NOTICE: Due to Wyndham's change in guest policies, some dates are blacked out for guests without an owner present. Because of this, we may not be able to put your name on the reservation until the morning of check in. If this is the case, we will forward the email confirmation by 9am central time to your email and text you the confirmation number the morning of check in. This will apply to holidays, spring break, and summer reservations.

This is a beautiful Wyndham timeshare resort inside the 30,000 acres that makes up Disney World. The resort is located on the same street as Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort and Downtown Disney. The resort has beautiful landscaping, 5 pools, 2 water slides, 2 lazy rivers, ping pong, shuffleboard, beach volleyball, 18 hole mini golf, gas grills, swings, a game room, and exercise room. All of this is free to guests. Parking is also included in the rental amount.

The 2 bedroom condo has a king in the master bedroom, 2 double beds in the 2nd bedroom, a sofa sleeper in the living room, and 2 full bathrooms. There is also a full kitchen and living/dining area. The condo has a washer and dryer and hair dryers in each bathroom. There is a full complement of dishes, pots, pans flatware, cookware, baking utensils, knives, dish towels, dish soap, dishwasher soap, and plastic garbage bags. The kitchen has full size appliances: stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee pot, blender, toaster, microwave, and hot pads.

The resort has a shuttle that runs to all the Disney parks plus Downtown Disney. It is currently $8 per person per round trip.

Child Needs: The resort has free pak n plays and high chairs available to guests. Just ask them when you check in, and they will have housekeeping bring them to your room.

Out cancellation policy states:

CANCELLATION INSURANCE is available for an additional fee. The fees vary, based upon the number of nights. Cancellation insurance may be purchased up to 16 days before check in. This will allow the guest a 100% refund up to and including the day of check in. Otherwise the cancellation policy is as stated: 100% refund up to 60 days before check in; 50% refund 30 to 60 days before check in. No refund less than 30 days to check in. Ask for a rate quote for cancellation insurance.

NOTE ABOUT RESERVATIONS: This is a Wyndham timeshare resort. It is often sold out for dates requested. I do, however, make extra reservations and hold them until rented. That may mean that even though the calendar says it is available, it may not be available for the exact dates or exact number of nights you requested. For example, you may request 5 nights on July 22. But I may only have a 7 night reservation on July 22 that I am holding. Regardless of how many nights I rent, I still have to pay for the full 7 nights. I can't change that to the 5 nights without losing the reservation altogether. So even though the calendar says it is open, it may require a reservation for a different number of nights. Also, I cannot rent 5 nights to you, and then the other 2 nights to someone else. Reservations don't work like that. I will let you know if your reservation for the exact dates is available. If not, I will give you alternatives if there are alternatives available.

The resort was great and the staff were very nice and helpful. There were amenities we didn’t get to enjoy just because we weren’t on site long enough. We hope to come back again.

We enjoyed our stay at Wyndham Bonnet Creek. They have updated the furniture since we last stayed here 3 years ago. The condo included coffee, dish soap, 2 packs of laundry detergent, and plenty of shampoo conditioner and body wash. My only regret is not staying another night to really enjoy the grounds!

This was a great landing spot for our family of three (9yo kid). The location is absolutely perfect for DW. The property is lovely. The pools are clean and there were a variety of activities offered (though we didn’t have time to participate). Condos are nice with comfy couches and beds. Full kitchen was really nice to have. The check in process was strange in that they had us go to one room to verify our reservation and give IDs, then moved us to another room to get our keys and hassle us about whether we were renting or owned. It was Alamo 10pm and they had techno music blaring. I thought they were going to make us sit through a time share presentation but I was fairly curt and they moved us through quickly. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

We could not have asked for a better location for our Disney trip. We had just as much fun playing at this resort as we did visiting the Disney parks. Very short Uber ride to any of the parks. Great communication with Catherine. She will pick up the phone every time you try to call and she is very polite. Thanks for a magical vacation!

We were upgraded to a three bedroom Presidential suite in Tower 6. Cathy was great with communication ahead of our stay. The property was very clean, absolutely beautiful, and had everything we needed for a fantastic stay. It could not have been any better. The Wyndham staff were kind and so helpful. We saved money by cooking and also enjoyed pizza by the pool from the Cocina Pizzeria and Bar. Another night we ate at Escudos on the patio and had great service and yummy food. Even though we went to parks every day, we carved out time to float the lazy river which was just fantastic. Thanks so much to the staff at Wyndham!!! It will be my first choice to stay here again even though it is not a Disney Resort. The pools, lazy river, and hot tubs are just so wonderful and relaxing. Also, staying here was WAY cheaper than Disney onsite and just as close, and we used Uber/Lyft for all transportation - made things sooo easy. We never waited even more than 3-4 minutes to get a car for a family of 4. I recommend pre-arranging a car to the airport if you have an early morning flight. Plan extra time. We arrived at Orlando Int'l for a 7:30 am flight at 5:45 am and made it to our gate 5 minutes before boarding. Hope this helps someone. Thanks!

Great location to visit Disney. You can't get any closer without staying at a Disney hotel. Two bedroom worked out great. Plenty of space to move around. We ended up using Lyft as it was cheaper then on-site bus transportation. Would definitely stay here again.

This was a great location - right on Disney property and convenient to all the parks! The room was clean and well maintained and the staff was great. We were in Tower 4 which is right by the pool bar and next to the lazy river.

The condo was amazing had everything you could need. The property was beautiful there were so many thing to do without ever leaving. Catherine was great, I had tons of questions and she always responded promptly. We will definitely be back!!!!

The pictures don't do the property or resort justice. The condo was roomy and gave our group (4 adults, 2 children) plenty of room to spread out on off days or after long days at the WDW parks. It was well appointed, with all you need in the kitchen. The staff at the Wyndham was great and quick to get anything you needed and Catherine was very responsive and informative for all questions we sent her way. HIGHLY Recommend this property!

The unit and amenities were great. The unit was spacious and very clean. We had to attend a conference across the street at the Hilton/Waldorf. Tower 5 at the Wyndham was a convenient location to go back and forth during the week. I highly recommend unit 1098. Great stay!

Everything was perfect! From the room to the amenities! The staff was kind & attentive. We’ve never stayed “off property” when visiting Disney before so we were nervous but we had a great experience & will definitely choose to stay here again!!
