Posizione ottima, con tre linee di metropolitana e due stazioni nel giro di poco più di cento metri, la Tower Plaza quasi accanto con ristoranti di buona qualità nel sottoscala e un tempio interessante da visitare a lato. Eccellente la possibilità di usufruire gratuitamente della spa al diciassettesimo piano.

Le dimensioni della camera sono quelle tipiche degli alberghi giapponesi, decisamente piccole.

Great location, very close to the train station (Ginza line). Room was small but it's expected for Tokyo. Although small, I felt it was well designed and very functional.

This hotel was extremely busy and the laundry service is not equipped to cater to that amount of guests. They had 3 washing machines and 3 dryers (that is, if all are NOT out of order) and the dryers were extremely inefficient in the sense that one cycle (30 mins) or even 2 cycles (1 hr) was not enough to dry a normal load of clothes. You end up with lots of guests with countless loads of washed clothes that are waiting to be dried. We did 2 cycles on the dryer (1 hr) and the clothes were still damp. Since there was a massive queue of people waiting to use the machines, we felt bad doing another load and end up just taking them back to our room and woke up super early the next morning to use the dryer to do another load

駅に近かった。 大浴場があったところ！ アメニティが揃っていたところ！ スタッフの方が皆対応が親切で、いろいろな要望に答えてくださった。 エレベーターが早く来る。 ウェルカムドリンクが、沢山あったところ 毎日、新しいタオル、パジャマなどが、準備してあるところ、 新しく綺麗だった。 ベットの寝心地が良かった！ ホテルの玄関に靴磨きが置いてある

便座が冷たかった。 朝食の食器の汚れが取れてないものが結構あった。（前日に別のホテルに泊まったので、どうしても比べてしまいました。） 高齢者にはベットが高すぎて、向いていないところでした。 2人泊まるにしては、部屋が狭かったかなあ？ 朝食代が内容に対して、高すぎる？と思いました。

Ce qui peut être amélioré c'est le choix des produits dans les distributeurs au deuxième étage et à l'étage de la terrasse

Śniadanie było w porządku, warte swojej ceny. Trochę nie spodobała mi się wywieszona na kartce uwaga, że mam 30 min. na jego zjedzenie, bo jest dużo gości. Rozumiem, że trzeba myśleć o innych, ale tego rodzaju poganianie gości w restauracji to nie jest dobry pomysł. Inna rzecz, że było też zastrzeżenie, żeby na śniadanie nie schodzić w piżamach i faktycznie, znaleźli się panowie, którzy odwiedzili restaurację (czy może stołówkę) hotelową w piżamach. Może więc pisanie o rzeczach oczywistych jest niezbędne. Personel bardzo pozytywnie reagował na wszystkie prośby i zgłaszane potrzeby, np. wypożyczył adapter do gniazdka elektrycznego, co umożliwiło mi korzystanie z moich urządzeń. Wszystko jest w hotelu nowe i czyste, przyjemna pościel, piżama i kapcie. Szampony i inne kosmetyki, maszynki jednorazowe do golenia - są dobrej jakości i dostarczone w obfitości. Hotel jest wyśmienicie położony, kilkadziesiąt lub może ze sto metrów od kilku linii metra, w doskonałej okolicy po której można się bez obaw poruszać, jak zresztą na ogół wszędzie w Japonii.

To już napisałem. Pokoiki też są malutkie, ale tego poprawić się nie da. Można jednak z tym żyć, zwłaszcza że są pomysłowo urządzone, czyste i wyposażone we wszystko co trzeba. Trochę zaskoczyła mnie konieczność dopłacenia za wcześniejszy o godzinę check-in, zwłaszcza że kosztowało to 1000 yenów, mogli by to sobie podarować.

Good location.

I didn’t like that I can’t leave my valuable things in the room. I chose to live in a hotel for my safety not to worry about my things all the time.

The structure has a wonderful rooftop from where it is possible to enjoy the sight of Tokyo (by night it’s incredible). We did not manage to enter the onsen since we were most of the time sightseeing but definitely something to do, but beware in case of tattoos: you can ask for patches to cover them (10x12cm) but up to two patches at maximum. Moreover I appreciate the view from my room (16th floor) and the proximity to the metro. The breakfast was excellent, with a vast variety of different food to try. Undoubtedly recommended for a stay in Tokyo. P.s. 500 meters away from the structure is located the Hie temple, a very nice place to visit to enjoy nature in the middle of the city.

The only black spot was, maybe, due to one mine misunderstanding about the onsen. I did not read, proceeding with the reservation, about the patches. I discovered it only when in my room.

The restaurant is quite nice.

The size of the rooms is ridiculously small. The interior design is the epitome of bad taste. The restrictions on tattoos in the public baths can be understood in local baths but are harder to understand in an establishment with international customers, especially when there are equally easy and less damaging solutions such as different timings.

Die Lage

Die Größe des Zimmers und die schlechte luft, es heizt sich extrem schnell auf, obwohl draußen weniger als 20 Grad sind. Außerdem werden die Zimmer nur alle drei Tage gereinigt wenn man nicht explizit eine Reinigung verlangt. Und wie soll man seine Handys laden, is gab nur einen Funktionsfähigen USB Anschluss.

静かで裏に日枝神社もあり美しい環境 清潔で備品、設備が整っており大浴場があるところ 何より地下鉄の駅がすぐ近くにありどこへ行くにもアクセスが良く快適にお過ごしました。スタッフも良いです。

ダブルベッドひとつの部屋でしたが部屋が狭いところが残念ベッドの長さももう少し長ければ、、少し短かかったです 壁紙の模様が茶と黒の柄で暑苦しい感じでした。 サウナがあれば嬉しいです

The room was clean and the onsite free onsen was a benefit we took advantage of daily! We both have tattoos, and while I was able to cover all of mine, my husband was only able to cover a few of his. Despite this we never had an issue with anyone complaining about his tattoos, which he was afraid of! The staff were very kind and helpful - we had issues with ordering some pizza and the staff assisted us with a smile :D

Everything at the hotel was exceptional, with the exception of the breakfast. We were disappointed as most of the food served was cold, even though we went right after breakfast hours started. The only hot food was the rice and coffee.

Location was great. Staff were friendly, had a very easy check in and check out. Public baths were a great bonus. Laundry room was very handy.

Rooms were a little on the small side but this is normal for Japan, so got used to it. The decor is very very garish-not very inviting. There is no storage, apart from placing your cases under the bed. The rooms would benefit from sort of shelf or drawers, not sure where they would go but something to think of. The amount of books per room on the only shelf available and ‘stuff’ on the desk was also very unnecessary, maybe rethink all these, we put them in the floor under the desk. when our room got cleaned they were replaced so we had 2 sets ☺️I’m sure your guests would prefer this area for their own toiletries and cosmetics, especially with the room being so small.. Too many plastic bags - the change over of towels and bathing robes were in excess. The rooms were small so having deliveries everyday of towels and robes was in my opinion unnecessary.

First of all, the location of the hotel is perfect. You have 4 metro station nearby, Akasaka with it's many restaurant and the residence of the prime minister is almost on the other side of the street so this is a very safe location (even if, in japan almost everywhere is safe). The room was clean and the staff nice and polite. Premièrement, l'emplacement de l'hôtel est parfaite. Il y a 4 station de métro à proximité, le quartier de Akasaka et ses nombreux restaurant, et la résidence du premier ministre est presque en face de l'hôtel donc le quartier est très sûr (même si généralement, il fait sûr partout au japon). La chambre était propre et le personnel serviable et polis.

The only small negative things i would say was the self check in kiosk. It is in english and the staff help you do it, but still, i prefer the "old way" talking directly to the receptionist. Le seul point négatif que je soulèverais serait le self check in. Il est disponible en anglais et le personnel vous aide à le faire, mais je préfère tout de même parler directement a une personne.

Bonjour HÔTEL APA. J'ai bien aimé votre Hôtel qui est magnifique de l'extérieur, mais j'ai été vraiment déçue de la grandeur de la chambre ! On ne peut pas louer des chambres de cette superficie ! Que ce soit en couple ou en couple avec 1 enfant, surtout qu'on a loué une chambre de LUXE ! La situation géographique est plutôt pas mal, le quartier est vraiment sympathique !

MA CHAMBRE !!! Le fait de ne pas avoir de BAR dans L'Hôtel ! C'est toujours appréciable de prendre un apéro au BAR de L'Hôtel !

Everything is excellent! The location is superb! It is too easy to travel by subway. The staffs can speak English well. There is also a Seven Eleven very close by (near subway station) for last minute purchases. The room is clean. Hotel amenities are great!

The room is a bit small, but acceptable. I think this is common in Japan. Apart from that, everything is excellent!
