Gorgeous Penthouse level 2 bedroom 2.5 bath condo in Sanibel complex in Gulf Shores, AL. We have installed an I-Wave Air Purification system into the Air Conditioner and have installed Hand Sanitizer Station inside the condo. Please understand you must be at least 23 years old to rent this beautiful condo. Completely remodeled in a beautiful, contemporary style with ultimate comfort in mind. The views from the 30 ft wall of windows is incredible, where you can see for miles in each direction. This condo has everything you will need on vacation! All flat screen TV's (living area has 55'). Bose docking station for high quality music. HUGE private balcony overlooking the beautiful white sands of Gulf Shores.
Beach supplies--heavy duty beach cart (deluxe wonder wheeler), rolling cooler, beach chairs and beach umbrella provided. Very large 2 full bathrooms have double sinks and granite counters. All towels and bedding are the ultimate in comfort and softness. Stacked washer/dryer inside unit for your convenience. Fully stocked kitchen with upgraded appliances.

This beautiful condo is located exactly 2.5 miles west of 'the T' where Hwy 59 intersects with Beach Blvd, across a small 2 lane road and the beach access in across the street. The back side of the condo sits on the lagoon side, so water views are everywhere! There is a small public pier behind the condo for easy and quick fishing. Jet ski or boat, kayak or fish, all within walking distance! Whatever you like to do, this is the place!!

This place was great. Just a short walk from the beach and a spectacular view. Our host was so gracious by communicating things to do while in gulf shores. We took advantage of the toys, cart, and cooler that was available as well as the comfy accommodations. The morning we left, I caught my children taking in the perfect view one last time. It was trul a great stay.

Cannot thank the host enough for working with us so that we could stay at this beautiful condo! View was AMAZING! Condo was very spacious and had all the amenities we needed. Check in and check out was a breeze. Pool was perfect for our 2 year old as they had a "kiddie" pool area that he thrived in (only thing I would suggest to the condos (not the host) is umbrellas in the pool area. There were none and the sun was out in full force! We look forward to booking here again next year!

AMAZING views!! Very close to beach and the beach was not overly crowded. Pool was awesome as well. My boyfriend and I brought our 4 kids and there was plenty of room for everyone. We will definitely be back!!

Absolutely perfect for our family of six. Views were amazing, condo was in a perfect location with easy beach access. Condo was super clean, had all the necessities for our family to feel like we were home away from home. Instructions for check in and check out were clearly communicated and all in all we had a very please stay for our first time in Gulf Shores. We will definitely be back! Couldn’t be thankful enough for a get stay.

We loved our stay at this Sanibel condo. It felt like home. The view of the Gulf was just spectacular. The kids loved the pool and the access to the beach was only a short distance. Thankful for the provided beach cart as it was a life savor carrying thing to and from the beach. The condo was close by to many shops and restaurants. The condo had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. Thankful for a wonderful host and stay.

This was our first Vrbo experience. Picture perfect! The condo was as pictured. Fantastic beach views. There was a fully equipped kitchen. The bed was super comfortable. Luggage carts were available near the elevators which made it so easy to move in/out. We're looking to our next stay! Thank you so much!

Property definitely was super clean and came as advertised. The host was more than accommodating throughout the entire process. Upon check/in the main elevator to the condo had some problems but the host was able to resolve the issue and did so in a timely manner. I have stayed at Sanibel a few times before over the years and this stay definitely took the cake. Will book with this host again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay at Sanibel 1803! Beautiful views, close to the fun but far enough away to get some peace and quiet. Beach was easy to get to and very nice that the owners had the beach chairs, umbrellas and cart. Sanibel was beautiful and other guest were friendly. We would definitely stay again! Only thing is the condo really does need new carpet. But that was the only complaint we had. Thanks so much for the memories!! We will be back!

This property was great ! Has a great view and location is perfect . The only negative thing I have to say about it was that when we entered the property it was dirty. Had to call the owner and the issue got resolved right away , cleaning crew showed up again.

Really great property, the views are fantastic from the balcony. Big bedrooms and bathrooms, well-equipped kitchen and spacious living/dining area. Location is very close to the beach access and parking was a breeze. Beach chairs and coolers were as available as advertised, though a couple of the chairs and the umbrella are probably due for replacement (really the only even remote "complaint" I have about the stay, and it's tiny).

We spent the last week in this gorgeous condo, with the most beautiful view I’ve ever seen from a condo. Not gonna lie, being on the 18th floor was very scary for someone scared of heights but the rest of the family really enjoyed it lol.. Everything was super clean, kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and it was literally a perfect vacation.

It is a beautiful condo. The kitchen had all the essentials plus some seasonings and other items I don't usually see in condos. It was clean; the beds and pillows were very comfortable. It was quiet and relaxing. There was ample beach items available for use. The view was spectacular. We would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful time at this Gulf Shores condo. The views are amazing and fit our family of 6 (12 and under) comfortably. The beach is less than a minute walk and the owner provided all the beach essentials. Truly a must stay.

The views from this condo are beautiful! We enjoyed the spacious living area, and the lagoon behind the condo was a great fishing area. My husband and son went down there every night. Teresa (the owner) was also wonderful. It is a nice place, but we did have a few issues… *The walk to the beach isn’t as easy as the description made it sound. Access is not right across the street. We had to walk through a large parking lot, down the road a block, and then across the street to even reach the walkway for public beach access. *The bedroom in which my teenagers stayed had very little storage, and the ladder to the bunk bed literally blocked the small space between the full-size bed and the bunk beds. My poor son cracked his head numerous times on the bed, trying to maneuver his way through the room. *The toilets had mold in them by Tuesday afternoon. *The drains in the master bathroom were very slow. We were standing in two inches of water by the time we finished our shower. Overall, we did enjoy our vacation.

We LOVED our stay! It was quiet, clean and easy access to the beach. All the amenities we needed for a week away were already at the condo. There was a beach cart, chairs and umbrella available. This was a HUGE convenience! The 18th floor made you feel like you were on the beach and not accross from. The walk to the beach was very short and easy. Just get down early to get a good spot!

We loved the condo the views are amazing. It’s very well stocked in the kitchen. We did miss not having a pool but Teresa kept us up to date on it. We found a place that gave out day passes to use at the pool. The beach cart was great and the umbrellas too!! Thank you Teresa for sharing your condo with us. It was our grandsons first beach trip and I’m sure it won’t be his last. We love the beach!!
