Conveniently located to both airports (20 minutes from Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport and 30 minutes from Dallas Love Field).

This home is in a small, quiet neighborhood perfectly located in walking distance to both stadiums, countless bars and restaurants, shopping and Wal-Mart. Conveniently located to I-30 and Highway 360.
The home is fully stocked for your stay with:
-Fully stocked kitchen: electric stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, water filter pitcher, dishwasher, sink, microwave, pots & pans, dishes, utensils, hand-held mixer, and more!
-Ready for your morning: Keurig, French Press and Tea Kettle with Keurig pods, ground coffee (regular and decaf), green tea, sugar, sweet-n-low and creamer provided.
-Livingroom with a fold down sofa bed. Smart TV with Sling (+ the sports package for all your sports watching needs!) and you can log into your own accounts (your personal cable, NetFlix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc). We have some games and cards as well.
-Large Diningroom with large table, two benches and two chairs. Comfortably sits 8. Fun clipboard art wall with humorous pictures from all over the country.

-All bedrooms are wonderfully well lit.

-Can accommodate extra guests on fold down sofa bed in living room, roll-away bed, twin mattress on the floor and pack-n-play for small children.
-Two bathrooms (one in the hall and an ensuite master bathroom) fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and make-up remover towelettes. We provide plenty of clean towels. Bring your own toothpaste, we have the rest!
-We are fully stocked for children with a pack-n-play, high chair, toddler potty and plastic children sized cups, bowls and plates.
-Hangers, iron and ironing board to ensure you look your best while in town!

Quiet neighborhood tucked in the middle of it all! Lots of restaurants within walking distance and every kind of cuisine you'd want within a few miles. Walking distance to groceries and shopping like Wal-Mart, Bed, Bath & Beyond, Dollar Tree, etc.
Uber or walking! Plenty of parking (two car garage and can fit 4 cars in driveway) if you are driving in or want to rent a car. But once you are at the house, everything you will need is in walking distance (restaurants, the stadiums, groceries, shopping, bars, etc)!
1. The City of Arlington has a 9% hotel occupancy tax. Currently this platform is not set up to include the City’s Occupancy tax rate so we will be sending you a “special request” after booking the 9% tax for the City. This must be paid prior to your arrival. Thank you for helping us stay compliant with the City of Arlington.
2. We allow pets with a flat $75 pet fee per animal. Upon booking, we will send all guests bringing pets a request to pay the $75 pet fee per animal. The following rules apply to all guests bringing pets:
a. Failure to report a pet on the property will result in a $150 fee per pet.
b. The homeowners are not responsible for the safety of your pet in the home or yard. We cannot guarantee the security of our fence and yard for your pet.
c. Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture.
d. Only house-trained pets allowed inside the property.
e. Pets must be supervised at all times or crated when not supervised or when guests are not at the property.
3. Smoking (or vaping) is NOT allowed in the home. If you choose to smoke, please smoke outside and properly dispose of your cigarette butts. If we find any evidence of smoking inside or the house smells like smoke you will be fined.
4. No drugs are allowed on the premises at any time.
5. NO parties. This is not an event facility. You can have friends and family visit but only 16 total people on the property during the day and only 12 guests can remain overnight.
6. Quiet hours are 10pm to 7am. Please be respectful of the neighbors and keep your noise levels down during these times. All of our neighbors live in these homes and we ask that you respect them.
7. Check out time is 11am, this means you MUST be out before 11:01 AM. Our cleaners arrive at 11:00 AM and if they have to wait on you, you may be assessed an additional cleaning charge. Please make sure all of your dishes are washed or in the dishwasher (and start the dishwasher). Also, please start a load of towels in the washing machine before leaving.
8. All guest (and visitor) vehicles must be parked in the driveway or immediately in front of the house (not to the side of the driveway on the side of the home). Do NOT park in front of the neighbors' houses or in front of their driveways making it difficult for them to backup.
9. Lock the door. Please remember to lock the front and back door when you come and go. Lock the door by entering the code we will provide for accessing the property.
10. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order and only use appliances for their intended uses.
11. We allow and welcome children under the follow stipulations:
a. Guests are responsible for any and all necessary 'baby/child proofing'.
b. Children under age 13 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
c. The use of the high-speed broadband internet connection is subject to the terms and conditions set forth by At&T.
13. There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate.
14. The homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
15. Tell the truth. If you break or stain something, please let us know. We understand we are all human and accidents happen. We are much more willing to overlook anything accidental that is self-reported.

Short Visit for Baseball Game
The property was close to restaurants and the new Rangers Stadium. AC worked great. The furniture in the living room was minimal and not very comfortable. The beds were fine, but the frames probably came from IKEA. It was fine for a short stay.

Great location but not ideal for family
My family (included a 3yo and 10mo) enjoyed our trip to the area but I’d recommend renting another more comfortable property for families. This place would be perfect for a weekend or night with friends. Here are my pros and cons.
Pros: convenient location to activities/venues, A/C unit was easy and worked well, excess of towels/linens, equipped with garage
Cons: front door had a gap at the bottom which allowed bugs to crawl in, not very comfortable for extended time (couch was uncomfortable, bed frames were broke or noisy), poor lighting (light bulbs were out throughout the rental and no light in master shower)
*property manager was nice and offered to have someone come fix the front door while we were there but we preferred they not. I’m sure they’ll get that fixed and spray the place before the next renter.

Great location for game weekend
We had a great stay here over the Thanksgiving weekend for the Cowboy game. Super easy check in, easily accommodated six (6) of us (ages 16 to 49). Walking distance to AT&T stadium was a HUGE plus! Many restaurants & a Walmart nearby made it a perfect spot for us.

Great family home
This was the perfect space for our family getaway. Close to everything we needed for a Rangers game, six flags visit and Dave and busters fun! The back yard kept the kids entertained while waiting and was the perfect home away from home in great neighborhood for a getaway! Thank you and will be back again!

Good rental, but needs some maintenance
We enjoyed our stay in Arlington, especially since it was so close to the event we went to at Globe Life. The house is a small 3 br/2bath and was sufficient for our party of 5 adults and 2 kids. Pros: location is great if you are going to Globe Life or ATT stadium, quiet neighborhood and nice to take walks around, plenty of food options nearby and Wal Mart within a couple miles, fenced backyard for kids, highchair was a plus, TP/bathroom toiletries provided. Cons: We were going to have my toddler sleep in the twin trundle, but the mattress was dirty/stained and had hair on it. Thankfully we had brought a blow up mattress just in case. The backyard needs maintained. The trees are in desperate need of trimming. My 2 year old couldn’t even walk under them without getting stuck in the branches. There’s zero grass in the backyard, just weeds and dirt/mud. The garage door is broken. No trash bin was provided, just 3 recycle cans. Very limited kitchen supplies (no kids plates/silverware as advertised, no large skillet-just a very small sandwich sized one). We had to buy a skillet to cook something. Fence out back needs attention. No toddler potty as advertised. Other than ATT and Globe Life this location doesn’t have a lot going for it and the area is a little rough/dated. Overall, the house was sufficient for our needs. Also, we have one member of our family in a wheelchair and he was easily able to get around the house, since there is no carpet.

Awesome stay!
My wife and I thoroughly our stay at this charming little house. The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood. The neighbors we saw were all friendly and personable. There were only two of us but, the three bedroom house had ample room for many more. It also, had a nice backyard to relax in. It also, has a washer, Drywer, dishwasher, and two car garage. From the backyard you can see AT&T stadium. We came down to attend the cowboys game and the house was perfect. We were able to walk to the game and back in a matter of minutes. We stayed till Tuesday so we were able to drive to Magnolia farms in Waco on Monday. The drive is a Short hour and a half drive so its not a bad location to see many things. Six flags is a short distance away as well as you are in walking distance to the Texas rangers new stadium, Restaurants and Walmart. We will definiately be staying again.

Great location, comfortable home.
My family of 5, plus 2 dogs, was very happy here while we waited for our new house to be ready. We are from the DFW area and we definitely see why this home would be perfect for folks in town for football, baseball, Six Flags, Hurricane Harbor etc! The proximity to restaurants, shopping and entertainment is perfect. The new shopping area just across I-30 is very nice! The house is well-maintained and in a quiet, older neighborhood. My teenagers/young adults loved the internet speed and the streaming available on the TV! The backyard needs just a bit of TLC. The fence has big enough holes for a small dog to get through. The trees need a trim so the grass will grow. A very relaxing stay for my family before the chaos of moving into a new home began!

Clean with modern amenities
The owners checked in to make sure I had everything I needed. It’s a 10 minute walk to AT&T center and 20 minutes to Ranger stadium. The Roku TV with one remote was a real convenience and unexpected pleasure. I’ll be staying here again.

Perfect stay
The home was beautiful and had everything we needed and more, was close to Six Flags and grocery stores etc, the beds were comfortable and there was plenty of linen and hot water for our group, would definitely stay again, The owners were very helpful though we didn’t run into any problems

Good Location
Good location for events at AT&T Stadium, Six Flags, and UT Arlington. Nice older home that has been renovated and upgraded. Beds were very comfortable. It would be nice if the refrigerator had an ice maker and water dispenser. The best part was the owners were super responsive and stayed in constant communication with us. The only true negatives were the master shower did not have hot water and the water flow was low as is expected with an older home.

Home away from home...perfect, relaxing,comfortable
Our stay was very comfortable for my siblings and father. We had a great time making memories. Elissa and David were on hand to answer any questions. We were very close to everything in walking distance. High recommend this house and we will return again.
