We stayed in this beautiful Victorian home for our office Christmas Party weekend! There was plenty of room for everyone and plenty of off street parking! Nicely renovated kitchen and bathrooms. The owner, Tim, is quick to respond and very accommodating. Short walk to the beach and to the shops on Washington Street. We had such a good time, we are thinking about coming back this summer to enjoy the beach. Highly recommended staying here!

This is a great house. The house was built in 1887 so it’s a true Victorian with wonderful high ceilings and a great porch. bedrooms are big and the house is quiet. the furniture is comfortable and great for a beach house. the kitchen and bathrooms and air conditioning have all been redone and are modern. The dining room seats12 comfortably.
The location can’t be beat. Off street parking for the cars and after that you never need to get into a car unless you want to because you can walk two blocks to the beach one block to the mall and all of the restaurants, and acme grocery store.
We were there for a college roommate reunion, and we all had a great time. Highly recommend it

We were a family of 12 with grandparents, siblings and cousins. Oldest age 82 and youngest age 13. The house is in a perfect location and was very comfortable. There is a mini split system in the house which is great for the super hot week we stayed there. There were also lots of amenities for us to use like beach chairs, umbrellas and even a cart to bring the chairs and items to the beach! Plenty of off street parking is available. The owner was very prompt returning our messages. Having beach tags and towels at the ready is a nice touch! Kitchen had some nice high end appliances, living room very comfortable for everyone.
Location of the house is absolutely perfect. Very close to the Washington Street Mall, and one block from the beach.
One thing to note is if you have people in your party who have mobility issues, the stairs are steep to the attic and there are some tricky stairs from the first to the second floor. Definitely not a deal breaker, but something to note for grandma and grandpa.
Overall we had a wonderful week, this is a great house!

Aunt Ann's is conveniently located on Congress with easy access to the beach and the ped mall. It has a terrific kitchen with 2 ample refrigerators and counter space, and ample room for a family of 12, which we had, or more if need be. The host,Tim, communicated well and saw to all of our needs. Highly recommended.

Biggest problem was the trash cans outside were full and not emptied in a while

While there is no doubt that this property at 200 Congress Street, Cape May, is one of the greatest rental homes for summer vacation, I would argue that you can enjoy staying in this property all year long. We rented this property on December 23 - 26, 2022, and really had a good time here. This is a beautiful home with modern renovations (e.g. kichen, bath rooms, etc.) and plenty of space for a big group. In addition, this home has the best location in Cape May. If we can have a good time here in winter, I am sure folks can enjoy this property all year long.

A group of my family and friends came together for a wine tour and 40th birthday weekend in Cape May. We couldn't have asked for better accommodations than Aunt Anne's Cottage. Not only was the home itself beautiful and spacious, but we were just two blocks from downtown and the beach. It was perfect.

Fantastic location and space for our family group. Having dining room as well as breakfast area was good as well as the two full refrigerators. Unfortunately the weather was bad so we hardly used the lovely screened porch. Tim was a responsive owner. We loved Cape May
