Our stay was amazing! Walking in the door and waking up to that view is incredible! The couches, kitchen and bedrooms/baths comfortably fit our family of 5. The kitchen supplies and beach stuff were great! We were able to easily get anywhere on the island due to the central location. We enjoyed how quiet the area was.

Starting with positives- view of Buck Island is lovely. Master bedroom mattress was comfortable. Now for the reality. We booked the stay for 12 nights hoping for a relaxing family trip. We read the reviews and looked at all of the pictures and thought it looked great. We left after 4 nights due to the poor condition of the unit and safety concerns. We tried to communicate our concerns to Erin after being in the unit for a few hours. We received no response and reached out again a couple of days later. She responded that her unit was better than most and that we should look around the island to see that she was right. We let her know we were unhappy with the state of the unit and would like to be released from the contract with no response until a formal complaint was filed with VRBO. We tried to negotiate to pay for 7 nights and be refunded for 5. She has continued to refuse to work with us on this stating she couldn’t rent the unit fast enough to recoup her money. We did actually go see a few other places and nowhere else was in such poor repair or had such safety concerns. Concerns: No window coverings on 2nd bedroom. The window opens to a public sidewalk so anyone can look in at anytime. Our teen daughters felt very uncomfortable with the lack of privacy. 2nd bathroom is not much larger than one you’d find on an airplane and has no latching mechanism on the door so the door does not lock. The bathroom was not represented in photos. The downstairs floor tile is cracked and broken with sharp edges sticking up. You either have to walk carefully or wear shoes. The stairs leading to the downstairs bedrooms split apart and pinch your feet, so again wear shoes. There were holes in the bedroom walls and paint coming off in a few areas. Door handles were non-functional or falling out of the doors. The master closet is unusable due to the musty smell. It permeates anything you put in it. The pool area is not well maintained with broken tiles and mold present in the pool coping. Even the residents were complaining while we were in the pool area. It’s a major hike down and back from the pool so be ready. We realize this is an island and upkeep is hard, but the blatant misrepresentation and lack of communication regarding the numerous needed repairs was uncalled for. Had we known the true state we would have chosen somewhere else to stay. We have updated pictures of everything.

We stayed with our kids (ages 6, 16 & 19) for 10 days. The house was clean, well equipped and the view from both porches is magnificent. The kitchen was stocked with dry goods and a few pantry staples left from previous guests which came in handy (spices, oils, pancake mix etc). The hall closet has coolers, a beach umbrella, first aid kit, sunscreen, bug spray etc which was a nice bonus. We have AT&T and the phone service was spotty at best on the island. Wifi at the condo worked well. We loved waking up to the gorgeous view and that’s what I will miss the most. Erin was quick to respond with any issues or questions that we had. If we ever return to STX, I would not hesitate to stay here again.

The pictures do not do this wonderful condo justice. It is spacious and comfortable with the best views on the island. It is also situated in a very convenient area without too much traffic. We had an absolutely amazing experience and enjoyed every moment of our stay. If you are considering booking just do it - and add a few extra days because you won’t want to go home.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sea Forever. The unit is in one of the best locations at Coakley Bay with wonderful views of Buck Island from the balconies. We sat out on them for coffee and breakfast every day and at the end of the day. One addition would make this lovely unit even more perfect-a washer and dryer in the unit. We will stay here again for sure and will just plan ahead for that.

Was great. Just as advertised. We found cold beer and good rum when we arrived, and left fresh cold beer and rum on departure. Pay it forward lol. Great location. Pool and other tenants were friendly. Very quiet stay. Remember to stay left when driving! Awesome and well worth it.

The view of the ocean and Buck island is incredible! We had a great stay at this condo. It had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. The property was gorgeous with lush greenery and flowers and very quiet. Everyone we met was friendly. Erin was great to work with and was quick to respond to any question. We didn’t have any issues while we were there. We would highly recommend staying here-we look forward to coming back again soon!

We had a great time in St Croix and at Erin’s condo. It was spacious, clean and met all our needs. Trade winds helped to keep us cool. The view was amazing. Could see Buck Island and the boats that were out in the bay. Had an amazing lightening storm that lit up the sky behind the island. Erin was very responsive to requests. We couldn’t get WiFi one day and she worked with several sources until it was restored. Thank you, Erin. We we able to get everywhere in a reasonable time so location was good. This is a great place to stay in St Croix. Highly recommend it,

Great views of Buck Island! Don’t lose out on snorkeling throughout the week as there are so many places to see the beautiful fish. Buck Island is the best. Lots of beautiful beaches don’t miss out on the hidden gems. Drive around to find them. Home was comfy and the beds were very comfy. Nearby town had plenty of places to eat and shop.

Our stay at Sea Forever was wonderful. From the time we arrived until it was time to go. The condo was very well equipped with everything you would need to enjoy your time on St.Croix . The condo was super clean and modern. The notebook was filled with helpful info about the island. They even had a speaker, which was nice for our pool days. We willl definitely be back.

We absolutely loved Erin's place. Location was great, place was clean, and the view was amazing. We would love to wake up to that view every day. Absolutely nothing to complain about. We would definitely stay again.

We spent 6 days in paradise. The condo was clean, perfect and stocked with everything we needed plus beach chairs! The Master Bedroom balcony and the top floor balcony views were unbelievable and some mornings we spent longer getting to the beach because the view was too beautiful to leave. Erin was extremely helpful and very quick to respond with any questions we had and the bed so comfortable we had to give us both a pep talk to just get out of bed to explore the island. Everything in the condo was clean, AC and all appliances worked great, the WIFI was excellent and Erin’s welcome booked was used daily to help us plan our daily itinerary. I highly recommend this property. The view is just as pictured and we absolutely enjoyed waking up to it every day. The condo it very well stocked. Erin was very accommodating and quick to reply. The laundry is a bit of a pain but that's a small price to pay for a great location and beautiful view as well as a spacious place to stay. We are so thankful for finding Erin and her rental.

This was an awesome place to spend the winter and recover from knee surgery. I was able to work with my laptop on the balcony in 82 degrees with a refreshing breeze that crosses the whole unit. We had the glass doors to the balcony open from morning until night. I am missing the amazing view of the blue Caribbean and Buck Island, the pool for some aquatherapy, and the nearby beaches for snorkeling on the weekends. The regulars at the pool are welcoming, and Erin was very helpful and responded quickly for a couple of problems with internet and electiricity we had while staying. All-in-all, it was a wonderful stay.

I liked the location and the pool and restaurant were great and the views awesome however the property was being worked on while we were there and they installed windows without the owner knowing I wish the install would have occurred prior to our stay. It made us nervous to have construction Roepke when the owners were not even on the schedule for the repair.

We enjoyed our stay in St. Croix overall. The condo was a great size and located closer to the east end of the island. We really enjoyed the double balcony with a view to the ocean. There are a lot of great beaches nearby within a ten minute drive. It is beneficial to rent a car during your stay as you are not within walking distance of much, but convenient with a short drive in a car. About a 15 minute drive to the boardwalk in downtown Christianstead and the same to Udall Point in the opposite direction. The only downside is there was no longer Dish Network hooked up in the condo and we couldn't get the dvd player to work. That makes for an upset seven year old coming in after a long beach day. We ended up going to OfficeMax and buying a Roku to use while we were there. The condo had all the basic necessities for the kitchen as we spent most of our time cooking meals. We also appreciated the supply of after sun and other beach ready accessories. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Our stay at this lovely condo was punctuated by a magnificent view of Buck Island. Our mornings started with breakfast on the balcony, looking over the turquoise blue waters. Thank you Erin for sharing your beautiful place!

We had a wonderful family vacation snorkeling, jet skiing, relaxing on the multiple beaches. The view from the condo was beautiful, accommodations were perfect for our family of 5 (teenagers included). Erin was easy to work with. We can't wait to take another trip!

Erin is a great communicator however the actual property managers and maintenance liked to come and go as they please which was frustrating for a couple expecting privacy. The view is probably one of the best on the island and the balcony is perfect for coffee and cocktails. The grill is a nice addition, especially with it being St Croix and cooking inside adds to the heat in the home. Pool onsite is a steep walk so we drove down mostly so our flip flops didn’t break on the walk (insider suggestion) Location is quiet as the East End is known for that. Follow Chefaaronstx and Castaways on social media so you have a heads up on dinner and events near by. Blue Water Terrace does all you can eat lobster on Monday’s but you need a reservation. There is a small beach right at the entrance to the complex which was easy to access as well. Having beach chairs and pool noodles made life much easier and was appreciated. Unfortunately there were some issues that would prevent us from staying again if not handled. Upon checking in I was informed the master bedroom bed was broken and needed to replaced on MY time which I refused and felt was inappropriate timing to ask. The kitchen windows were broken and unable to be closed during the worse Saharan Dust they’ve experienced in 50 years which was frustrating for my allergies. Maintenance came to take the screens and left us with completely open aired windows causing a mosquito problem our last week as well. There was a lot of back and forth regarding the windows which was not expected for a vacation rental. The fridge was also very loud to where we would have to turn up the TV, did not report as I was not trying to have another reason for someone to enter the property without notice. Thankfully we purchased the insurance which helped because we are being charged for pet hair which the condos have about 10 cats that sit outside which we fed, and with leaving the windows open, and front door, per the owner’s suggestion to create a stronger breeze, could have cause those. We did not travel with pets, it’s expensive. Overall all, these issues are maintenance and once fixed, I would stay again. Oh, and get the insurance just to be safe since you never know!

This is the second year we have stayed in this property and returning again next year! The condo itself is very spacious and comfortable. The view from either balcony is spectacular! We had our coffee every morning watching the sun come up. So beautiful and peaceful! The location is perfect, only 10 minutes from Christiansted where there are great restaurants and shopping. The pool and the new restaurant on site are also great! Communicating with Erin was easy and she was always quick to reply. 😊

Our stay at SEA FOREVER was wonderful. Condo was clean, spacious and equipped with everything you could need for vacation time. Beautiful views of the Caribbean ocean , Buck Island and the sky from sunrise to sunset. Having coffee on the deck early am was my favorite part of the day. Pool on premises was clean and large , well kept grounds. Ziggy’s down the street had gas, breakfast sandwiches & drinks to start the day off at the beach. We went to Knights bay , a dirt road on left before Cramer park beach ....quiet local beach, we had it to ourselves & the turtles. We are a family of 4 and this condo fit perfectly for all of us. Hard to verbalize the veiws from this place. Being able to enjoy coffee while watching the sunrise it just absolutely amazing. Everything you could ever need is here take a moment when you get there to open cabinets and closets and locate misc items, but everything is there that you will need chairs towels snorkeling equiptment you just have to look and you will find it. We came on our honeymoon and quickly realized we could bring the family next time plenty of space and very comfortable. This place feels like a home versus a rental.
