My stay was quiet, relaxing and peaceful. Access to the beach across the street was very convenient. It is a mile to town, you can walk there easily. The property manager answered my questions immediately. I would definitely go back!

We loved staying at Emma’s place. It was cozy, equipped with everything we needed and had a nice terrace overlooking the ocean. The beach was just down the road. It was clean and felt private. We would love to come back!

The pictures don’t do justice to this adorable apartment on the second floor of a u-shaped complex. Although the unit faces the central courtyard, the back deck offers a great view of the water. Everything was clean and tidy. The kitchen was well equipped and the layout excellent.

I wanted to treat myself to a quiet New Year's getaway and this place was perfect! Literally steps to the ocean, adorable fireplace and a less than 5-minute walk into town. Check-in and check-out could not have been easier. If you are looking for a place to stay in the Hamptons, this should be your first choice!

My husband and I went to Montauk for a weekend away to celebrate our anniversary. This place was absolutely perfect! It’s updated, clean, great proximity to the beach and town, the bed was super comfortable and Emma was the most gracious host! She was so helpful in giving recommendations for things to do and places to eat and made the entire check-in/out process seamless. We would definitely go back again!

I had an incredible long weekend with my best girlfriend in Montauk! Emma was truly exceptional, going above and beyond to make our experience special. The condo was spotless and well-maintained, making us comfortable. The best part was definitely the breathtaking ocean view from the deck and proximity to town! I can't recommend this spot enough for anyone looking to have a memorable getaway! I hope to be back as soon as possible!

I've stayed in Montauk for years, and was familiar with the area. This condo is a good value. It is well-kept and clean, small and efficient, with a great kitchen and cozy living space, and a lovely balcony space for outdoor dining. This is a great location that includes a 5-minute walk to the beach. The condo owner is a great communicator and was a pleasure to work with.

This property was a magical piece of heaven this past weekend. We enjoyed a beautiful 70 degree day on the beach in November!! The unit is perfectly equipped with very tasteful and thoughtful comfort throughout. From the bedding to the easy to use fireplace and fully equipped kitchen, all of it enabled a smooth, relaxing and enjoyable down-time. I would be remiss if I failed to mention the amazing food!! Every meal was better than the next. Thank you, Emma, for your touching anniversary gift of prosecco and for your responsiveness and recommendations throughout the weekend!!! We will be back!! Z&P

All communication was prompt and helpful. Great location and good for a single, couple, or small family. Pool was locked so perhaps too late in the season for use but a little too cold anyway. Close to town and all the shops and restaurants. Thank you Emma

My husband and I really enjoyed our time at this beautiful little condo. The beach is just steps away and the pool and lounge areas are perfect. It's a short walk to town and many Montauk restaurants but also has everything you need to cook full meals if you want to do that instead. Our favorite part was watching whales from the back deck so bring your binoculars!

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful time in this property! It looked exactly like the listing, was a quick car ride (or even walk) from all the major attractions, a beach directly across the street, and a great pool on the property. Everything was smooth about our stay from start to finish, and our host was wonderful! Supplies was stocked spectacularly with paper towels, tissues, garbage bags, etc -- the small details that many other properties fall short on but it makes all the difference. Would love to return again.

Beautiful spot in Montauk

Very clean both inside and outside on the grounds and perfect for 2 people. Quiet day and night and a short drive to town. We had a mini-vacation of 4 nights in late September. Ate breakfast on the little deck with an ocean view. Had dinner at some wonderful restaurants around Montauk and one evening took out so we could have that view! Great safe getaway during the pandemic. Kelly was very responsive to any of our questions.
