Property was very nice and comfortable. Location was great. Walked just about everywhere we went. Staff was great and always cleaning. Everyone we encountered was very nice. We would definitely recommend this unit and would stay here again ourselves.

This was our first time staying in the heart of Gulf Shores and we loved the walking distance of everything. We didn't move our cars all week. And we can't say enough about how beautifully decorated this condo is. Welcoming in every corner. We truly enjoyed our week and would recommend to our friends and family.

Really impressed with this condo - it is well furnished and very comfortable. Our family of 6 had plenty of room to relax and decompress from long days on the beach. The location of the unit was close to a lot of restaurants.

Beautiful condo and beautiful view! Right on the beach and perfect for our girls trip. Condo was clean and we had no issues. Spent lots of time on the beach and were able to walk to several restaurants. Also enjoyed seeing dolphins from the balcony!

The condo was beautiful and well furnished, amazing views on the beach. Not a negative, but just FYI for the owner that the shower drains in the guest bathrooms were not draining well. The pool area and beach were wonderful most of the week. However, halfway through the week a bunch of people came onto the property from the beach. Some were staying at the San Carlos, but most were not. They proceeded to cause havoc, partying in the pool area. Someone got sick in the pool and there were cigarette butts floating in it the next day. The security folks ended up having to call the police to get the people to leave. The San Carlos seemed to have a lot of rentals and renters that did not respect the rules. The property probably needs to enhance security at busy times to avoid situations like this. But, we enjoyed most of the week, we just couldn't use the pool on our last 2 days because of this.

Loved our stay in a clean, well maintained condo. Plenty of living room seating for 5 adults plus little ones. Close to beach. Free parking is a plus. Close to everything but not crowded at beach!

This condo was beautiful . It was clean and well decorated. Easy to walk to area attractions .Easy to walk to the beach. The evening security guard was really polite and friendly. .He was the only one we met .The pool was very nice also. We would recommend this condo and give it a 10 plus. We had a wonderful time at this beautiful property. There was plenty of space for our family(2 adults and 4 children ages 8-16) We loved the location(within walking distance of many restaurants and shops) and the owner Mel was very pleasant and helpful. She really put a lot of thought into having everything you would need to enjoy your time in Gulf Shores! We loved our time there and you will too.

This property was great. The elevators were extremely fast and carts were always available if needed. The security officers were awesome and always quick to assist in opening doors. The condo itself was perfect - tons of hot water and everything worked as expected. Well appointed with everything we needed - the only thing i would recommend is plates for kids because all the ones there were super heavy and breakable. Mel checked in after our first night and was super nice! 10/10 recommend for both the condo itself and the building!

The furnishings in the condo are high quality. From the kitchen, to the bedroom, and the bathroom. Even though it is a rental it didn’t feel like your typical rental. And this was very much appreciated. Great location! View ? AMAZING!! Ease of use?? Fantastic!! Communication with the owner ? Timely !!!

Overall I was pleased with the property . It was cleaner than other places we have visited on the gulf coast. The condo was nice and roomy. I think one of the recliners might be needing some repair other than that we had comfortable furnishings.

Visited Gulf Shores for the first time with our family of 7 (4 adults, 3 teens 16/17/18). Had a great vacation! Condo was perfect size for our group, and the location was wonderful. We walked most places during the week and barely used our rental car. I highly recommend Mel’s condo. She was easy to communicate with and her property is beautiful!

From the moment we go to this place our vacation began. By the third day we were talking about when to book this vacation again and to stay in the same unit! The condo was beautiful and was beyond our expectations. The pictures are wonderful but the real life experience is so much more. The balcony was huge, the bedrooms were a highlight for our children, the amount of space was more than we needed. We do wish the pool was heated (as the ocean was also freezing) but we had a wonderful time on the beach. Fantastic experience!

Another amazing trip to gulf shores. We stayed here which is closer to the hangout area. Looks just like the images and had some amazing views of the beach. Pool was nice and the beach was just perfect. Make sure you read what comes with the condo and what you might need to get at the store on your way there. Wish there were a few more comforts included but it certainly did not take away from our experience. Very clean and great communication. Recommended!!

Clean, spacious, beautiful condo in a wonderful location. There is just a short walk to many restaurants on the beach (we barely used our car all week). Check-in and parking were easy and convenient. It was so nice to take the elevator down and be right at the beach. We saw so many dolphins each day from the balcony! The master suite was my favorite part of the condo with a large bathroom and closet for storage, and seeing/hearing the gulf from bed was so relaxing. Thank you, Mel!

We looked at many places on VRBO before choosing this condo in San Carlos. We like San Carlos because it is so close to town and nice wide beaches. We chose this condo based on accommodations and price. We had 6 tall adults and we needed a certain bed set up for each bedroom. Mel was very accommodating and helpful when we had minor questions after check in. The condo was clean and VERY roomy. Great kitchen and washer/dryer. The condo was quiet and the veiew was awesome! Also, the master bed was one of the most comfortable beds we have even slept in. Thanks a lot and we plan to look you up again next summer!
