We booked to be near family in Gloucester and were comfortable and happy with our choice. It’s a roomy home, with enough space for our famiky to gather for a meal at the dining table. Beds were Just right for a good night’s sleep.

It was wonderful to be so comfortable, so close to other family members

Our family came up for a quick weekend getaway. The place was clean and the location was ok. Rockport Bearskin neck area is nice for shops and to walk around town.

This was a great property for my family. It has plenty of room for two adults and two kids and a great deck off the living room. The owners offer beach chairs and umbrellas. The property was clean and comfortable and the hosts were very responsive. It’s in a lovely part of Gloucester and is walkable to a small, local beach. We would definitely come back!

We were greeted by Regina when we arrived and she was very nice and helpful. The VRBO was probably the cleanest one we have ever stayed in and was decorated beautifully. It did not have the ocean view that we thought it would from the listing but was very close to downtown.

Great location for exploring Cape Ann! Near Plum Cove, Lanesville + Folly Cove. During the heat wave was perfect to be able to swim at Plum cove. We never did find the quarry but heard great things about it. Beautiful deck to be able to enjoy the view and watch the summer storms come in.

Perfect home base for a long overdue girls trip with my sisters and daughter! Our days were full of adventures and our evenings were spent in the most beautiful and perfectly appointed home! Wine on the balcony where we could see the water….priceless!! I’m already dreaming of my next trip!!

It was a very good location, lots of room( 2 regular bedrooms and 1 very large bedroom), 1 bathroom, nice deck and comfortable living area. The only drawback was the access. Steep starirs to the unit and spiral stairs to the 2 bedrooms on the second floor of the unit. Once we found the outside deck and stairs to the ground it was much better. Luckily we are not young but not decrepid.

We had a great time staying at this property. It was just a quick ride to the train station. We spend the majority of our time in Salem. The house was in a great location.

Everyone was impressed with the place- it was clean, comfortable and well outfitted. We didn’t get to use the kitchen but it had everything you would need to make some meals. Host Regina was easy to communicate with and responsive, went above and beyond to help us. Great place!

And this stay is wonderful.
One thing for future visitors without cars: it can be a bit tough to get around.
Until next time!

We were only in the apartment for short periods in between events. Beds were comfortable- tub/shower combo slow to drain when showering and the furniture although comfortable, was stained. A bit disappointed that there was no coffee to wake up to but overall a good experience!

We opted for a destination Thanksgiving, and we can't say enough about the location and amenities of this rental! The kitchen is well equipped and the table provides a great space to enjoy a meal... and play a few hands of cards. It's a clean, bright, spacious unit and the owners have included lots of small touches to make everyone comfortable. We had such a relaxing stay and the sunsets at the cove across the street were amazing!

We had a great time in Gloucester and this property was so very nice. We had plenty of room for the 4 of us and didn’t have any issues. Well, one where we tripped a power strip but the owners were very responsive. Regina and her husband were friendly and spent some time visiting with us. They were always quick to answer any questions beforehand as well. The weather was amazing for early November!
We would definitely stay here again on a future trip!
Thanks Regina!!

This lovely rental was clean and provided all the comforts of home. The kitchen was well stocked. Did not care for need to go down the spiral staircase at night to use the bathroom. However, it all worked out fine for our visit to beautiful Gloucester.

We traveled to Maine from Illinois and found this comfortable and very clean getaway for our stop on our way back home. The unit is fully stocked with plenty of the kitchen supplies you will need. The location was great for exploring surrounding communities. We spent a day in Salem. The view was spectacular and should be even better once the leaves drop. Would recommend.

Absolute pleasure
This property was exactly as advertised and was the perfect home base for exploring Cape Ann. The apartment is spacious, clean, and nicely decorated, and the deck with peek-a-boo view of the bay is wonderful. It was nice to know we could use air conditioning (though with the great weather, we didn't need it!). This was just right for our vacation with our two kids and my partner's parents.

Fabulous!!
Regina is a top notch host! She answers messages in a timely manner and the house easily accommodated our family of 5 and is near attractions in Gloucester and Rockport. She left a very helpful binder full of information and even spoke to us in person when we arrived and answered all of our questions. We went to Hammond Castle, went on a whale watching cruise (check Groupon for both companies in Gloucester), swam at Plum Cove, hiked at Halibut State Park, and took a stroll down Long Beach. We can not wait to come back. Highly recommend.
