We loved our stay in Charleston. It was so nice to have a little more space than a hotel. With our teenage daughter, it was great to have 2 full bathrooms and a seperate living room. The host was extremely responsive to questions, he went above and beyond. Highly recommended!

Steps from the Market, King Street, and amazing restaurants. The Manhattan suite is so very spacious and comfortable. 1 of the 2 bathrooms has a tub that's perfect for soaking! The area at night is lively, so some street noise can be heard from the bedrooms late into the night. That's expected for the area, and ear buds were enough to cancel the noise. Would 100% stay again!

The location and parking was perfect.

Two couples stayed in the property in July. It was absolutely in the middle of everything downtown. This was our first time in Charleston. We had no problems or issues with anything on property. I would definitely stay at this location again.

Our condo was strategically located to many excellent restaurants that we could walk for dinner. Only took the car to restaurant in Mt. Pleasant and Folly Fields to try restaurants recommended by friends. We always felt safe when out and about. Great location.

We were in Charleston to celebrate a birthday and this flat was all around perfect. Spacious, beds were comfortable and perfect location. We struggled a bit getting in the first time but that was us. Elevator ride does take about 60 seconds to get to the third floor and is silent with a ride so smooth it doesn’t feel like you’re moving at all. If you’re at all claustrophobic, may be something to think about or take the stairs. We absolutely loved our long weekend, thank you!

Perfect unit for two couples visiting for a wedding. Extremely clean and high-end bedding. Can't beat the location. We plan to stay here again!

Overall was great - especially communication with the owner who allowed us to check-in hours early which was massive!
Highly recommend to anyone visiting Charleston!

Very nice place and a great location. A few of the items in the apartment need to be replaced like the toaster and some lights in the bathroom and some rails in the shower. The layout of the apartment is fantastic for three or four people because the bedrooms are separate and the living room is large.

Great place to stay. Apartment had everything we needed. Location was key and could walk to everything.

Great location and a very comfortable, clean condo. It was a lot smaller than I expected, but it was adequate. Air conditioning worked really well and the mattress was very comfortable.

Great location, location, location. We could not ask to be in a better spot. Close to fine dining, shopping, excellent bars and rooftop bars and within close walking distance of all tours. Also, the free bus line drops you off right on our street.

We traveled as two couples as wedding guests. Super private for both couples. Having two bathrooms was fabulous. Lots of nice amenities, including tons of towels and toiletries. Would book again in a heartbeat.

I went for a wedding in April, it was a perfect stay. There was ample space for four people to get ready

Nice two bedroom suite in the heart of Charles - close to great restaurants, the market, and other attractions. Just be prepared for the world's slowest elevator and hot water takes about 5 minutes to reach the suite, other than that - very nice!

Clean property with optimized location within walking distance of King Street shopping, amazing restaurants and historic sites. Parking garage in perfect proximity to site. Navigating the entry with the elevator to the apartment was easy.
10.0 / 10.0
This property was very nice and spacious for 4 people. Easy walking access to downtown Charleston sites. Great having the Matador restaurant at street level for lunch after the race.
The main drawback is the slow elevator. Easy getting in and out with the codes. Also at the entry to elevator there was sludge puddled at the drain. Looked and smelled bad.
Was not pleased with the parking situation. Found spaces in Charleston Place parking deck but it wasn’t $18.00 per day as stated in our communication. Our parking fees from Thursday afternoon at 5pm to Sunday around 11 am totaled $82.00! Not at all happy about that. The parking attendant explained that this miscommunication happens all the time. Please read complete parking rules before parking in this area.
Overall we enjoyed our stay and we would consider coming back again to this property.

Perfect location for visiting Charleston. You'll be able to walk everywhere and a car isn't necessary. There is a parking garage behind the condo if needed. The condo was clean and having separate bathrooms was very convenient. The condo did lack some items I expect to find in a rental: tissues, garbage bags, mattress covers, and kitchen towels. Luckily, there is a Target a few blocks away so we purchased some of these items. Overall, it was a nice stay.

This was a perfect location for Charleston
It was a little noisy but that was because it was on the street side. However, the window in the back bedroom needs to be repaired. K it was stuck open and the storm window was sealed shut and impossible to open. They pick up garbage everyday and it's very noisy in the early morning

The Manhattan Suite of Meeting Street was fabulous! Spacious rooms, comfy living room, cute little kitchen. Also a great location. Within walking distance to just about every thing you want to do.
I highly recommend this cool accommodation!

Enjoyed our stay in the Manhattan suite March 2024. The property was conveniently located to restaurants and activities that our family wanted to do. Parking was close and the property was walking distance to everything. The property was secure and we never heard any neighbors or nightlife.

This was a very nice condo in a good location for seeing the sights of Charleston. Kitchen was smaller than understood by the picture. Supplies provided made the stay as comfortable as a hotel. Took a long time for hot water to come up through the pipes for showering. The ensuite tub/shower needs a grab bar as nothing to hold onto and the glass shower panel swings. A couple of more heavy blankets needed during winter months. The entrance was very awkward especially at night. Keypad to open the door to the elevator door, but then you could not step into the space to wait for the elevator. Any other egress from condo was outside, down stairs, across shared deck than into very narrow steep staircase to street. All in all, it was a nice stay with a very nice and easily reachable host.

This unit was perfect for three mature ladies and very centrally located. It is very close to the market and five star restaurants. The only negative is that there are some serious issues with the hot water. Most of the time, there was none. Cold showers are no fun other than that, it was great!

The property was spotless and very nice. The beds both were extremely comfortable. We will definitely book this location again when we come to Charleston. It’s the best location in the center of town and a parking garage right beside of. I have come to Charleston for years and didn’t even know there was a parking garage there. Awesome place. The living space was super comfortable and nice.
