We really enjoyed the secluded pool and spa. Everything we needed was here. Kitchen small but well equipped. Nice quality towels and plenty of them. Quiet residential neighborhood. Grocery stores and restaurants are close by and easy access to highways.

Annual buddies golf trip, property was exactly as pictured and described. The owner, Aubrey, was by far the most responsive and accommodating owner i have experienced in 15+ years of using VRBO. The ambiance of the property is amazing, from the landscaping, space utilization and views. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, yet very accessible to any wanted or required amenity. I won't hesitate to recommend Aubrey and her home to any of my friends or family.

My wife and I were visiting the Phoenix area for a AZ Cardinal football and wanted to be on the East side to be closer to family that lives in the area. Aubrey's rental was everything we could have ever wanted, plenty of privacy, comfortable furnishings and a great location. By far the best communication I have ever had with a VRBO host. This property was a wonderful little gem in Fountain Hills. The property was very clean with large bedrooms. Aubrey had us supplied with everything we needed: plenty of towels for showering and for the hot tub/pool area, extra toiletries, paper towels, etc. She welcomed us with a bottle of wine and chocolate. We loved that we did not need to clean or wash towels before we left as in other properties we have rented. The best part was the outdoor hot tub with a gorgeous view! It was our favorite way to end each day! It was too cold to go in the pool but that was fine. One thing we didn't realize was that there isn't an oven, only a stove top. Aubrey was kind enough to offer her air fryer or her oven to cook a pizza, but we opted to go out instead. Aubrey also was quick to answer any questions that we had and offer advice on where to go and what to do. Thanks for everything, Aubrey!

The rental was in a good neighborhood and a convenient location for hiking and day trips. Aubrey gave several helpful suggestions for places to eat and different activities in the area. She was a great host and very responsive. We asked for an early check in and she was very accommodating. The kitchenette was separated from the living space which we didn’t realize from the pictures, but it worked fine. The space by the pool was beautiful and relaxing with the running water.

This property is located right at the edge of desert in an upscale suburb. Nice to walk. Good views. Private outdoor space with pool, hot tub and fireplace. Only minor downside is property is the bottom level of a duplex, so not totally one’s own space, sonically.

Aubrey was prompt and accommodating. My trip had some unexpected turns and she was attentive and kind at every step. The fountain of the pool was calm to fall asleep to! Small kitchen though, wouldn't recommend heavy cooking

Loved the property. Cozy little gem with a fantastic view and privacy. We had a wonderful time for a short getaway trip to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather. Definitely recommend! Such a convenient and stress-free experience. Aubrey was so so helpful and communicative, I knew I could check in with her at any point. The pool and yard were fantastic, and she made sure the hot tub was turned on as soon as we requested it. Pool noodles, floaties and lots of extra towels available! The kitchen was a great size and the rooms were large and cozy. We had a lovely stay :-)

We had a great time at this property, close to Scottsdale (1/2 hour) and within driving distance of Sedona (2 hours) The pool was so refreshing on a hot day, we enjoyed the pool every morning and evening! We also enjoyed the hot tub too when it cooled down in the evening. I especially enjoyed storm watching one evening with the gorgeous mountains silhouetted in the distance. Aubrey was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay, including pool floaties and a bottle of wine and chocolate to welcome us to the house! Highly recommend this place for relaxation at a great value!

We had a wonderful stay! Aubrey did a great job communicating with us and making sure we had everything we needed. There were special touches like a welcome bottle of wine, extra toiletries in case we forgot something, and lots of information about the area. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked well with dishes for cooking and it was nice to have a table to sit at to eat. The pool area is beautiful. We ran out of time to use it, but enjoyed sitting out on the patio in the morning before starting our day. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, too making it a relaxing place to come back to at the end of the day. We hope to return!

This was the perfect ending to our 9 day road trip. We stayed here three nights and it was so relaxing. The pool was a little chilly but in the summer it was refreshing. Cute place to stay inside with plenty of room. Note, there is no oven so be prepared for that. I didn’t realize so we cooked our frozen pizza on the grill and tried cooking our cookie dough on there too. Pizza worked out great, the cookies not so much. Other than missing an oven the place had everything we needed. Host was easy to contact and answered all my questions. One of the best places we have stayed.

This was the perfect option for a weekend getaway. Aubrey was incredibly helpful from the point of booking until after check out. My husband and I reserved this slice of heaven for a long weekend getaway. Aubrey was a great communicator, shared ideas of places we could check out in the area, made us feel so welcome AND gave us complete privacy. The pictures are true to reality, the view is breathtaking and we loved using the hot tub in the evenings. We couldn't believe the amount of space inside - the living room was cozy to play cards, full kitchen for making a meal or two and the view from the bedrooms are priceless. We already are discussing our plans to go back in warmer weather to use the pool and bring our daughters along! This has something for everyone and we loved every moment.

This was my second stay at Aubrey's house. Aubrey is an awesome host. She is there when you need her and always has an array of items that you might need or have forgotten on hand. The place was very clean and the pool was so nice. I sat outside by the pool for hours everyday just relaxing. This is one of the best places to stay in Fountain Hills for the money. I highly recommend it. I am sure I will be back.
