This recently renovated and remodeled condo is located on the second floor of the delightful and private Sand Dollar Villas. The ocean-side pool provides exceptional views of the Atlantic Ocean. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has everything you will need. There is a spacious deck off the master bedroom (also accessible from the living room) with a view of the ocean; a perfect place to relax after a day at the beach or enjoy coffee in the morning. Stroll down the private boardwalk to the beach where you can enjoy lots of room to play. This beach is not crowded like many along the coast! Washer and dryer, new linens, a dining room table with 4 chairs, wireless internet, and a fully equipped kitchen are just a few of the amenities this property has to offer. The master has a king bed and 2 twin beds are in the guest bedroom, all with new bedding! There is also a recently purchased fold-out sofa that sleeps 2. The oven and microwave have also been replaced in the summer of 2021. This newly renovated condo is minutes from historical downtown Fernandina beach and many great restaurants and shops.

We stayed for a moms weekend away, and this was the perfect spot! Great access to the beach, and nearby restaurants. It’s a little older, and could use some upgrades. But for the price and location, it’s a great place! It has everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again, and maybe bring the kids next time… 😜

This Sand Dollar Villas condo was close to perfect - the balcony views of the ocean, morning sunrises and evening sunsets were amazing - the condo was very clean with a cozy living room area, comfortable beds in both bedrooms, a competent kitchen and 2 good sized full bath rooms - quick access to the beach and close by to golf and other attractions - the host was easy to communicate with and very responsive to any questions - Amelia Island is a great vacation location and staying at this condo certainly enhanced our experience

Our stay was absolutely amazing. The condo was fully stocked with towels, kitchen utensils and supplies. The beds were comfortable and you could hear the waves from the ocean from the master bedroom as we slept. The Netflix was a nice touch too on a rainy day. Perfect vacation! Thank you .

Great location on the ocean yet far enough away from noise of lots of people. Quiet surroundings despite construction next door, not their fault. Interior was nice and had enough cookware to make a meal at home. Overall, happy with our stay.

Great condo for our short trip to Amelia Island. The condo was nicely furnished and super clean. It had everything we needed. The amenities such as the pool and boardwalk to the beach are perfect. The kitchen is small but who cares with all the delicious restaurants the area has to offer! You can't go wrong with this place.

This condo was in our price range and available for our dates. The view of the ocean was great. The property owners and managers responded quickly to questions and concerns and all info was well communicated. Check-in process was super easy. Condo was nicely decorated and very inviting and comfortable. Publix nearby for groceries and supplies. Condo was furnished with everything we needed in the kitchen. Was so nice to just sit on the balcony and enjoy a fresh cup of coffee while watching the ocean waves and feeling the morning breeze. Pool was very clean as were the general grounds. Lots of things to do within a few miles. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Beautiful views of the ocean, beach is quiet and amazing. The only thing is the baseboards in the condo looked a little dingy and the vanity in the master bathroom appeared to be out of alignment and starting to fall apart. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and Amelia island

We had hiccup upon check-in. When we walked into the property, the unit had not been cleaned. Apparently, there was a miscommunication. The property manager quickly took care of the situation and the owners compensated for the inconvenience. We enjoyed our stay in Fernandina Beach during the Shrimp Festival. I would recommend this property. Beautiful oceanview and great location.

Construction going on everyday during our stay (noisy and annoying) with parking lot taken up with large refuge dumpster. Living room area carpet was dirty and stained, condo furnishings somewhat shabby. Water was going to be turned off on our last day of the booking. Walkway from the pool to the beach and oceanfront was nice and convenient

We enjoyed our stay at this nice condo, it has a good view of the ocean. I really liked the parking too, we had a covered parking space which was nice. Condo was very clean too. Condo was decorated so pretty! The kitchen had nice dishes and had lots of things to cook with ( if you wanted cook that is ) Amelia Island has so many nice restaurants to try. We had a great time ! I hope to visit again. Condo has a very nice washer and dryer too.

Perfect location, wonderful pool, steps from the ocean. Condo is decorated nicely, kitchen is small but has all you need to prepare meals. Master bedroom/bath has an ocean view. Second bedroom is very small and best suited for children. It was a wonderful long weekend getaway and will definitely stay on our list of places to visit again!
