Our 3 bedroom - 3-bathroom luxury oceanfront unit is well maintained and spacious, with 2000 square feet. You’ll enjoy large and well-appointed bedrooms, including 2 king suites and 1 queen suite, with private bathrooms. Our home sleeps 6 adults and 2 children in roll-away beds.

The Malibu is centrally located on 13 miles of hard packed sand so you can walk, job and bike ride for miles with ease. We enjoyed our stay, place had everything we needed. Having the garage that was shared with another unit was great! We could leave our beach stuff in the back of our truck and keeping it safe.

Lovely condo located in a great area of New Smyrna Beach. Great for walking, sunning and swimming. Located near stores and restaurants. The condo is very modern and fully equipped with tvs, and all working appliances. Very clean with very nice linens and lots of beach towels and beach equipment. I would highly recommend this unit for 6 singles or great for families. The owners were very helpful upon arrival and gave a tour of condo via the phone. The views from the balcony are priceless and will definitely Come back.

Beautiful accommodations, very comfortable and close to our favorite dining & entertainment spots. Beach & pool/hot tub access was very easy. The condo is well stocked with beach chairs and towels. Communication with the owners was great! Everyone in our group loved the condo and already wants to come back!

Beautiful condo nice view when cars weren’t line up and down the beach. Nice private garage. Too many rules, guidelines and details of penalties if guidelines were not followed. We have stayed in condos for 40 years and always left the condo in as good or better condition than when we arrived. Realizing there is always some cleaning required after we leave, which is covered by the cleaning fees. We were overwhelmed with all of the rules and posting and consequences if the rules were not followed.

It was a week get away for my husband and I, really nice and comfortable condo in a great location. The owners did a great job of orienting us to the condo and explaining where things were and how they worked, very much appreciated. Everything worked with all the expected utensils and kitchenware we needed for our stay. We only missed having a Kuerig coffee maker, just easier and what we are used to.

After my initial payment to reserve the property posted I started receiving emails from the owners requesting information on myself and anyone planing to accompany me during my stay. The owners demanded to know the names and ages of my wife and kids since we all planed to stay in their condo, everyone’s travel accommodations, why we even chose to vacation at NSB, where we planned to eat and visit during our stay, and if we anticipated any visitors. After a dozen or so emails I assume the owners were satisfied with the answers because the emails finally stopped coming. About 2 weeks before our arrival I started receiving emails again with more instructions and questions. The owner Dave insisted on a phone call when we were a hour away so he could prepare for the required phone call tour of his condominium. After a 7 hour drive the last thing I wanted to do is sit on the phone with someone while they explain how to turn on a smart tv or where the light switches were or how to operate a front loading washing machine. Their condo rules and regulations were laminated and posted everywhere. My vacation was great but fielding all the demands from the owners of this property was intrusive and exhausting. After 32+ emails just to rent a place on VRBO was not worth it. If you are looking for rest and relaxation on your vacation then I would never stay here. I wish I could give this experience a rating of zero stars because that’s what it truly deserves.

I have rented through VRBO for the past 15 years. This is the most beautiful, well cared for condo I have stayed in. The owners definitely take pride in their property and our stay couldn’t have been better. Nobody wanted to leave. If you are looking for a quiet place with beautiful ocean views look no further. Will definitely stay again.

This is a very nice, spacious condo with a beautiful oceanfront view. It is clean and well taken care of. We loved the location and its proximity to everything in New Smyrna. The condo itself provided all that we needed from cooking items in the kitchen to beach toys, chairs, etc. We brought our own beach items but it was nice to know they were available if we needed them. The owners were very informative and helpful from pre-check in to check out.

What a beautiful condo! It is well appointed and spacious. You will not regret staying in this home. Beautiful sunrises and moonrises from the deck which is directly on the beach. The location is perfect for a short drive to both Canal and Flagler streets. We truly enjoyed our week and will definitely return!

This was an amazing experience. Condo is exactly as described and more. Super spacious, clean, up to date, and has everything you need for a perfect stay. The owners, just as amazing. From booking to checking out they made sure our stay was perfect. Even a phone call shortly after arriving just to make sure check-in went smooth and that we had everything we needed. If you're staying in New Smyrna stop looking, this is the place to be.

Great vacation location with everything at your fingertips. Condo was lovely and had everything we needed for 3 generations to vacation together. Lovely sunrises every morning from balcony overlooking the pool and hot tub. Very clean and updated condo and facility with easy access to stores and great dining. Beds were very comfortable. We had such a great experience from the moment we booked. Phyllis and Dave kept in close contact with us before and all throughout our stay to ensure our experience would be amazing and enjoyable. When we got to the condo, Tony was there to greet us to give us a quick tour of the condo. He was an absolute joy! The condo was spotless and absolutely beautiful! The views are unbeatable. This was the 4th time we have stayed in a condo in NSB, and this condo blows all of them away by far!

I can't say enough good things about this property. It is immaculately clean, well furnished, and in a great location for restaurants and shopping. The property owners are excellent to work with and went out of their way to ensure we were taken care of. Even our stay over 4th of July weekend was peaceful and stress free. Grocery stores and restaurants are convenient to the property too. The parking garage is such a plus. I won't bother looking for another place to stay in NSB after staying here.

This property was immaculate and exactly like the photos on the listing. Phyliss and Dave were very helpful ahead of time and provided many suggestions on restaurants and things to do in the area. Tony greeted us at check-in and showed us around so we could quickly get familiar with the building and condo itself. The location of this property is perfect: within walking distance of Flagler Ave, restaurants, grocery store etc. Our family is already discussing a return visit and stay. Our week in this condo was perfect. Anything we could have wanted was already there. It was incredibly clean and the decor gave you a feel of luxury. The spacious layout and double master was perfect for our stay. We will be back.

Upscale luxury for sure! We were pleasantly surprised by the gorgeous condo and all the incredible furnishings to make our stay extremely comfortable. We traveled with our three little girls and everyone had plenty of space with lots of things to do to keep them busy. The condo is well stocked with more than most including great beach toys, towels and beach chairs! All the luxuries of home but on a beautiful beach. We had a terrific time and can't wait to return. Thanks for everything.

We very much enjoyed our family vacation in this beautiful condo. We had a great time the grandkids loved the beach and had the swimming pool all to themselves most days which was really nice. We also enjoyed the beach towels and toys already here less to pack and unpack and store at home. We also really appreciated the perfect parking area so easy to access. The rooms are all so well decorated and just gorgeous just as nice as the pictures. I don't know that we have ever stayed anywhere any better than this, worth the trip.

We really enjoyed our New Smyrna 3 bedroom condo vacation. It was nice to escape the cold Northeast weather during President's week and gave us a chance to catch up with our oldest who is going to college nearby. The condo was very well furnished and the space gave the kids room to spread out. Being right on the beach was great and being in New Smyrna rather than Daytona was very relaxing. Far away from the hectic pace, yet close enough to visit. We hope to come back next year.

Dave and Phyllis' condo is gorgeous. I vacationed with my son and daughter-in-law's family of 5 (2 adults, 3 young children) and this condo worked very well. As the other reviews state, it is very well appointed, with lots of space. I was able to have my own bedroom and bathroom, which made it even more enjoyable. Great place, good location, easy to go back and forth to beach, etc.

This was our first trip to New Smyrna, and I recommend this condo without any hesitation. As a family of 5 (2 adults and children age 10, 12, 12,) we were extremely comfortable and there was more space than we needed. The condo is actually prettier and bigger in person than the photographs depict. When we walked in Phyllis and Dave's condo for the first time, everyone said "Wow!". From the front door, there is open space and a view through the whole length of the condo to the ocean outside. We really appreciated the closet full of beach towels, chairs, buckets, etc. The beds were very comfortable and the condo was spotless. It was spring break week, so the beach was very busy (cars drive and park on the beach which is my only "dislike"), but from the condo, it's easy to walk to the beach, pool and hot tub and go back and forth all day. Restaurants are excellent, the shops in town are cute, and there are many other attractions driving distance. Phyllis and Dave will take good care of you and the condo will be one of the best parts of your trip to New Smyrna.

We vacation often and have rented multiple condos and rental homes through VRBO in the past. This condo was at the top of the list for excellence. Dave and Phyllis were wonderful to work with and their home is beautiful. We are so grateful to them for sharing it with us. We had our nephew with us for his very first vacation and it made it even more perfect for him. We also thoroughly enjoyed celebrating our Thanksgiving there with friends. The condo is beautiful (as I already stated) but the location is probably a large part of the reason we enjoyed it as much as we did. It is only a mile away from Flagler Ave and this makes for a very convenient walk to some wonderful taverns and shopping. If you access a hidden NSB secret, it is even more convenient. This would be the NSB Free ride. NSB is a beautiful area and coming home each day to Dave and Phyllis' amazing condo was wonderful. We would highly recommend this condo to even our closest friends. If I had one negative it would be that the pool wasn't heated. But this is common in Florida this time of year. So not the condo owner's fault. Dave and Phyllis gave us an exceptional list of dining places which was greatly appreciated. Our favorites were The Garlic, Ocean's Market, JB Fish Camp and New Smryna Steakhouse. Flagler Tavern was a favorite night time hangout for the adults. The GM there, Debbie, is wonderful. Wish we could have stayed longer!!

We have vacationed utillizing condos for many years. This one is by far at the top of the list. Right on the beach, Great Views, Watch the Dolphins from the Balcony. Many great dining options very close. Condo is well stocked, decorated and very comfortable. Do nothing or everything. Nothing was overlooked. Great small town atmosphere. Perfect Beach Vacation!! We would do it again in a heartbeat.

We HAD A GREAT TIME AT THE CONDO. IT WAS VERY WELL APPOINTED AND WAS STOCKED WITH A LOT OF USEFUL ITEMS IN THE KITCHEN. GREAT BALCONY RIGHT ON THE BEACH WITH AN AWESOME VIEW OF THE OCEAN. THE CONDO HAS EVERTHING YOU NEED YOU ONLY NEED TO BRING YOUR BATHING SUITE.

The owners are easy to work with and very thorough. We have rented from VRBO before and have to say this has been the best one yet! We hope to return next year. We just spent an entire glorious week in Phyllis and Dave's home away from home. From the moment of booking until the trip back home, these wonderful owners maintained constant communication with us. The condo is gorgeous, much larger than it appears in the pictures. It is impeccably furnished and immaculately clean. The beds are comfy, and the condo is supplied with everything that you need to spend a splendiferous week except your clothes, your groceries and your family and/or friends. The kitchen was so beautiful and well appointed that we literally wanted to go home and build one just like it. The view from the balcony is exquisite and we filmed 7 spectacular sunrises from that location. Phyllis and Dave even supply other outdoor chairs, which are located in a convenient closet, for you to take outside the back door and watch the sunset on the west side of the condo. This was our first visit to New Smyrna Beach and we took in the attractions on Flagler Avenue and on Canal Street, and of course we couldn't resist a delicious burger from The Breakers! We fell in love with NSB and look forward to a return visit in the very near future. Thanks Phyllis & Dave for sharing your vacation home us....it was a real blessing for our family!

We had a very nice family vacation in NSB. Dave and Phyllis' condo is beautiful and very spacious. They were very easy to work with. The condo is much bigger than the photos show. The furniture and décor are very nice. The kitchen has everything you might want or need. We enjoyed meals and relaxing on the balcony. The unit was very secure. We appreciated the covered parking. Canal Street and Flagler Ave have some nice shopping and restaurants. We highly recommend Pan Heads Pizza on Canal Street. Try the Flight pan sampler but save room for "The Stairway to Heaven dessert", you won't be sorry. PJ's Seafood shack was pretty good. We had an awesome breakfast at C's Waffles. Norwood's was overpriced and not that good. McKenna's was also disappointing. We DO NOT recommend Black Beards Inn. Trust me... Breakers on the beach had really good burgers and sandwiches. Banana Split Republic was great for an ice cream treat. A little hard to find though. We took a short drive to Daytona and watched a minor league baseball game. We enjoyed an all access tour at the Daytona Speedway. We indulged in All You Can Eat crab legs at Charlie Horse in Ormond Beach. We enjoyed a round of putt-putt golf at Pirate's Cove while in Ormond Beach. We had a very nice time in NSB. We were blessed with great weather. The condo was very nice and the location was good. We definitely recommend this condo.
