About this apartment rental

Beautiful condo walking distance from Canmore downtown. The condo is close to the recreation centre and all the restaurants and pubs within downtown. It has beautiful paths to walk to downtown for your evening excursions. The condo is comprised of a master bedroom with ensuite, a second bedroom and bathroom, and a living room with tempurpedic style double pullout. The living room has a full sized table so you and your guests can have relaxing meals. Enjoy sitting by the fireplace socializing and having a drink looking out into the mountains and stream. There is a full kitchen that has all appliances and cooking utensils required for your stay.
Additionally, the deck has a BBQ and patio set for you to enjoy the fresh mountain air. The condo also has in suite laundry. The building has an outdoor hot tub, games room, laundry room and exercise facility. We will provide one National Park Pass for your car for the duration of your stay.

This condo is located in a beautiful self-contained newer community. In addition just outside the community is the downtown Canmore district. Easy walk to shopping and dinner, bike and walking paths to anywhere in Canmore and beyond. The only downside is noise from other residents, the street, and trains.

We had an amazing time at the condo. The condo was beautiful with wonderful views of the mountains. We were very impressed with how well stocked the kitchen was. We cooked many meals and had everything we needed. Overall an amazing time and would absolutely do it again.

Enjoyed our stay in Canmore. Perfect location for exploring. Parking is tight in Canmore on busy weekends and it is an easy walk to downtown right from the Condo. Having a dedicated parking spot in the garage was helpful. Beds are comfy, well stocked kitchen, washer and dryer are a nice bonus. Don't hesitate, you will love this place and this town.

Excellent property, the photo's do not really do it justice. Beautifully decorated and well maintained. Having secure underground parking is a big plus. Good walks around the creek and Canmore also right on the doorstep. We wanted an apartment that a family of 5 could cook and eat in, this apartment had everything we needed for cooking, and a table that 6 can comfortably sit around. Lot's of nearby options for groceries, and plenty of dining out options as well for those that prefer to eat out. Will definitely be checking this place first if/when I return to the Canmore/Banff area.

The condo was very nice overall. We didn’t realize there was a booking system to book the hot tub well in advance, therefore we were unable to utilize this amenity as we would have liked. Thank you.

My wife, daughter, son-in-law, and I stayed at this property. We were very pleased with the unit. The location within walking distance of town was excellent. The condo was consistent with the VRBO website, was very clean and included everything we needed. This was our first visit to the Canmore/Banff area and we would definitely stay here again.

Very nice condo with convenient walking access to Canmore restaurants and stores. Access to community hot tub with view of mountains. Request for an earlier check-in time was accommodated. Train track is across the street, so some noticeable noise if you are not sleeping sound. Overall, a very nice unit and location.

Very impressed with the property, more amenities than we could ask for, plus a hot tub just a few doors down from our unit with a beautiful mountain view. Parking underground was great, ceiling high enough for our truck, and parking spot right by elevator. The property was a great location within walking minutes to downtown and beautiful trails along the creek. Property manager was great to work with. We appreciated he and his cleaning staff accommodating us with a check in half hour earlier. The beds were very comfortable, would recommend a king bed in the larger room but this did not take away from our experience. Also, be prepared for trains close by in the middle of the night. Earplugs work great and a lot of the noise was mitigated with simply closing the bedroom window. Would definitely stay in this unit again.

My wife and I traveled with my parents to do some hiking in Banff and Yoho. This property is located an easy walk from all locations in Canmore. In fact, Canmore is very walkable town. I prefer staying there to Banff, which can be overcrowded. The owner if very communicative and easy to work with. Beautiful property.

The property was excellent; very well maintained and in a great location for taking day trips to Banff, Lake Louise, etc. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were well sound-proofed...we never heard any of our neighbors. There is a train track just across the river, so a few of those went through and were audible overnight. The underground parking was nice to have and the parks pass to use was a very nice perk.

Wow, this condo was simply stunning, the picture do not do it justice and it is a lot larger than it looks. This was a perfect location for exploring, we used it as a base to see Banff and Lake Louise and it is a 5 minute walk into Canmore for all the brilliant shops and restaurants. Thanks for all the additional supplies in the condo which weren't mentioned on top of a well equipped kitchen it also included many basics supplies you needed, the bathroom and laundry were stocked with supplies which were a welcomed surprise and on top of that the 'National Park Pass' was a great idea. Jake was a great host and kept us well informed prior to checking in. Next time we visit, we will be booking in a longer stay.

This condo was just perfect for us! It was spotlessly clean and had every amenity we could want! Jake was extremely communicative from the moment we booked the place. The location was perfect nearby lovely easy walks and very walkable to town center where there were plenty of dining and shopping options. We spent a lot of time in the condo since the area had poor air quality for much of our stay but we were extremely happy to be in such a lovely comfortable place. Can't do any better!

We loved our stay at Jake’s condo. It could not have been a better more serene and also central location. We can walk where we need to in town and the views from the balcony of stream and mountains are amazing. We didn’t want to leave! This place is amazing to stay for exploring Banff National Park- it is a short drive from Banff and roughly an hour from all the main tourist locations (louise, moraine, johnston, etc.). Perfect for a family or small group of friends. The place was amazing. Full kitchen with all the necessary cutlery and utensils. Two great bedrooms and another additional pullout couch that can comfortable sleep 2. 2 full bathrooms, in unit washer dryer, and great patio for grilling as well. It was very comfortable for 6 people. Didn't check out a lot of the complex's amenities, but used the hot tub which was great and has an amazing view of the mountains. We went to the Banff upper hot springs earlier in the day, and thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub here much more. Jake was super communicative and made the entire process go very smoothly.

From communication with the owner to checking in at the condo; this rental is perfect in every way! The condo is decorated beautifully with excellent outdoor views of the creek and mountains. The beds were so comfortable and the condo was extremely clean. The condo is within walking distance to the quaint downtown of Canmore and a 20 minute drive to Banff! This condo afforded my wife and I and our family a wonderful two day stay in Canmore!

This condo was better than I expected! Owner was great to work with, location was perfect, condo was clean and had everything we needed and just beautiful. Close to banff to go to all the trails and everywhere, but was nice to be a little bit away from the craziness there. Could walk everywhere in Canmore from the condo, shopping, restaurants, grocery store, ice cream. Everything about the trip was amazing and better than I ever expected and we will for sure be back as soon as we can!!!

My wife and I wanted a quick weekend getaway from the city. We could not have asked for a better place. The location is great, as it is so close to downtown and all amenities. We arrived, parked and did not touch our vehicle for the rest of our stay. We could walk to wherever we needed. And we love the creek that runs by the condo. The communication and friendliness of Jake was top notch and greatly appreciated. Checkin and access was very easy with only the pin code. The place is big enough for a small family and we will definitely consider returning, if available, when we return in the Winter for some family skiing.
