dry just a few garments. No light above the dining table which was difficult with children. Not condo related, but the resort elevators were tremendously slow and we had to wait as long as 30 mins for an elevator. Overall not happy with the stay.

Very nice property on a beautiful stretch of beach. Jessica and Jennifer went above and beyond, answering any questions we had immediately. We have rented many places, and they were the the most helpful property owners we’ve ever dealt with. The unit is very nice, and being on the 4th floor is a plus, because the elevators are super busy. We used the steps everyday. Another great perk is having the 2 beach chairs and umbrella included. That saved us a lot of money, because to rent them runs about $50/day. We walked to The Pier often. There are many restaurants there and great shopping. I would highly recommend this rental unit. The condo was nice but the balcony and bedrooms were too small and the bathrooms were also too small and dated and the closets were packed with owners things. The pillows were not comfortable. The view was ruined by road construction and street noise. Elevators are nearly impossible to get and the stairwells are disgusting and smell of trash. The amenities in the Tidewater are not good. Too many people. The weight room is dated, and destroyed with broken mirrors and rusted and torn equipment. The restaurant was unbelievably expensive for a salad, chicken nuggets, a burger and a quesadilla. The best part is the beach. The location still requires a drive and it is 30 min away from the state park and most attractions so the location isn’t great. Pier park is nice but you still need to drive there. Traffic is horrendous so be prepared. Family time was nice but tif I am honest, this was one of the worst locations I have paid to stay at. Owner communication was great.

Jennifer and Jessica provided us the best room possible for our stay, we come down to get married and it was perfect! Only thing is the elevators, but we was only on the 4th floor so it was not a problem at all, we loved to be able to go up the stairs quickly instead of using elevators. Our staff stayed in Tidewater in multiple units, including this one. This was one of the nicer units for a great price and the resort offers everything you could need. Jennifer and Jessica were extremely responsive and sent us all information early. There were beach items in the condo, and our kids thought the bunk beds were the coolest thing!

This was our first time renting from VRBO and it was a great experience! I was a bit nervous but our property owner was excellent. Very good instructions regarding check in and easily available to reach via email or phone. The condo is nicely decorated and provided with just about anything you need in the kitchen. They had sand toys for children and extra sand chairs for the beach. The balcony was the perfect place to watch a beautiful sunset! The condo building has 2 outdoor pools/hot tubs plus an indoor pool and 2 hot tubs( although the indoor hot tubs were out of order while we were there). There’s a small restaurant in the building and one Starbucks and ice cream shop ! This was a wonderful place to relax and enjoy yourself. I highly recommend it.

The owners are wonderful and very responsive! The condo complex location was great and had tons of amenities. The location of the condo in the building was perfect!! It was on the end and on the 4th floor so we could use the stairs. The property felt safe and security was present at all times. The outdoor pools were too cold to use this time of year which did make the indoor pool pretty crowded but that was to be expected going in December. Our teens loved the outdoor hot tubs and socializing with other teens at the property. The only thing I would suggest is that the cleaners do a thorough deep clean to the condo-windows, under & behind couches, dusting, etc.
