The townhouse layout of this stay was unexpected and nice! Great location, open layout with plenty of room. Free garage parking was very easy, accessible and a great added bonus. Would stay again!

This was our second stay at this condo. Very near our son's apartment. Walkable to lots of great restaurants and shops. Close to public transport, great hiking trails nearby, and a good walk downtown too. It's a vibrant, growing neighborhood. Nice to have a parking spot in the garage too.

This place is awesome! Location is great, the garage puts this place above everything! True relief when we found out it had a garage. But the inside is a bit quirky. You never know what’s behind any door, the beds are. Used. And very noisy. But if you have ever wondered. “Are ikea rooms worth it?” Come here!

Property is ok. Ceiling fans dirty, linens left in dryer, toaster had crumbs on it and the refrigerator was not clean.
Bathtubs were so slick I nearly fell.
The office is on the other side of the building thank goodness another tenant came out and showed us. This needs to be in the instructions.
Not a place for small children. Stair and floors are cement.
A lot of restaurants and shops are in the area.
For the price we paid it should have been a lot nicer.

This place is located very close to shopping and is great for 3 -4 people. Also comes with secure garage parking. Gaining access to is a little complicated, but OK once you figure it out. Furniture is a little worn, but OK.

We loved this location, with easy walking distance to so many great restaurants and a market across the street. The unit was very clean! Off street parking in the garage was a lifesaver but the assigned space has a concrete pillar on one side - one night a big truck was parked next to our space and slightly over the line. We had to go park on the street. If you have a big vehicle you might have a tough time in the garage. Also, if someone is downstairs watching tv be aware that you will get both the light and sound in upstairs bedrooms.

Whether we were heading to Forest Park, to restaurants on 23rd St, or to grab some groceries, we loved the walkability of this location. It was also nicely quiet at night. The space was stylish and comfortable with everything we needed. We'd totally stay here again if we can on future trips!

This Vacasa was great. Just steps away from restaurants, New Seasons, great coffee. Beautiful condo with tons of space.

So many things wrong, but the home itself is really nice. The location is good with lots of restaurants nearby. Need to Uber to downtown locations like Powell's books.

This property is well appointed and worked perfectly for our family of four. The space is wonderful, the location is great and very walkable. I would highly recommend and would stay again.

We loved the walk ability of the neighborhood. The area felt very safe and clean. The modern feel of the space was fresh and cozy. Actually very quiet for being in the city. Beds were clean and comfortable. Liked having a parking space that felt safe and secure.

Perfect location— the area is chock full of charming restaurants and beautiful houses. Tons of charm and being able to stow the car in a covered dedicated parking spot was wonderful!!
Great stay!

This very expensive unit was advertised to be in the Pearl District of Portland. It was not. It wasn't even close.
The check-in process was complicated and required finding parking where there is little while getting access to the unit.
Everything was cheap including furniture to towels and toilet paper. No towels in the powder room. No soap in one of the bathrooms, very poor lighting, no wine glasses. No tub stopper, no Kleenex, only one door key. Noisy fan with no shut off, no bath mat or grab bars. Tubs/showers very dangerous. We checked prior to arrival for a Keurig coffee maker. We brought K-cups. No Keurig. No teapot. And no matter what we asked, the answer was no. We left because of an emergency (a debilitating fall) and no refund on the remaining three days was allowed. The unit is cement and 'industrial'. Ugly and uncomfortable.

Great property location within walking distance to fun restaurants and shops. Vacasa check in box was difficult to open. Clean bathrooms and kitchen, but chairs and rug were dirty. Fuse blew in bathroom when two hairdryers used at the same time and unable to reset.

My husband and I loved staying in this sleek urban loft. It was easy to check in and out. The beds were comfortable. Thank you to previous reviewers who alerted future guests like us that the silverware is at the end of the kitchen island above the microwave.
Grocery store within a block. Great restaurants on both 21st and 23rd.
Great location. Great price. Great service. Comfortable.
Would definitely stay here again.

The space appeared to be nice upon entry but after really looking at thing we discovered it wasn’t cleaned. We found someone’s hair and blood stain on the sheets in the bed, main bathroom looked as though someone had just used it (literal poop stains in the bowl), I showered in the guest bathroom and the towels were dirty with fresh makeup stains not from us. Overall it seemed like the space was made to look clean but no actual cleaning was done. The company never reached back out to me after I complained about how dirty it was and how uncomfortable we were. We only spent 1 night there and left early.

Well-appointed and comfortable. Fairly homey considering the open-duct, industrial vibe. Great neighborhood with everything needed or wanted within walking distance. Fantastic restaurants right around the corner. Glad to have the covered secure parking garage. Prepared a great Thanksgiving dinner to share with our son and friends. We will definitely return.

Wonderful place in NW Portland. Walking distance to great restaurants, breweries, bakeries, and more. Easy access to public transportation so no car is needed but the rental includes a secure parking space.
We rented this apartment and the one next door, 2115. This one was not as nice, a couple of doors needed repairing and the dining room table has seen a lot of use.

Super location and space. Comfortable. Very well situated for exploring some great neighbourhoods.

This was a nice apartment and good location within walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and to Washington Park. Having a parking space was nice but the garage is a bit narrow and the space for this unit was a tight fit if you have a larger vehicle.

Really nice location! Lots of nice places to eat within walking distance. The open floor plan can lead to noise traveling within the unit but we didn’t hear noise from outside.
I would recommend and stay again. We were a family of 4, the couch in the living room makes a nice bed.

The check in process is a little difficult but once we figured it out all went well. Thank you to the other reviews on where to find the silverware....The location is great and we enjoyed our stay. Our only complaint was the bath towels might be a little nicer.

This apartment has a street entrance in a nice neighborhood. Off street parking is available in the adjacent parking garage (although there two garages that the garage door opener activated and we guessed wrong the first time - this apartment has a space in the lower garage). The apartment has direct access to the garage through the back door. There are two levels with bathrooms on both levels. The kitchen has everything you need (although after a thorough search we couldn’t find the silverware), but we ate out since we were staying for just a couple of nights. The beds are very comfortable! And the neighbors are pretty quiet. The fan in the primary bedroom’ bathroom didn’t seem to work and there didn’t seem to be a way to stream TV services.
There are lots of restaurants and coffee shops to choose from and a nearby grocery store. There is a little bit of shopping that can be done near the apartment. The bus stop next to the building has route that goes downtown and connects to the streetcar and light rail.
The check in/out was pretty seamless if a bit awkward. You have to to the lobby for the building to retrieve the key. And then you have to open the apartment to get the garage door opener. This requires parking on the street in a neighborhood where street parking is tight.

I loved staying in this townhome. It's very spacious, clean, and even better than the photos. Definitely recommend!
8.0 / 10.0
4/5 stars because the place was very clean and cool but had a couple issues. One of the beds upstairs was very old, sounded like popping a bag of popcorn when you rolled around and sleeping in it with my wife left us sunk to the middle. Bed in the other room was nice. There was a mild smell in the downstairs bathroom - not sure what it was coming from. Otherwise awesome stay and vacasa made everything super easy.

We loved this location! You can walk to everything. The kitchen was well equipped and the on-site parking was great! The unit was clean and comfortable. The silverware is in a hidden drawer above the microwave in the island.

This apartment is hip and in a great location, right next to NW 23rd.
The condo is clean, modern, and well-equipped.
10.0 / 10.0
This property was fantastic as it was near all of the areas we wanted to see in Portland plus the food areas around the property were fantastic too. The only issue we faced was that there were no utensils in the property giving us a difficult time when we needed a spoon for coffee or cereal for breakfast. Otherwise it was a very good stay.
10.0 / 10.0
This was a great rental - awesome location and a comortable space. Without a single utensil, we mastered the art of eating yogurt with a potato peeler.
8.0 / 10.0
Great location with exceptional walkability, loved that it included a parking spot and that we had air conditioning since it was quite warm during our visit.
However the bed in the master bedroom is completely shot and extremely uncomfortable. The place is much older and more worn inside than it appears in the photos- towels are comically thin and scratchy, area rugs are ancient and stained, microwave from the 90’s is on its last leg.
But in spite of all that the place still gets a 4 based on location.
10.0 / 10.0
The property location was great, centrally located to restaurants and shops and a small Uber ride from downtown. Friendly neighborhood and we enjoyed the modern amenities. Overall, a wonderful experience.
