The cabin was perfect. Very clean and well stocked. Sitting out on the back porch was exactly what I needed. The woods and water was so calming and pretty. The only negative was I couldn't stay longer. Thanks for everything.

We thoroughly enjoyed our Labor Day weekend at the Old Factory Getaway - it was a quaint cabin in a beautiful location very convenient to Lake Greeson!

It was very clean. A great cabin to stay in on the river. It was better than the pictures depict! The hammock, outdoor lights, comfortable furniture, great a/c and everything you need on hand! The host replied quickly to any questions. On a scale of 1-10 it was 10+! Hope to return someday!

My family enjoyed the cabin gretly! My oldest loved that the upstairs was seperate, but I liked that you could open the hatch and still hear what was going on up there. Laying on the hammock and listening to the river was peaceful. We really appreciated the mining equipment as we did not have to rent any when we went diamond hunting! Thank you again!

Cute little cabin! Equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Definitely will be back!

We enjoyed our stay and everything was pretty much what you'd expect for a quaint country cabin on the river. The back deck was our favorite place, especially in the mornings with coffee. Our only issue was not knowing ahead of time that the 2nd floor was only accessible by going outside. In fact, this likely would have steered us to explore another place to stay. Overall, we enjoyed our trip here.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was a beautiful location and the view from the back deck was wonderful. We left feeling refreshed. The beds were comfortable and the space was perfect for a family of four. I would highly recommend.

The cabin was as described and very clean. Just a little disappointed with the town of Murfreesboro, AR. Not a lot lot to do besides dig for diamonds and no good restaurants to speak of. Unfortunately, we will not be coming back.

This was a great place for my kids, family and I to visit AR and go diamond mining. The creek out back was also great and the kids spent a few hours down there, while we were able to sit up top on the back deck and watch them. Would visit again for sure!

Very nice property!

The cabin was exactly as described. We loved the wrap around porch and that it was gated. So our granddaughter could run and play and we could set and relax and not have to chase a toddler down. The only down side was they were working on the cabin next door to us. And they had dogs. I love dogs, we have dogs. But we don’t allow our dogs to run everywhere and certainly not to other property. The dogs were small but very aggressive and they would not listen to the owner and return on their own. They did finally come and get them from the yard. But they returned later when we were all inside and pooped on the porch. We had to clean that off before we could come back out with our dogs and family. But as far as the Cabin goes, it was a very cute cabin we had plenty of space for us and it was exactly what we were looking for. If someone was wanting a fancy getaway this would not be it. But if you’re wanting to go camping but not in a tent or worry with loading up a camper this is perfect! You can set on the back porch and listen to the river running and hear the birds singing. Comfortable beds and cozy living room/kitchen. The only thing we had to bring was food. So it gave us a wonderful Mother’s Day weekend with family.

Great place to go to and relax with our two dogs (Jack Russell and Malinois). There is a fenced rap around porch for the puppies to play while you hang out on the large porch overlooking the Little Missouri River. Place was very clean. Will recommend to others!

This place is so awesome. The only down side was the grass was too high for my blind miniature dachshund. Other than that, this place was perfect! Super clean, peaceful, and beautiful surroundings. We really enjoyed the 2 separate areas where our friends had their own privacy as well as we did. This place had so much stocked at the cabin, much more than most rentals. We all were impressed and loved our stay. We will be back in the future. Thank you for the amazing stay!

The cabin was quaint and pretty much as described. The river was nice both to see but also to hear at night. The beds were super comfy as well. That said, the heat was not working when we arrived, but once I found the breaker box, that was easily remedied. There were no paper products or seasonings of any kind (salt, pepper, etc), so bring your own, and the kitchen only had one hand towel. The drip coffee pot worked but only for a few minutes at a time. You just have to turn it on a couple times during the brewing process to get a full pot. While all that seems like a bad review, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

This cabin is very nice! Huge porch and patio/balcony. Has a gated wrap around porch too. I loved just relaxing on the back balcony, rocking in a chair overlooking the river and listening to its calming sounds. My kids loved the upstairs bedroom. The cabin provided mining equipment if you are looking to go diamond hunting.

I grew up in Murfreesboro so I know the town well.
I come back to visit family and we always try to get cabins next door to one another.
This cabin was perfect for us to be able to visit and relax.
It was very clean with lots of dishes, towels, etc to use. The owners are responsive if you need anything as well!
We had a great time!

We enjoyed this property, the river and the town of Murfreesboro. The kids caught beautiful trout. We cooked s'mores and hotdogs on the fire pit. We dug for treasure at the Crater of Diamonds and Ka Do Ha village.
The only downside was that the upstairs bedroom (with 2 beds) is only accessible by a separate entrance via an outdoor staircase. We wish the listing would have stated this. It meant that my husband and I had to split up with the children bc we did not feel comfortable with them up there alone. There is a cutout in the ceiling for communication between the levels of the cabin. Maybe a ladder to the upstairs would be helpful!

We had a great time! We went diamond hunting at the Crater of Diamonds, we also went to the Kadaho Indian village. While we didn’t have luck, it was fun trying. We appreciated having the screens and tools to use. The cabin is beautiful! Thanks for sharing your cabin with us. Our dog Salem also enjoyed the River, we went to the other area to get in. Thanks again!

Once we got settled, everything was great! Be sure to note the lock code before you get there, as we had zero cell signal and had to leave the property and drive for ~30 mins looking for a signal just so we could get inside.

The house was great we have absolutely no complaints. The river was a different story but the house itself was amazing!

Internet got installed our first day. Very nice addition. Great cabin stay overall. Loved being right on the river. We were able to do the diamond mine and crystal vista trail.

We had a family of four (2&5) + 3 dogs. It was a wonderful place for us to stay. Our boys LOVED digging at the state park but also enjoyed playing in the dirt/sand out front and collecting pine cones.
The fire pit was great for smores at night. We did not use the provided charcoal grill.
The river out back was a great white noise. Be mindful with small children, the river does elevate quickly when the dam is let loose. The water rose a good 3 - 4 feet when we had just gotten out of the water out back with our littles. We were told by locals you can usually tell when its about to rise by the foam that floats down first, however I did not notice this. There was river access just up the road that was easier to get in/out with small kids or pets. The boys caught clams!
The wrap around porch was wonderful for small kids/pets as it had a latched door on it to keep them contained when you do not want them leaving it.
Place was well kept and as you would expect a cabin to be.
We will likely return in a cooler month!!
Thank you again for having us!!

This property was fantastic. Beautiful location. Fun time in the river with my grandson (even though I slipped on the moss covered rocks which everyone else thought was very funny). We had to force ourselves to go away from the cabin to do something else. Our gaming, 7 yr old grandson didn’t even miss wi-fi or tablet. Would recommend to anyone of any age.

Very private, clean, extra nice little cabin. One of the best we've staying in. I just wished we had known the level of the river would change each day. We only 3 days and every evening we thought we would go play in the river, only to see it's level was up and it was moving fast. Then in the mornings, the water was low & slow. Turns out there's a damn up stream. Wish we had known.

Property was probably the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in. Everything was represented accurately except the river view from the deck was way better and great location!

We rented this cute cabin for a birthday weekend with friend and it was perfect! The porch is so amazing, the cabin was neat and tidy, and the location to the town and the Crater of Diamonds was ideal. We were able to enjoy nature and friends and have a relaxing time!

The place was great, we had a great time, so relaxing my favorite place was on the back porch listening to the rushing water. Our puppy went and it was just perfect with the fenced porch he could run around the porch barking at the birds and squirrels. Hope to stay again in the future.
