This property was even better than advertised and was more than my friends and I could have even imagined for our Montauk weekend. We had plenty of room and whole property was perfect. Will definitely be staying here again!

Great stay! We love the property at Atlantic Bluffs. The condo was clean. Updated bathroom and new mattress and plenty of linens for the week. Communication with the host was always quick with detailed responses! We would definitely stay again! Thank you for opening your home to us!

The condo was neat and clean. The ocean views were fantastic! Loved to be able to walk into downtown Montauk and or walk across the street to the beach or down a few steps to the pool!! Great stay!

We had a beautiful stay. Waking up in the morning watching the dolphins and whales with a cup of coffee, ending the evening with a cold glass of wine with appetizers watching the fishing boats head home. Perfect relaxation! Condo had all that was needed as if at home. Great walking distance to town. Beautiful beach steps away.

My two kids (11 & 13) had a lovely week at this property (the Atlantic Bluffs) which is a condo unit on Old Montauk Highway across from the beach and a mile’s drive/15 min walk to town. The unit was clean, has updated bathroom and kitchen was well equipped. Aside from bathroom, unit is older and could use some updating. There isn’t a washer or dryer which made beach and pool a bit hectic with wet towels and such. The condo doesn’t allow drying of towels or clothes on porch which faces ocean so it was tough with kids. Honestly, I don’t think the condo is well suited for children in general. The pool closes at 7pm which my kids were disappointed about. Also, there isn’t a ton of privacy when you’re out on your porch. Units are close together and the porches all face each other. However, the view of the ocean and the few minutes walk to the beautiful beach makes up for a lot of that. Beach is never very crowded either. I think it’s best suited for a couple. I’d come back without my kids.

This was our second annual family gathering in Montauk honoring our Mom who passed away. My Dad and Mom fell in love in Montauk so we celebrate her here. The condo was perfect and my Father and sister enjoyed the week. The beach is easily accessible. The condo is the perfect size and close to everything. We enjoyed cooking and eating on the patio overlooking the ocean. I highly recommend!!!

Your condo is lovely. We loved having coffee outside experiencing whales was an extra magical calming touch. My mom, 83 very much enjoyed Montauk, we haven’t been there in decades... seafood is the best!

Condo was beautiful and fully stocked except no hair dryer and only a few bath towels for 5-day stay. Amazing view, clean, lovely grounds and short walk to beach and town. Problem was I didn't feel I was a guest in this owner/some rent condo complex. Too many rules and a manager watching everything you do, felt creepy. One parking space in an almost empty lot; sign in at pool (no guests of guests allowed!); no hanging towels or storing beach stuff on deck; every guest (up to 4 only) is registered... I understand security needs with personal owners' investments but it kinda ruined the atmosphere with its, in my opinion, overly stringent rules making it feel more militant than relaxing.

This condo is a great value! The newly renovated bathroom is great, and the rest of the unit is more than adequate. The view of the ocean and proximity to the beach are huge advantages. The kitchen has everything you need, and the working fireplace is a nice bonus. Being able to walk to the beach and town cuts down on travel time. We didn't use the sofa bed, but the main bed was very comfortable. The property's location is great for those looking to spend a lot of time in Montauk, but had easy access to RT 27 to get into the Hamptons and Sag Harbor. Overall the process was very easy, and we had a great vacation!

Overall we had an good time staying at Ari's condo. Ari was super easy to work with and even checked in on us during the stay and the newly renovated bathroom is nice. A minor drawback is that the place wasn't kept as clean as I'd have liked (i.e.the pillows we got from the closet smelled weird, the sheets on the sofa bed were dirty - we ended up buying new sheets, and I also swiffer-ed the place a few times since the floor was pretty dusty). I guess I had expected a cleaner place since the owner does charge for a cleaning fee.

Beautiful view and Ari was great to work with. Place was nice overall but bathroom is dated/small and a pillow we got from the closet had a strange odor (so likely was not washed). For the price and location, I would recommend staying here... But suggestion for owner... if you are charing people a cleaning fee after they stay at the place, make sure you actually use a service that will clean the linens properly before new guests arrive

I was here for a girls weekend. The condo itself is quite basic and outdated, but the location more than makes up for it! You can hear and see the ocean from the living room and back patio. The beach is just across the street, and the adorable town is about a five minute walk. We rented bikes and rode to the lighthouse, well worth it! I would come back again and again. I was really pleased with the meals I had at the local cafes (Jonis and the organic market) but the restaurants (668 gigshack, sloppy tuna) were sub par and overpriced.

This place is in the perfect location. You can easily walk to town, it is across from the ocean and a great path to walk or jog on in the morning. The grounds are well kept and clean and the pool was terrific after a day at the beach. The apartment was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed, even beach chairs. The view from the deck is amazing.

My son and I stayed for a week. My sister also stayed here the same week with her 3 kids. The room was spacious and clean. It was stocked with the necessities. The place in general was quiet. The kids had plenty of space to run around out side. The only complaints I have is the wifi was down, visitors could not park here and the pool hours were from 10-6.

Our week stay in Montauk was wonderful! Ari was the perfect host, very responsive owner. He condo was clean and well equipped with all kitchen appliances. The view from the deck is amazing! Straight view of the ocean - you can even hear the waves. Short walk to the center of the lovely quaint town of Montauk. We visited the the Wolffer Wivery for a tasting and tour, we went to Gurneys Resort in Monauk for the lobster bake on Wednesday - fabulous - with in walking distance! The Montaul Loghthouse is a must see - the view is unforgettable. On July 4 th there was a firwork display on the Montauk beach - spectacular! Safe, clean and comfortable are the words that come to mind when reviewing this property. Oh and the salt water pool is a bonus!

Perfect for us, a short walk across Old Montauk Hwy to the beach which was gorgeous, great waves, almost like a private beach many days. A view of the ocean from our balcony to start and end the day. Accomodations perfect for us (2 adults, 2 young children) clean, simple, friendly and respectful neighbors. Pool was nice and convenient. Close to town.

This condo was great for our short Memorial Day stay in Montauk! The location was perfect - very close to downtown but far enough away that it was nice and quiet, and right across from the beach. The fireplace was perfect at night, and the kitchen had everything we needed for the couple of meals we cooked there. We loved sitting on the porch overlooking the pool and beach. We hope to come back again!
