Come enjoy this home which is a quick walk or bike ride to the beach! This home is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac that you can sit on the front porch and watch your kids ride their bikes around the picturesque oak tree in the middle of the cul-de-sac.
This home has everything you can need - bikes, beach chairs, beach towels, pool towels, house towels and anything you need in kitchen.
This home sleeps 8 people comfortably! It contains 1 king bed (master), 1 King bed (replaced in 2020) (2nd bedroom- King), 2 full beds (third bedroom- replaced in 2020), The property allows you to bring your children's friends, the in-laws, and rent with a second family.
This home was new to the rental market in 2015 and has been constantly updated to provide maximum comfort for guest. Owner manages the property, the linens, towels, and cleaning products such as vacuum cleaner never leave this property (my linens and towels are not shared with any other rental unit). This property is cleaned by the owner and 1 cleaner which allows me to control the presentation and a complete cleaning of our home in Hilton Head from week to week.

We had a very fun, relaxing week at your beautiful home. The house is a 5 minute bike ride to the beach. It is a 15 minute walk.
We enjoyed the natural light throughout the house and, of course, the pool. We were there in early June so we had the pool heated. Because of this, we were able to use the pool late into the night.
The bedrooms were nice sized and the deck was great to have breakfast and after dinner coffee.
The kitchen has everything you need. A crockpot, many skillets and pots, a griddle for burgers. Both a drip coffee pot and a Keurig and lots of coffee mugs. There are also towels for the beach and linens so no need to pack your own. Beach chairs in the garage were a plus! Very easy to carry to the beach.
For dinner, we recommend the Skull Creek Dockside. Our meals were delicious. The service was great. The view was beautiful. We were indoors, but they also had outdoor seating.
We also had a fun dinner at the Salty Dog and the live music was a plus.

Had the pleasure of staying here in May 2024. Everything was wonderful. A private pool can’t be beat especially with rambunctious littles. Bonnie was great to communicate with and was always there when we needed something. For instance, we noticed that our children were too short for the bathroom sinks so we asked if there was a stepstool at the property. She advised that there wasn’t an immediately ordered one to have arrive at the property a couple days later. In the interim, she contacted a neighbor and he brought one over for us to use. Plenty of beach and pool towels, so do not bring any. Bikes were in good shape but note, no bikes for children. Not a problem as we just rented some. House was clean and plenty of space for a family of 5 and a grandmother. Beach was close but I would not recommend walking to it with all of your beach gear with small children. For reference, our children were 3, 4, and 6. We biked to the beach instead. The location is great! On a private street with friendly neighbors. Great bike baths nearby so only a short distance on the roads before you reach one. We really loved staying at this property and cannot wait to return some day.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is well stocked and had everything we needed and more. The pool is large and lovely. The layout is great. The bikes were a great added bonus, our only complaint is I’m not sure how often they are serviced and we had some issues with them that we reported to the company, but were not resolved during our visit. We traveled with a 1 and 3 year old, which overall the house was pretty good for, but there were a few furniture pieces that were light that they could easily flip and long lamp cords running to outlets we had to really watch them around. Overall the cleanliness of the house was good. The deck was not in good condition or very welcoming, but I read the owners plan to update this in the fall. Owners were responsive and kind. Location is very close to the beach and trails. We would recommend this home.

This beautiful home was comfortable and clean. We spent most of our time in the pool which offers just the right amount of shade and sun. We reached out to Bonnie a couple of times with questions at the start of the week and she was responsive and helpful - she’s a great host. We will very likely be staying here again!

This house was perfect for me and my husband, my sons and future daughter-in-law. It was so clean it sparkled. The master bath shower was a treat! Of course, the pool was a huge focal point -- couldn't get enough of it! Netflix for the rainy days was appreciated! Wifi was seamless. Quiet street, and the bikes were a plus. Beach was just a short bike ride away. Owner was very responsive, even during one instance in the middle of the night when the power went out (some kind of fluke, I'm sure!) Just a very quaint property. We would most definitely stay here again!

It was our first trip to Hilton Head and we loved the area. What made it all the better was being able to stay in this amazing home. The amount of space was just as advertised with plenty of room for myself, my wife, and our four teenage kids. We loved the Sea Pines community and all it had to offer (bike trails, nature reserve, etc.), and the pool at the house was the icing on the cake! Bonnie thought of everything that we might need and was so helpful in recommending places to eat and things to do. I would definitely recommend this listing and stay here again! Five stars!!

The property is in the Sea Pines neighborhood of Hilton Head. Very nice. The house was comfortable. The backyard is very shaded and the leaf litter was overwhelming. The pool was always full of debris. The back deck has mold on the wood and the furniture. The house inside had a nice layout. Kithen was decent but had no undercounter lighting. The dryer vents into the garage and there is lint everywhere. Bikes were nice as there is walking and riding trails everwhere. The home needs a professional cleaning inside and out. All in all a decent place but would not stay there again.

My family rented here last year and it was wonderful once again. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, just 5-10 minute walk to the beach, this 3 BR/2 BA open concept house is perfect for families. Updates are great and the pool is nice a big. The owner is wonderful and extremely attentive. Hope to be back again next year!

The house and pool were both very nice and exactly as advertised in the description. The house was perfect for our family. The homeowner was extremely responsive to any questions or issues we had. The 5 bikes in the garage were awesome and the beach is a short 5 minute bike ride away. Lots of pool and beach towels were available for use at the house which was very helpful.

Excellent Vacation House
Perfect location to the beach! Loved riding bikes around Sea Pines! Nearby to stores and shopping while not being right in the middle of it. House was perfect! Plenty of seating in living room and kitchen area. Beautiful beach vibe with the decor. Kids loved afternoon in the pool after morning at the beach! Trees even shaded part of the pool. Appreciated the beach towels that were available for use and extra ice maker to fill up the cooler. Landscaping was also very nice! Owners were great to work with!

We just completed a wonderful week here. We have three small kids and the house was perfect- lots of pool toys, bikes, etc. Everything was super clean and we really felt comfortable and at home. The owners were very attentive and proactively made sure we didn’t need anything during our stay. We loved it here!

Absolutely delightful home for our couples vacation!
I highly recommend this beautiful, clean and comfortable home. It worked out perfectly for us. It is in a great location in a peaceful neighborhood. We are 2 couples and there were separate sleeping areas, each with a full bath, on opposite sides of the home. In between was the living, kitchen, dining and laundry areas with all the ammenities we needed. Great layout and could easily accomodate 3 couples or a family with grandparents in the three well appointed bedrooms. We prepared meals several times all working together in the ample kitchen. It was nice to have the laundry area to do a load mid-trip. We abolutely loved the heated pool which was conveniently accessed via the living room or master suite. You will find lots shade under the canopy of some gorgeous trees and a poolside grill. Lovely. There were plenty of pool towels along with an additional set of beach towels. The provided four bikes, all with the same number combination locks, were so convenient to ride the nearby beautiful bike trails and miles of shoreline. We enjoyed biking to Salty Dog for breakfast along the ocean shoreline with dolphins on a parallel path in the water beside us. There were also beach chairs and coolers if needed. Our hosts could be easily reached but honestly everything was thoroughly presented and even more than we expected, so just an excited hello and grateful goodbye were exchanged. We couldn't have been happier and are so grateful to have had such a suitable and beautiful home for our vacation. It was a perfect getaway for us Michiganders that left behind an April 19 snowfall-Yes! Many thanks to our hosts for sharing!! We have such great memories to enjoy.
Highlights: Our favorite restaurant was Chez Georges for Sunday brunch. We also enjoyed the 2 hour Creek Cat tour-so fun. We had a great breakfast at Harbourtown Bakery and Cafe before we boarded the ferry to Savannah. The Chicken and Waffles at Salty Dog are so delicious and easily shared when combined with the vanilla greek yogurt with fresh fuit and granola. Cocktails on the rooftop at the Sea Pines Beach Club was a nice way to close our week. Live music with a beautiful view.

Wonderful Stay!
This house was perfect for our young family of 4. Has a great layout with the master bedroom on one side and the other two bedrooms on the other side. The finishes were nice too. The highlight is the private backyard with the pool. It was cool most days but the water was nice and warm. The added bonus was that there is beach gear in the garage and bikes including one that was the perfect size for our 4 year old. The neighborhood is really quiet and peaceful and it’s a short walk or ride to the beach. Last but certainly not least is that Bonnie, the owner, is absolutely wonderful. She was so attentive and worked really hard to make sure that our stay was perfect. Thank you, Bonnie! We hope to be back!

Perfect spot in Sea Pines
My wife and I stayed here with our 3 young children (ages 3yrs, 5yrs, and 8yrs) and had a wonderful week.
First of all, the backyard pool is very picturesque with tall magnolia and live oak trees. The trees provide shade throughout the day without completely blocking out the sun or making the pool feel cold, so it was a great option when we wanted a break from the beach sun.
Secondly, the beach is a short, pleasant bike ride away. The streets around the house are slow with little traffic, so we felt comfortable having even our 3 year old ride her bike with us to the beach. The house is on a dead end street connected to another low-traffic street, so the kids could also ride their bikes up and down the street safely for another non-beach activity.
The host was very helpful and responsive and left the house in immaculate condition for our arrival. Everything was very clean and the house was well-equipped with pool rafts, beach equipment, rental bikes, and a spare propane tank for the grill. The beds and pillows were all very comfortable and every bedroom had a TV/Roku/Cable Box.
We would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was very nice. Bonnie was very attentive to a vacationer’s needs. The private pool is what attracted us to this property - it even came with blow up toys/floats that we could enjoy. Bonnie provided the garage code for easy access to store bikes and supplies. In the garage we found 4 bikes and locks, two types of beach chairs and various beach toys. The house also included pool and beach towels for the guests to use. The kitchen was adequately supplied to meet our needs.
