Very cute and comfortable cottage. Amazing location, close to the buzzing Central Market, easy walk to rest of Adelaide City. Would stay again for sure.
Car port a bit squeezy, but manageable. Probably couldn’t fit a 4WD in.

The property is centrally located and so quiet.
A quaint renovated cottage on a one way street.
Owners available to answer queries...a magic stay...I will be back.

Absolutely gorgeous historic cottage nestled in a super quiet part of the CBD. Full upgraded kitchen and laundry, many original features of the cottage retained and just a delight. The timber step from dining area into kitchen, how many feet have worn that step down? Just amazing. Even has the old Adelaide town hall original 4 panel glass sliding doors on lounge entrance to patio with Latin inscription! Great rear garden area, spacious and well equipped. Fantastic hosts. Super clean and well managed property. Highly recommend.

This is a beautiful spot - a short walk to the market, easy access to the free city bus and the tram. The courtyard is a beautiful spot to put your feet up and enjoy a coffee or an evening glass of wine. We'll be back next year.

We came for P!nk and discovered so much more that Adelaide has to offer. A short walk to Central markets, China town, slightly longer to Fringe festival tents and a tram or longer walk to Adelaide Art gallery, museums, Adelaide oval and Jam factory.
Surrounded by lots of great food options and yet quiet and cool inside the lovely historic home.
Fabulous location in a heritage building- the name reflects the location.
Plenty of spare blankets and a well appointed kitchen and lounge room. Shop at the central Adelaide markets and come home and cook, sip a glass of local Vino and read a book or play a board game.
There is fresh herbs in the garden and we would have spent more time outside if it wasn’t so hot this week ;)
A comfortable stay and we highly recommend it.

It's my second time staying here. Great location in the CBD. Having a private back yard in the center of the city is a nice plus.
The house is located on a quiet little one way street.

Great little oasis in the heart of the Adelaide market area. Secure, quiet but so close to everything. Also, wonderful secure courtyard for the dog. We’ll be back.

This a cute cottage, right in the heart of China Town and two streets away from Adelaide Markets. Bed was comfortable. Living area is at the back over looking the courtyard which is great to sit in. Light rail in easy walking distance down the road. Owners very helpful. Would recommend and stay here again.

Very comfortable, clean and quiet 2 bedroom home in the city. China town and the Adelaide central markets are almost at your doorstep, but you’re in a quiet one way lane. Eat out at one of the terrific restaurants close by or grab some food from the markets and retreat to your own private courtyard. We loved this house and it was great to access everything without needing car hire. Booked a taxi for the airport- $24.75 fixed fee. Craig ∧y communicated well and supplied lots of extra info. We visit family in Adelaide and will be back to stay here. Thanks for a lovely stay!

We stayed Mon - Fri and thoroughly enjoyed the cottage for my Radiotherapy treatments. We live regionally and it was only a short distance to my treatments each day. We would definitely like to stay again in the near future

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house is well set up with everything you could want, we were especially grateful for the central heating in the cold! Close walking distance to cafes, restaurants (awesome Japanese just down the road) and pubs. And centrally located to travel around the city.

This is the third time we've stayed at this cottage and we've loved it every time. Perfect location, close to the market, Chinatown and parks but so quiet and peaceful with all the facilities we need. We'll be back.

We had a terrific stay here with our pooch. The house is perfectly located for anyone wanting to stay close to the markets/Chinatown precinct & has a huge rear courtyard. The kitchen is very well appointed and the generously sized dining room was another welcome feature. Great comfy bedrooms and a small but perfectly formed bathroom top it off. Craig & Andy were very responsive and helpful too - thank you! We’ll definitely stay again…

Wonderful location. Great little cottage. Everything you need and amazingly quiet and secure given the central location.
3.0
Lovely cottage, location was excellent.
Would stay again except the bed in the second room needs replacing (hard as a rock and we like firm mattresses) as does the matress protector, quilt and pillows, all stained. At $280 per night we expected a comfortable clean bed.
Shower had mouldy tiles.
Ducted heating only worked in the bedroom.
Apart from that we appreciated it being pet friendly.

Tranquil, well-appointed retreat in the heart of the CBD
We stayed for a week while I was in Adelaide on business. It was just what I needed as a "base". Right in the thick of it, in terms of location, but so quiet too. The cottage is comfortable and spacious. Craig and Andy were very responsive hosts, attending to a plumbing problem promptly.

A lovely property. Was great for us to be able to our fur baby with us.

Great location and beautiful property
Loved staying here, the photos don't do the space justice. It's modern and slick but also has a bunch of character. It's also bigger than I expected. The hosts were great with communication and its a short stroll to genki sushi and Argos and the central markets. The driveway is not for the faint hearted and definitely not for our 4wd but with ubers so cheap in the city it's no biggie. Also the pets were very comfortable and enjoyed their time also. Thanks so much guys!
