About this house rental

This two-bedroom, two-bathroom non-smoking townhome is situated directly on the beach on the coveted south side of Amelia Island. Your back yard is the dunes with unobstructed ocean views! Watch the sunrise and pods of dolphins pass by from either the beachfront deck directly outside the living room or get an even better vantage point from the second floor balcony.

Situated on a private street with private beach access right outside the back door, our townhome is the perfect place to relax, unwind and spend time with family and friends. You may never want to leave our little piece of paradise during your time there. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances and everything you need to prepare your own meals. There is a washer and dryer in the home, wifi and cable tv, as well as books and games to enjoy during down time inside. The floors were recently redone, and we also recently updated the towels and linens and the master bedroom mattress, as well as putting in a new HVAC unit, a new oven & stove, and a new dishwasher. The bathrooms were renovated in January 2024. The entire inside of the home was repainted in September 2022 and interior closet doors were also updated at that time.

There is plenty to explore nearby. Our home is just minutes by bike or car to a fantastic grocery store and other shops and restaurants and a 15-minute drive to historic Fernandina Beach’s bustling Main Street full of shopping and dining. The home is steps from the Ritz Carlton Amelia Island and surrounded by a number of world-class golf courses. Nearby Fort Clinch State Park and Amelia Island State Park offer nature tours, kayaking, horseback riding on the beach, and more.

Features:
The main floor houses a kitchen dining and living room — the ocean view can be seen from every room on this floor and sliding doors open to a back deck situated steps from the dunes.

The second floor has a primary bedroom opening up to an oceanfront balcony; the primary bedroom includes a king bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and 2 twin beds (choice of a trundle bed or roll away; both provided with bedding). There is a second bathroom on this floor and plenty of closet space.

Travel size toiletries, a hairdryer, an iron, fresh linens are also provided.

The property was very nice! We saw every type of animal that was listed that we could see. Very short walk to the beach which we love. The home looked exactly like the photos. We did try to go to the pool one day but it doesnt look well maintained and also during check in time the cleaning lady was still cleaning which made it awkward.

Beautiful beach front stay for our anniversary. We were lucky enough to see dolphins and a gopher tortoise. We even found some shark for our son! We highly recommend this place if you're a morning person and enjoy watching the sunrise. It's in a convenient location and close to restaurants, downtown, and grocery stores.

This spacious condo, which has both a veranda and balcony (two spaces with which to enjoy the lovely surroundings), offers sweeping views of the Fernandina coastline and dunes. The condo is clean and quiet, and the bathrooms are well lit and lovely. The family room is comfy and has innovative lighting. It is a short walk to the Ritz where you can enjoy a variety of dining experiences. If you eat in, you can see the ocean as you cook and clean. We had a great stay.

Me and two of my friends spent a long weekend here and loved our time at this property! It is located in a beautiful, quiet area and easily accessible to so many activities. It was very clean and comfortable with beautiful views of the ocean. The owner was quick to respond to messages and very friendly. Will definitely keep this property in mind for future travels. The condo excellent was as advertised. They had made some updates. It was comfortably furnished. Bed was great! Able to open the doors of the master and sleep with the sound of the waves coming in at night. It was a great location and layout. Easily could have had another couple or family members and been very comfortable. Right on the dunes with easy access to the beach. Two different areas (up and down) to sit and look over the water which was lovely. The owner was extremely helpful and responsive, which we appreciated. Highly recommend this condo. Thanks to the owners for a great visit.

It was a decent place. It is in need of some updating. The bathrooms and showers were 80s/90s with some minor touch ups. When we arrived we found that the cleaning crew had not done a fantastic job. We found dirty towels hanging in the guest bath behind the door. The towels in general were dingy and old. We bought some bleach and washed the towels which helped. With some renovations this could be a gem. The driveway is very tight with not much room to walk beside your parked vehicle on either side.

Great location. We didn't really need to contact the property owner, everything was as expected. We did struggle a little with opening the front door from the inside, the lock didn't always want to cooperate. We also had a great view of the Spacex launch- very cool experience!

This condo is really nice. It look like it was recently renovated. There is easy access to the beach. Only bummer was grills aren’t allows by the HOA. But that wasn’t a big deal. Overall - Highly recommended!!

Great property - pics on the listing are true to life, and the setup of the condo is great. Walked right out the back to nice grass path to boardwalk an onto beach. Very live-able and held 4 adults with plenty of room to spare. Resident turtle under the deck was an added bonus!

We stayed at this location for a family vacation for 4 days. My son loved that it had levels. It was really cleaned and smelled great when we checked in. Instructions were clear and check in was easy. The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. It literally right next to the walk over the dunes to the beach. We are able to cook at night. Even on the days it rained we loved playing board games in the living room. There is a community pool we took advantage of too! The upstairs bedroom has a balcony with an incredible view. We loved this place!

Overall our stay was wonderful. The townhome is located a short walk to the beach. The beach can be viewed from the upstairs balcony off the master and the waves heard from either deck! We had everything we needed and were a quick 5 minute drive to the store for groceries. The area was clean, quiet, and well kept. The only negative for us was the beach area allowed cars to drive and park for the day. There was an area for just beach chairs a little ways past it which is where we spent our beach time each day.

We spent two weeks in this beautiful condo right on the ocean. Woke up to beautiful sunrise every day. We loved walking on the beach, riding bikes, playing golf, swimming in community pool and exploring near and far. We will return .

Myself and 3 work colleagues spent a week here for a work conference. The condo was great. The split levels made it feel super spacious so we could spread out and not be on top of each other. The ocean views from the master are gorgeous and the sunrises beautiful! Definitely recommend this unit.

This rental was perfect for us. It was quiet and comfortable. The owner is prompt and responsive. The unit is clean and well equipped. The beds are comfortable. If watching sunrises on the beach with a cup of coffee and exploring Florida's nature and history are your thing, then this rental is a great choice. But, if you have small children or individuals with limited mobility, this complex with many stairs should probably be avoided. The condo complex is a mix of owner occupied units and families vacationing at the beach. If you're looking for a party atmosphere, you'll want to look elsewhere.

Host was great to communicate with! She was very helpful and informative. We chose this rental only because the upstairs deck had perfect view of the ocean-(downstairs was obstructed w dunes) we were very disappointed to find out the deck needed repair so we were unable to use it . We knew the bedrooms were upstairs but didn’t realize when u enter you have to go upstairs to the family room, the unit has 4 level of stairs.

Just what we needed for a short break from Reality! This place was very convenient to beach access and enough space for our family of 5 plus 1 extra cousin. The kids loved the house, very relaxing! Renee was super responsive and made us feel secure in knowing she was available and ready to accommodate. We will be back!

Our family of 4 (2 small kiddos- 6 & 9) loved our stay. We were in a perfect location to take the kids to the beach whenever we wanted, and this place had all that we needed to cook. Beautiful beach views from the upstairs deck! We'd stay here again.
