Clean, spacious home with large yard and numerous decks! Plenty of room to spread out for our extended family group, although we often all ended up in the large kitchen, as usual. 😄 Easy accessibility to beaches and restaurants. Good communication by Property Management company.

Gorgeous home with everything we could ask for. Would highly recommend for anyone especially families.

A group of 10 of us stayed at the property for a week so my 93 year old grandfather (who grew up in Maine) could see some family for what will likely be his last trip up there. The house is gorgeous and has a lot of outdoor seating, the only downside was the stairs. When you enter the front door you have to take stairs up yo the main level where the kitchen & one bedroom is, or stairs down to a bathroom and 2 additional bedrooms. The other bathroom, living rooms and bedrooms are1+ flights of stairs up from the kitchen level.
Overall a nice place, but it was tough on my grandfather with all the stairs. But, if you have no issue with stairs, it’s a great place.

Very clean and well kept up. Everything we could need was there. I would highly recommend.

We are a family with 3 generations from 13 to 75. The house fit us perfectly but beware that you have to be able to handle stairs. Everything was so clean. We did not get to sit out too often because there had been a terrific amount of rain. Things dried out for a day or two so some time was spent on the decks. The area is beautiful. Plenty of trees and the walk down to the water was a hit. Especially the frogs by the wooden bridge. It was central to what we wanted to do which included Portland and the Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens.

This property is lovely and has a lot to offer. The set up for the house was perfect for our family of adult children with also an infant. Plenty of space to be all together at times or to have space alone. Had the weather been better we would have had more time to enjoy the outdoor decks, fire pit. We did spend time in the crows nest enjoying the views. House was well appointed with everything we needed to enjoy a family week vacation.

perfect getaway from a busy life
let me tell you, the pictures do NOT do this house justice, it is GORGEOUS! due to covid my friends and family really wanted to get away but not be in a busy area and this was a perfect location. Orrs Island and Bailey Island are so peaceful, reminds me of st.lucia. i loved the 2 seperated living spaces. The house also came fully stacked with board games (my husband is still waiting for a rematch in monopoly). My hubby loved that he could go fishing down by the water and get lobster down the street. Our only issue was the wifi signal in some areas of the house were, and the water dispenser does not close properly if you're not extremely careful, probably time to replace. I would rent this house over and over again with zero issues

Loved the Treetops!
This house was perfect for our group of 8 and we had a really good time! All of the decks and outdoor space were our favorite party as well as the differing levels of the home and ability to all have our own space. It worked out really well!

Beautiful house, great area, nice and secluded
Great house very cozy yet large, unified layout. The shower was a disappointment. Very soft water, made it feel like you never got clean taking a shower. And hard to wash hands clothes dishes etc... which is a requirement before you leave. Could use a better water heater also, water would go cold 3/4 through a shower. but all in all very nice house and yard very private! and the island is beautiful! Had a great stay besides the water issues.

Beautiful house and area
The house and surrounding grounds are very nice. The house is very well appointed and comfortable. The two islands are very scenic, and the kids enjoyed the kayaks. We all enjoyed the local restaurants and lobster pounds. We had a campfire in the backyard. The only downside was the neighbor on the road was a little weird, although we drove by at low speed, the lady would come out and holler. I think they resent having a rental on their road. They do have quite a junk pile on their property, but it is not in view of the rental house, only when you drive by. I also think they may have thrown a rock at one of the windows, resulting in a breakage and scaring my daughter. Although the house was great, the neighbors would make me look at other places.
