Fantastic stay!

Beautiful room and very clean. Plenty of amenities. Easy check in and check our process. Amazing bakery/cafe downstairs with great prices. Close to train stations. Helpful staff. Nice waiting area/reception downstairs with tables and charging points.

Could have a few more plug/power outlets in the rooms.

Great hotel, very good for first time visitors. Nice, quiet location near subway and restaurants.

Check-in was effortless. Room was clean and more space than I expected. Love the bakery and location. Very nice hotel.

Good location, cleanliness however loud at times.

facilities of the room. great space for solo traveller and super clean. Close enough to Shinjuku centre

hallway was loud for staying on the 1F. Was concerned that anyone could enter the hallway. Windows were also blocked so no view. Quite a late check in time for 3pm.

a colazione ci hanno respinto un po’ brutalmente pur avendo pagato 20€ a testa perché siamo arrivati con 2 minuti rispetto all’ultimo orario di ingresso ( colazione fino alle 10, ultimo ingresso 9.45 e siamo arrivati alle 9.47) posizione un po’ lontana dalla stazione metro

We loved the Knot and how it catered for everyone. The breakfast was especially a standout.

Room was tiny but we managed. Location was a bit further from the train station than we would have liked, but we managed. Breakfast was fantastic. Loved the casual break out space in the foyer and 1st floor...esp handy as the rooms are very small.

Maybe a shuttle bus to/from Shinjuku would have been appreciated.

Okay hotel for the price

Breakfast was really nice and so is the bakery downstairs. We booked one of the bigger rooms and with two adults and two large suitcases we fit in great.

Cleaning was not great. We found hairs in our bed and in the bathroom when we checked in. Especially the bed ones made it feel a bit nasty. Bed had only one pillow each.

Will stay here again!

Location and vibe great, loved the large park opposite, fantastic breakfast, amazing bakery and coffee shop.

Room really small, but had all the necessary. Bathroom shower needs improving.

5 nights at The Knot

Excellent location! Good facilities! Very helpful and friendly staff! Very good breakfast! Literally like 3 blocks from a major train station! ~30 min taxi ride to Tokyo Station for changing cities!

Bed was a little hard for my taste. Wish the room came with more than 1 pillow per person. Also wish we got more than one towel per person as we had to shower multiple times in a day walking around Tokyo all day!

Lovely stay at Tokyo Knot <3

- Location near the metro station and with lots of Taxis - Konbini with Takkyubin service - Room was really comfortable - Breakfast was delicious -Staff members really kind and helpful

Top notch!

Great location a 10 min walk away from Shinjuku and opposite a nice park. Bakery was great by any standard but even better most of it was vegan, great non vegan stuff also. Very impressed by what you get for the money.

A great stay in a good location .

Good location and friendly helpful staff. Good bakery on site. Hotel very good at looking after baggage.. Also helpful in tracking down some mislaid baggage.

This is a nice hotel for people on a budget. Grea location with restaurant and bar. There’s also restaurants within walk

The Knot is at a nice quiet location. It has a restaurant and bar as well as a bakery. We had a nice time there.

I did not like the tiny bathroom. It reminded me of a portable one. I already knew the room was small. We had a triple and it was nice for me and my friends to be in the same room. I prefer a 4 star hotel. But this is perfect for budget travelers.

Easy to get into and out of… beautiful park across road … subway closer than train so easy to get around. Bakery yummy … coffee the best … clean … modern … bathroom is like a portable room but it’s still nice

Great stay, friendly for foreign and domestic tourists!

Everything about the stay was good: clean, comfortable, convenient. As Japanese hotels go, the rooms were spacious enough, the bathroom had hot water in the shower/deep bathtub, WiFi worked well in all areas, and check in/check out was smooth.

Nothing was bad, tour groups in the lobby and outside the front door make you realize you’re staying in a popular place.

It had been redecorated in a modern stylish way. The quality of the food in the buffet breakfast was very good and the taste of the coffee was great!

The exterior entrance could use a little work, the sofas in the lobby were a little dirty.

Would book again!

We loved how close it was to Shinjuku station. The staff were super helpful and the bakery down stairs is amazing. Rooms are a good size and we could fit two full suitcases in our room with no issues.

We didn’t like how the windows were covered in a film to limit views of the park, but you could pay more for a park view room.

I don't know how it could have been improved, but the room was Very small :( maneuvering suitcases was very hard.

Excellent stay!

Facilities, room ammenities, comfort, the restaurant and bakery. Coffee at the lobby restaurant is very good! Walking distance to shops and train stations. The staff are very friendly and professional.

Great value for money and great location

The hotel was bustling with people and had a great atmosphere. The bakery down stairs was excellent and the coffee was great. The bar/lounge was very relaxing. The location was central and easy to get around.

The heating on the rooms couldn’t be adjusted and it was far too hot for sleeping in. The bathroom was much smaller than anywhere else we have stayed

Great stop in Tokyo. Train and food close by. Easy going staff, and bakery and restaurants in hotel very good.

Central but slightly away from the noisy Shinjuku area giving a buffer to rest. Good facility and practical. Rooms were good for Japan size standards.

Hotel is well located across from the park, clean and easy to find. Staff were helpful.

the room was a good size, even for three people, the bakery attached to the hotel and a good selection of food to get the morning started and the location was a short walk from Shinjuku station.

The bar did close a little early on our first night in town. The Bar staff gave us some pointers on where we could go as an alternative, which was helpful.

The staff was excellent. They were very helpful and kind.

Unfortunately the room was very noisy and the cleaning was poor. Too busy hotel for us. Quite a long walk to the center of Shinjuku.

10 minute walk from the closest station, super good stay :)

The room was very comfortable and spacious with incredibly nice amenities. They provided new water and towels and changed our rubbish every night, as well as a deeper clean every several days. We lost an item after checking out and they were very quick to respond and sorted things out very well :)
