Good location for Bryce Canyon. Great local food and supplies. Excellent manager response to minor issues. Herd of mule deer visited 3-4 times a day for the apple and pear trees mere feet from the porch. They did not mind us watching them from the porch

Was a good location to Bryce and downtown, quiet and had apple trees. It is an old farmhouse, short doorways, creaky beds, but has character and reminded me of my grandmas tiny home.

I’d stay here again.

It was lovely, charming home as advertised! It had everything we needed and just a short drive to Bryce.

This property was a wonderful hub from which to explore Bryce Canyon. It is an old home, but it is clean with a cozy feel and a nice big yard (which our dog loved). It is in a very peaceful location with a few eateries nearby that had good food and coffee. One of our favorite parts of our stay was sitting on the patio one afternoon to watch it rain. Tom was a great communicator and made our check-in and check-out seamless—would definitely recommend this property for those wanting to explore the Bryce Canyon area.

Nice, comfortable place close to Bryce Canyon National Park. We weren't at the house a lot, but it had everything we needed.

Lovely old farmhouse- clean, well equipped, nice bathrooms, comfortable beds, good space for 4 adults. Very quiet, and beautiful view of Bryce cliffs at sunset from the front porch. Enjoyed eating outside. Tom was very responsive and helpful, and contacted us before checking in. Recommend!

Stayed while we toured Bryce Canyon. Location was great and worked well for us. The place was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed a deer and birds during our visit. That and the maps with locations of guests was fun too.

This house is full of charm. It is old (it reminded my mom of her grandmother's house), but well maintained and an easy drive to Bryce Canyon. My kids loved playing in the hammock and watching the birds fly around (there were baby birds in the hollowed tree stump that the hammock was attached to, fun to hear chirping for mama). It has everything we needed for our short stay.

We spent 6 nights at this VRBO and loved it! The house is absolutely cozy and relaxing. Tom the owner goes above and beyond to accommodate. The location is perfect for a trip to Bryce Canyon. The location is in a quiet and safe area. Tom allowed us to bring our horses and we did 6 amazing rides. We wouldn’t hesitate to come stay here again.

Super cute farmhouse close to everything!

The farmhouse was a perfect size for our group of 4, plus one pup. For us, the best feature was the large yard. We were able to sit outside in the morning and evening, enjoying our beverages while the pup ran around the spacious yard. During the day we explored Bryce Canyon and Kodachrome Basin State Park which were not too far from the house. Lovely house, great location.

We really enjoyed staying at this cozy, historic house. Great yard for our dog. The host was superb, helping us with road conditions as we checked out right after snow. An oasis just far enough from Bryce Canyon crowds but still close.

The little town of Tropic is a great base for visiting Bryce. This house is in a quiet neighborhood and just a short drive to the downtown amenities. We loved the Canyon Coffee shop and the IDK BBQ place!
Our accommodations were comfortable enough in a vintage style Bathroom and kitchen are well equipped. Very homey.

Just as advertised. A great, old farmhouse with a fantastic yard and lots of charm. I grew up in an old house so felt right at home. The dogs loved the yard. It was the perfect place to chill after a day hiking at Bryce.

Had a very relaxing stay at this cozy, rustic farmhouse. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood close to lots of parks. Bryce Canyon, Kodachrome State Park, Red Canyon and my favorite Fairyland Canyon (just before the entrance to Bryce Canyon on your left) are all within about 25 minutes. Each of them are beautiful and well worth the visit. Also check out the waterfall at Mossy Cave. I thought the grocery store in Tropic was the best stocked in the area. Would definitely stay here again.

Our party of four adults enjoyed our stay at this property. The home is 90 years old, but the owner is very up front about that. The property was clean, and easily met our needs. Very serene. Owner is very responsive. Would stay again.

My wife, myself, and our dog stayed in this home for a week. We did several fun hikes in the area, including Willis Creek Slot Canyon, Cascade Falls, Kodachrome State Park, and Ashdown Gorge.
It was really nice to have 2 full baths, a full kitchen, and a big bed. The fridge kept things refreshingly cold, and the pizza place in town was surprisingly good. Our dog loved the yard, and the 3 of us sat out on the front porch every evening while we ate dinner.
My wife and I both worked part-time while we were there and didn't have any problems with the internet. It was reliable and worked just fine for video meetings (simultaneous) and remote desktop needs.
One of our favorite memories is sitting on the front porch and hearing the fruit drop from the trees. A very uncommon experience for us!

Glass door knobs, original hardware on the farmhouse cabinets, deer coming in the evening to eat apples from the tree in the yard, it was great. Quiet neighborhood and close to groceries and gas.

House was clean, Beds were good, could have used a few more kitchen untensils such as tongs for the grill.
Bathrooms were good. Overall no issues

Loved our stay at the 1930 farmhouse. There was more than enough space for four adults, beds where very comfortable, we had more than enough towels. Loved having breakfast in the quaint kitchen. We enjoyed coming home after a day of hiking and relaxing on the porch, and enjoy some quiet time, we were visited by deer and lots of birds. Had dinner at the Rustler on our first night, delicious food and very friendly service. On our second night we dined at the Pines, also delicious especially the pies! Tom was wonderful to work with, he provided lots of useful information which made our stay much more pleasant. One of the best owners I’ve dealt with, thank you Tom!
Just a few minutes from Bryce Canyon park it was the ideal place for us!

Quaint old farmhouse conveniently located near Bryce Canyon.

This cozy farm house has all the basics and is a 15 minute drive from the entrance to Bryce Canyon. MUCH preferred staying here to the more touristy options closer to the canyon. Beautiful front yard with fruit trees blooming in the front yard. Great bird watching just sitting on the front porch. Town has a small grocery store and a handful of restaurants.

Tom’s farmhouse is very well equipped with everything you need. The kitchen supplies are for people who like to cook, beds were comfortable, and the location is ideal for visiting Bryce Canyon, Kodachrome, and other nearby hiking trails. Tom was very communicative throughout the entire process. We enjoyed our short stay and would return again.

We enjoyed this cute, old fashioned home. It was in a peaceful, quiet area with a nice, big, grassy yard that our dogs loved! Plenty of room for a small group and everything was clean and in working order. It reminded me of my grandmas house! It’s located just a short, pretty drive from Bryce Canyon.

This old farmhouse had a lot of character and was an amazing spot to stay in order to access Bryce. It was so well equipped: the kitchen, washer/ dryer etc.
The only thing was some furniture really dated: couch but honestly we never sat down as we were out hiking!

The farmhouse and Tropic, Utah worked out great for our spring break vacation. Besides Bryce Canyon we took a day trip to Capitol Reef National Park. Food options in Tropic worked out great too. We enjoyed IDK BBQ and The Pizza Place. Also picked up breakfast and lunch food at Clarke’s.
