This is a beautiful place to stay and the proximity to the beach was perfect. It has a lovely view of the beach from the porch and the kitchen was really well equipped with decent appliances and pans and enough plates and glasses for our large group. It was very clean and we really enjoyed our stay there. The beds are super comfortable!

The family enjoyed our stay at this wonderful house. It’s well equipped and decorated beautifully. It’s a very short walk to the beach. The host was a pleasure to rent from. Will defiantly be back.

It was a great place to stay in a nice location. Only thing was mosquitos where really bad after the hurricane that came in so we didn't get to sit on balcony or be under the carport much without a lot of bug spray. But we still loved it.

The house was everything described in the vrbo listing. It was exceptionally clean and well stocked. Owners very responsive to any issues and pleasant to deal with. I’m quite picky on condition of property and I have zero complaints. It was a wonderful stay! The view is amazing from the large covered porch. Beds very comfortable. I recommend this property for your next beach vacation.

We LOVE this beach house. This was our fifth or sixth year staying here with another family, and it was just as good as always. The location is excellent, and we really appreciate the box of beach toys, chairs & wagon that helps cart things to and fro on the short walk to the beach. The kitchen is well-stocked, and the beds are comfortable. The kids love the bunk room. Frances is very helpful and easy to reach. The best part might be the porch, which offers a great view of the ocean!

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and the main reason we returned is...location, location, location! It is a third row home with front row views. The property is clean and fully stocked with everything you might possibly need for a fun family vacation at the beach. We can't wait to come back next summer!

My kids and grandkids have stayed here for multiple times and always have the best time. The house is well maintained and we love the location. It's a very short walk to the beach and close enough to the main part of town to eat out or get what you need. The owner is always very quick to respond to any concerns or questions (although there are not many).

The location was perfect and just a short walk to the beach. Was disappointed in the cleanliness of the home, and wondered why I had to pay cleaning fees when the home was not clean for our trip.......Dead cockroaches in the bathrooms, dirty dishes in the cabinets and a used cookie sheet with foil in the oven. Outdoor shower did not work. Remote control for tv in living room did not work, however, the owner did indicate they had ordered a replacement, it just did not arrive in time for our trip.

This location is great, easy access to the beach, even with 2 toddlers. Only minor issue is the TVs had no reception at all after the 2nd night. We spoke with the home owner and notified them, no solution was reached. Other than that, we had an incredible time. Great views, away from the sea wall without being too far from everything.

Had a great time this weekend with longtime friends (over 54 years) making memories at the beach. The house provided everything we needed.- a short walk to the water and great view! Had a couple of problems- the Texas weather decided to bring back another round of winter ! This house however provided a cozy place to enjoy inside. Second problem was us “old” folks had trouble with the “smart” lock😳 but the owners prepared for every problem and had a key on site that REALLY did help us! We loved this property! Would highly recommend property and owners.

This was the fifth year our group of 8 (four adults, four children ages 5-8) stayed at this lovely house. We come back every year because we love the location, and the house itself is always so clean and well-stocked. It's perfect for us! It's a quick walk to the beach, and it's easy to go back and forth if you forget something. The front porch is the absolute best place to be with a good book. Feeling the breeze and watching/hearing the ocean is so relaxing. We cook most of our meals, and have always found plenty of cookware and utensils. And we much appreciate the abundance of beach towels, along with the beach wagon, beach chairs, and toys.

This house was perfect for our family, kids range from 8- 11m. All 7 of use fit comfortably here, it was literally walking distance to the beach! The house is very well kept, and had everything we needed, we will definitely be returning.

Our family of six and a set of grandparents stayed at the beach for a getaway. Our three girls participated in surf camp and had a great time! The grandparents stayed back with our 3 year old and took him to the beach that is just steps away from the house. The house was stocked with supplies and was convenient for going back and forth with a little one. The hosts were super helpful and quick to respond with any question that we had.

This is my family's favorite place. House is well kept, just like the pictures. So close to the beach even the 2 yr olds can walk. Short drive to city. Owner is always very fast to respond to any messages. We come back year after year.

We had a really nice stay at this house. The property was very clean and had everything you could need. The host let us check in early so we could get our little one down for a nap- which we really appreciated! The rules and procedures were clearly laid out which make check out a breeze. Only negative is the beach wasn’t in the best shape and there was a lot of traffic driving by for the public access beach. Other than that- great location and view of ocean.
