This property is receiving an update! Remodel coming summer 2022. Cimarron Lodge 15 is perfect for families and groups to enjoy their Telluride vacation from a beautiful, convenient location. This two-floor, three-bedroom condo is a clean and comfortable property that will feel like home during your stay in Telluride, offering bright and spacious accommodations with ski in/ski out access. Enter into the open great room with large leather couches, dining table for six, and the fully stocked kitchen. Whip up a quick breakfast just like at home, and enjoy it at the breakfast bar before hitting the trails or slopes. With laundry in this condo and the ability to walk anywhere in town (the free shuttle also stops just downstairs), you'll be enjoying your worry-free vacation from the moment you arrive. You can also take advantage of two outdoor complex hot tubs and one parking space in the underground covered parking (clearance 6'8"). Downstairs the open kitchen and living/dining areas ensure quality downtime with your travel companions. Beyond the living room, there is one bedroom with a twin/double bunk bed, bathroom and laundry closet. Upstairs you'll find the large master bedroom with king bed and sleeper sofa, queen bedroom and two bathrooms. The Cimarron Lodge Complex is a rare, true ski-in/ski-out complex and is also situation on The River Trail providing an easy, scenic walk to the center of town or to Town Park. The free Galloping Goose shuttle also stops just outside the complex providing added ease and convenience. This building is a the base of Chair 7, where you will also find a lift ticket window and gear rentals. Travel insurance is encouraged. DEPOSITS & CANCELATIONS: We take a 50% deposit at the time of booking & the remaining 50% is due 60 days prior to your arrival. If you are booking within 60 days of your arrival the full amount will be charged upon booking. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex & Discover as forms of payment. You can also mail a check or pay by direct deposit, but a credit card must be on file regardless. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival will forfeit full amount of stay. Travel insurance is available to cover your vacation in the event something unexpected pops up. Please ask for details if this is something you would like to purchase. Please note, while we understand that life circumstances, unpredictable weather, illness & injury can impact your travel plans, we cannot be held responsible for refunds within the 60 day no cancelation window. We had an awesome time at Cimarron Lodge #15. Very neat and clean unit with large and comfortable bedrooms. Kitchen was exceptionally well equipped. The views were gorgeous and the proximity to the slopes made the ski trip first rate!

My family of four stayed here for several weeks. The condo was spacious enough for everyone to have a bit of privacy (teenagers) and a lovely, comfortable common area for all. The location was close to Clark's grocery and all things in town that one would wish to do. The management was friendly and helpful. Would recommend staying here!

My friends and I absolutely loved staying here! There were seven of us, and the place was plenty of room for all of us. Also, the walk to the ski lift is less than 100 feet. It is definitely a "ski in/ski out" place. Furthermore, the communication was very easy and timely, and it was a very quiet place to sleep at night. We would definitely stay here again!

This place was a perfect fit for our family of six. Everything was as advertised and the arrival process was very easy. It’s a short walk into town and all the shops and restaurants. Would love to come back in ski season as there is a lift right outside the door!

Condo had a good quiet location. The kitchen was well stocked with exception of a coffee maker that did not work. The condo was clean but carpeting was stained from use.The bed rooms and bathrooms were good size. Nice to have garage parking.

It was a genuine pleasure working with them. We are already talking about returning to Telluride next year. It's great.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We can't thank Georgie at Lodging in Telluride enough for helping us out to find this amazing Condo. It had everything we wanted and more. The condo is directly in front of the chairlift which made it very easy to get out and enjoy the amazing slopes Telluride has to offer. We could even ski home at the end of the day which saved having to lug ski gear to and from gondolas and buses. In saying that though, the gondola and beautiful town of telluride is only a short walk away or there is a bus which stops right outside the foot bridge in front of the condo. It came with everything we needed and Georgie and her team were quick to respond and help if had a question. I couldn't recommend Cimarron Lodge 15 enough!

Reviewer Comments: Our overall stay was incredibly wonderful, the location could not have been better, great views from main bedroom and 2nd floor bedroom to the creek. The condo was beyond clean, owners keep it as if it was brand new, no need to bring anything as the condo is beyond stocked with everything you need. We did not have the opportunity to talk with management as it was not necessary, as soon as we made our reservation they sent instructions to everything there was no need to contact them. We can not say enough about this condo.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is ideally located with easy access to restaurants, stores, and hiking. The condo was clean, quiet, and had very comfortable beds. If it were ski season, we could have opened the front door and walked onto a ski lift. The size was perfect for our family of five. Three full bathrooms meant no crowded bathrooms for 3 teenage girls and happier parents. Having a well-appointed kitchen was great...we ate breakfast at the property most mornings and enjoyed a few home-cooked dinners. Overall, a wonderful stay.
