very happily surprised after we randomly booked this property - we will definitely come back again!

the happy hour, the patio, the morning breakfast, the location close to the river walk, the staff, and the rooms setup!

Stressful

Surely I'll be unlucky but I have a huge amounts of troubles regarding payments of the invoice... Seems that Booking.com reservation is non well accepted in this structure.

Nice place, but please vacuum the floor

Great hotel with awesome amenities

We liked that the hotel was on the river. Parking was very easy to go in and out. It was walking distance to a good amount of restaurants etc. there was a little park across the street so our kids enjoyed they. We loved the pool and lounge area being on the second floor so you could swim or hang out and be on the balcony enjoying the view. Rooms were very generous size. We liked the attached restaurant so the option was there to get take out to the room or not have to leave the actual building to get food which was nice with hungry kids at dinner time. The general feel of the lobby and rooms is modern but in a comfortable way.

Amazing place to stay!!

Welcoming staff, easy check in process, absolutely beautiful space!! The room had a welcome message on the TV specific to me, and someone from the hotel checked in a few hours after we arrived to see how everything was going.

Everything and everyone were great I will definitely be back.

The staff was really friendly. The hotel is very clean and decorated nicely.

I don’t like that you have to pay to park when staying at the hotel it should be included with your stay.

Great experience overall

Well designed

Window STC rating must have been poor. I heard cars all night long that woke me up multiple times. Not sure if the car noises were from the garage or people racing on the roads… we even brought sound machines with us.

Very clean hotel, amazing breakfast and very friendly staff. Would return here again!

Great hotel and very friendly staff. Every single person I spoke to and asked for help were corteous and friendly as well as helpful. When we checked in, Justin, was super helpful, friendly and more than met our requests. We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the breakfast (especially the omelette!). All the staff we spoke (including kitchen and breakfast area) were really friendly. Would highly recommend staying in this hotel and commend Justin for all his help when we checked in and asking how we were doing a day or so later after we checked in :).

Wish there were cutlery in the room and bottles of water (but free water and cutlery and plates are provided if requested) so it's not a big deal :)

It was one of the best hotel stays I’ve had😀

At first, I felt like it was a little expensive, but we needed room for six people, that’s why we booked here. Definitely felt the value. They had a happy hour every night and offered 2 drinks per person in our room every night. It was near the pool/ jacuzzi deck, so we would get a couple of drinks and relax in the the jacuzzi. So nice! 😀 best all inclusive breakfast I’ve ever had. They had a made to order omlet station set up like a diner restaurant. It was awesome! I will definitely go back! Staff was amazing!

Not a good value for the money.

The breakfast was good, busy and crowded on the downside. The service could be improved by keeping it open till 11:00 AM.

My room was so far from the elevator was to far from my room, I am disable with a service dog and taking care of my dog was a long walk for me. I did tell the front desk staff about this but they did not even offer a solution to my concern. The traffic noise was horrible. The river view wasn't good from my room. I chose this hotel but I don't feel it was a good value for the money.

This was the nicest hotel we have stayed at in a very long time!

Beautiful hotel with immaculately clean rooms and fabulous breakfast.

Location was great and so accesible to restaurants and in particular Meijer Gardens. The room was immaculate and though we didn't request a handicap access room, we enjoyed the largeness of the room. The staff was wonderful and we thought the breakfast was outstanding. Beautifully appointed common areas and also the complimentary drinks and snacks was a very nice perk.

Absolutely nothing we didn't like.
