We loved our stay in this cabin for an extended family vacation. The bedrooms and loft provided flexible sleeping arrangements, and extra mattresses (and a pack n play) made it easy for everyone to have the space they needed. We had teens who loved the game room and hot tub, while the outdoor space and driveway with basketball hoop and space to ride bikes was perfect for my little kids. The kitchen had everything we needed and a nice large dining table we could all sit around. The hosts were very available and responded quickly, and check in and out was easy. We loved that the property was close to everything but felt quiet and peaceful.

We had a family reunion here and also rented the house next door. The kids had an awesome time in the game room and playing outside. This home is located in a set-back cul-de-sac with only one other home so is quiet and safe for the kids to roam outside too. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking and the beds are comfy. We took advantage of the free activities at the lodge and had a great time here overall.

Beautiful property! Loved staying!!

Headed up to a cabin weekend for a friend’s birthday weekend. The hosts were incredibly communicative, the space was almost exactly as the pictures showed (some bed changes from the photos, but nothing that didn’t work for us), and a wonderfully stocked kitchen in regards to utensils and cookware. Would definitely stay again!

We always have so much fun, it has great access to sledding hills and plenty of room for game nights!

Large home with plenty of space, however some upgrades would certainly make a stay more comfortable. There were broken shades and a lack of adequate lighting especially in the living areas. Living room sectional needs replacement.
Kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes and pots and pans. Hot tub needs some attention with the addition of a better filtering system and floats. Host were available and very helpful.

The house was very well stocked with everything needed for cooking in. Beds are all very comfy. Was great for our two families with adult kids while we attended a wedding at Swiftwater Cellars. Thank you Brittany!

We enjoyed our family holiday weekend at this beautiful and private home. Sightings of elk and turkeys were fun, and we enjoyed walking to the Swiftwater for wine tasting. There was enough snow to enjoy gentle sledding behind the house.with the 2 and 5 year old. The Christmas tree and decor were festive. Would gladly rent this home again.

A true Suncadia cabin
Perfect for whole family! The open living room space, the spacious bedrooms, outdoor privacy, and close to the golf course for some sledding when snowing. Great Memories made, thank you!

Just returned from a 2 week stay in this wonderful spacious, light and open house. We loved every minute. Lots of privacy, a huge sunny deck to relax on and a short scooter ride to a fun playground. Loved the air hockey and foosball table too. Will definately be coming back! House is in perfect shape and landlords were very responsive

Great stay at Suncadia
We had a wonderful time at Suncadia. The house was the perfect size for us. The beds were really comfortable, the kitchen was really well stocked, and the hot tub was fantastic. We had a great time walking around and visiting some of the restaurants as well as checking out the nearby towns. We'd go back in a heartbeat.

July 4th trip
Property was not very clean or organized. Random stuff shoved everywhere. Kitchen had a stack of plates that were put away with food on them. Outdoor area needed attention. We had to buy propane for the bbq. The walk was very dangerous. Slip/trip hazard. Light bulbs needed replaced, etc. The house could be beautiful but it needs some TLC and organization.

Pros:Sledding very close. Beds seems adequate. Facility stocked with standard fare. Wild turkeys spotted outside. Snow mobile rentals 17 min away. Long table for family games. Cons:Hot tub very was dirty, very low on water, not usable. They assured us prior to coming that there was a new pump and ready go. With no water (and no way to put in water) it's a good way to ruin a new pump lol. Very poor property management. It is obvious they aren't up to speed with problems at their property ( I don't think the ceiling fan in the great room has ever been cleaned. No (working) pump for snow tubes in in garage). Was told check-in was at 3pm (standard for industry). Cleaning crew was still there until 4:15pm. Family had no choice but to sit and wait in the cars. Email response about it seemed very condescending and unprofessional. Driveway was VERY cumbersome for parking. Plowing should have been contracted. (They told me there should be room for my 36' motorhome prior to coming. I'm glad I didn't bring it because there was no way for parking. Summary:Had a blast with our family. Have traveled ( and stayed) at properties all over the world. It's the first time I can honestly say I would not stay again. Unfortunate.

Our first trip to Suncadia was more like a magical journey into Snow-Cadia.
We got 14” of fresh snow in 3 days and had a great time, sledding, tubing and even skiing. The house was breathtaking and the neighborhood is perfect. The owners were very nice to deal with and I felt like we became friends.
Very comfortable king size beds, awesome gas log fireplace, hot-tub and beautiful scenery all around. The boys loved the air hockey. The dining room table is huge the couches are very comfy. We even got to enjoy the s’mores at the lodge. The tubing on the hill was great and sled riding at the driving range was too. This was a perfect trip and we had a wonderful time. Tim & Britt thank you for sharing your home with our family. We celebrated our oldest grandson!s 13th birthday at the cabin.

Using suncadia facilities
Our only issue was when we went to use the tube hill and ice skating , I was told that it could only be used if you rented thru suncadia itseld.
We have always been able to, so the kids were disappointed

Nice stay.
The property is nice in a great location. The hot tub did not work correctly and was not filled completely. The internet did not work. Other than those issues the property met our needs.

Good place but some issues.
Hot tub was half filled and dirty when we arrived despite a message that it would be filled and warm. It was unfortunate because I booked explicitly looking for a hot tub.

Good home for large families. The host was very responsive, the house needs a good de-cluttering.
Overall the house work well for the 13 of us. Tim was easy to work with, very responsive and went the extra mile to get us into the pools. The kitchen could use a deep de-cluttering, too many unusable pots, pans, etc. There were only 8 forks, so that was a challenge for each meal. The kids bunkbed room had broken outlets becoming a safety issue when plugging into them. The carpets were in need of cleaning or replacement. The house was large enough for us but there are many broken issues that need to be address.
