It was so small it was not conducive for 4 people

Way over priced for the small accommodations. No breakfast options, and parking for 12 hours was $46 such a rip off

Great property in downtown Grand Rapids! Perfect for a stay near Van Andal Arena.

Location was so close to the Van Andal Arena and restaurants! Short, safe walk!

Elevator was so slow. We used the stairs for most of our stay.

Cute historical hotel

Extremely loud all night. Beds were extremely short and uncomfortable. No AC box for white noise so I had to listen to loud people and cars all night

Exceptional

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. When asked they gave us great recommendations to get our coffee fix. They had just opened up the bar and they made a drink that seemed like they had been doing it for years. Everything was close by. It gave off a relaxed quality atmosphere which we definitely appreciated.

It was walking distance to the Van Andel arena. It had lots of parking options

Adequate, but we would not stay again.

Convenient location. Room was adequate and clean. Comfy bed.

This is a strange, quirky hotel. There is no good place to park and check in. We called the front desk, and they told us to park in the garage around the corner; it was full, so we circled the area a few times and found a garage a few blocks away. Our room was adequate - very chopped up and extremely small. Our one window faced a brick wall. There just a lot of strange things about this property.

The hotel does not do breakfast, which was otherwise listed on booking.com. our room had an internal window and provided zero sunlight.

The room was decent and it was nice there was a parking garage attached.

Meh....

The staff were not friendly at check-in. They wouldn't let my husband check in without me being there and claimed they couldn't find my reservation from booking.com. The rooms are not insulated from sound from the neighboring rooms. We could hear the girls next to us talking. This was the first time we stayed somewhere other than the JW Marriott in Grand Rapids and probably won't do it again. Location was great, however. I was underwhelmed and mildly disappointed.

We stayed here for a concert and I wanted to stay close to the arena because I can’t walk far but it was to far for me.

couldn’t check in when I got there but other people were. I wasn’t a fan of the parking and the bar wasn’t open late.
