We loved the house! Clean and had everything we needed. So close to Shem Creek! Great location.

This property was clean and well supplied with the items needed for a comfortable stay. The only problem that we encountered was with the back door gate that would not close easily. Once it closed, it didn't stay closed. We were also challenged to use the upstairs tv's. Everyone in our group is over 70 years old so the problem could have been that we didn;t understand the instructions.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location and amenities were perfect, and the kitchen and bath were stocked with what we needed. The neighborhood is so cute and very safe. We would love to stay there again when we come back to Mt. Pleasant.

Outstanding
Impeccably clean home. Full of linens (including beach towels), loved using the bikes, patio, washer/dryer. Location was perfect for our needs 1 mile from Pitt st bridge (and we walked to it daily), 15 easy min to Charleston, 10 min to plantations/patriots point/beaches, 2 min to Publix. Pool was wonderful and empty every time we went. Ages 13 - 66 absolutely enjoyed. Owner got back to me in minutes when I had a question. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice neighborhood. Very close drive to the beach
The kitchen was well equipped with items! A working ice machine would be nice to make drinks cold. Very nice washer and dryer that was helpful to have. Nice patio with furniture

Good stay but pool closed :(
Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay here. The place was well equipped. The only downsides were the lack of pool and that the beds were uncomfortable. When we visited, the pool was closed for the entire time and it looked as though it had been shut for a while already. My kids were disappointed. I know it is a community pool and therefore the owner does not control it, but it was disappointing nonetheless; the fact that it had pool access advertised on the listng was the reason I booked this place over another in the same area.

Great Location, Needs some TLC
The location was great and the property was mostly accurate to listing. Appreciated the laundry facilities.
The unit could use some attention as some of the things are not functioning properly, switches and fan in downstairs bathroom, master bed really creaky, blinds that need replacing, dressers that drawers are falling out. Overall we appreciated the location and space but feel that a little investment needs to be made into the property.

Happy, but…
Over all we were very happy with the accommodations, and location.
Our only concern was that the property wasn’t as clean as could have been. The bathrooms had hair wads on the floor and sand on the kitchen floor. Although this is not a major problem, if the owners are paying in outside agency, I thought they would like to know.

Perfect place to stay
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home in Mt. Pleasant. The price is very reasonable for its proximity to Charleston and other areas of interest. Having never been to the area, we were very happy with how close we were to so many interesting places. Mt. Pleasant is a gem! As for the house, it is exactly what you see on its profile. Clean and modern with decor from the region. We highly recommend it and would absolutely stay again if we were planning a trip back to the area.

Dual Family Vacation
Combining two families into one at this residential townhome worked out perfectly.
Upon arrival we had a small slight issue getting through the gate (have to pick it up just a little), otherwise everything was nicely setup.
Items to note:
-flexible dates for booking (even in the summer)
-the temperature downstairs was noticeably different than upstairs. With the oven on it was almost as hot as outside
-humidifier in kitchen needed to be emptied sometimes twice a day
-no fault to the owner but the pool area is in need of a facelift
-plenty of books and family games (just wish others would take the time to put items away properly)
-no hot tub (even though it’s listed as an amenity)
-2 full bathrooms were nicely sized and water pressure was great
-full sized washer and dryer were a major win - especially after a day at the beach
-trash (once a week) and recycling (once every 2 weeks) were a bit of a challenge, but maybe that was due to the holiday
-having available beach chairs and sand toys was a great bonus to our beach days
-direct tv (cable) was very limited in the number of channels for those rainy evenings in
Overall experience was enjoyable and fully functional for what we needed for our 12 day dual family vacation.

Great place!
The house was big, beautiful, and with all the amenities!! There were even bikes that we used. The neighborhood is lovely - residential but close to some great restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping. You can walk to them if you like to walk.

Excellent Location
This property was excellent for location for all the things we needed. Close to lots of things. We ended up being a party of 4 adults and 3 teens. Plenty of room and even had a couple of extra people join us for dinner at the townhouse. Thanks for the bikes, the teens enjoyed riding around. Definitely would stay at again.

Great Stay for Extended Time (Month+)
My fiancee and I decided to move down to SC for the winter instead of reupping our lease in the northeast due to COVID regulations. This property can't be beat. Great location, you are in a very pretty neighborhood with great side streets to walk down. Parking is very easy. They have a great patio for grilling. Also the community has tennis courts which was fun to go hit the balls. They provided bikes which the tires were fully pumped so easy to go for a bike ride.
Inside the house, it's exactly how it looks. Worth noting they provide a plethora of pots and pans so we felt like we didn't need to use ours we brought down. Nice kitchen table for eating, all appliances worked great. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms. Only 1 dresser for clothes, but they had area to hang clothes / one of the other bedrooms has built ins you can use. We were able to go buy a fold up table at Walmart down the street and turn the front bedroom into a nice office.
I'll give the owner a lot of credit, we asked for him to upgrade the internet when we first went down and he had the cable company there within a day to upgrade with faster wifi and didn't have issues after that (note: we had 2 working adults so could handle multiple zoom calls at a time once wifi was upgraded). The owner was incredibly responsive, we sent 2-3 notes to him and he responded within an hour.
All in all, we LOVED our Mt. Pleasant Stay. We ended up staying for the entire month of January and we're sad to pack up and leave.

Great location for bachelorette party
My friends and I loved staying here. The house was clean, modern and great location for short drives to the beach and downtown Charleston. Only complaint is the house wasn’t stocked enough with paper products like toilet paper and paper towels. Bikes on the property were a great addition.

Nice property
We had a great trip, thanks in part to our accommodations!
We originally planned on having 5 people on our trip but two had a family emergency and had to cancel. I will say that having only 3 of us helped somewhat due to the size of the bathrooms. If you're a couple traveling with 3 children it would be no problem at all. But 5 adults trying to get ready to go to dinner or elsewhere might call for "strategic planning".
The unit was very clean, well stocked with linens, cookware, utensils, etc.
Some of the smaller issues were a few light bulbs that needed to be changed, electrical outlets that were not secured against the wall (again, not an issue for adults as much as it would be for a family with small children). The shower head in the upstairs bathroom could be improved (it's not adjustable and has a very wide spray---some of it likely due to residue build-up on the individual openings).
The house was very quiet----no noise noted from the street or adjacent residence.
This might seem odd to some people, but there were no "weird smells". I'm a bit sensitive to unpleasant smells in houses and this one was fine!
We didn't use the pool so I can't offer any insight to it.
The location was great! Not a bad drive at all to downtown Charleston, stores/restaurants in Mount Pleasant, and beaches.
The only issue we had that required contacting the owner was easily resolved and he was very prompt to respond.
I would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again!

Great Home for a Charleston Visit
We had a wonderful stay. The owner was very responsive to our needs. It was close to downtown Charleston and close to the beach. Not sure if it was a short walk though....you will need a car.

Perfect for our family vacation
Beautiful, clean, and plenty of space for our family to stay comfortably.
We made most of our own meals on our vacation and the kitchen had every pot, pan, and utensil that we needed. We also grilled burgers for dinner one night outside.
It was such a close distance to Sullivan’s island beach which we liked the best.

Location, Location, Location!
This was our first time visiting Charleston and the location of this townhouse was perfect! Three miles from the beach and 15-20 minutes from downtown. The home was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. The courtyard attached to the home was cute and comfortable as well. We loved our trip to Charleston and we would stay there again.

Had everything we needed
Nothing too fancy but very comfortable. Wish we could have been there longer to enjoy the bikes and the pool. We were only there 3 nights. We did take advantage of some of the tours suggested by our host.

Would Rent Again!
Used this as our base to venture out. Clean! Great Location! Great Neighborhood! Easy to get to places! We had 7 people from the range of 14 to 92 and this townhouse worked for us! We could sit 4 on the couch to watch TV and actually put 3 on the loveseat. We did the Ft. Sumter Tour coupled with the tickets for the Yorktown for a separate day. We have two WW2 history buffs so we spent all day at the USS Yorktown Museum and still did not take it all in. All of us thoroughly enjoyed the 90 minute Grayline Historical Charleston tour which left from the Charleston Visitors Center. I used www.viator.com to book tours. Hyman's was absolutely fantastic for Seafood. Could have spent way more time in Charleston and would have loved to take in a plantation. We happened to be there during a very cold streak. There is a Harris Teeter grocery store near by. USS Yorktown is right around the corner from this townhouse.

Newly renovated, nice clean property Good, central location. I even used the bicycle that was provided to explore the neighborhood one day during our stay ( The tires needed air but I just took it to the nearby gas station and filled them up ).
