Located right in the centre of town, this Canmore Crossing condo puts you in the heart of year-round adventure and excitement.

Professionally remodelled, this vacation retreat offers 3 beautifully appointed bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, an open concept dining and living area to entertain family and friends all on one level. This condo is literally steps to the local shops, grocery stores and entertainment that Canmore has to offer.
Amenities for our guests include a roof top hot tub with amazing Rocky Mountain views and a 4th floor gym. You will also love the convenience of secure elevator access from the heated underground parkade with designated parking for 2 vehicles (tandem - one car in front of the other) and a keyless entry system. Instead of lugging all your sporting equipment into the condo, you can use your locked personal storage unit in the parking garage.
There is NO air conditioning in the condo. The condo is equipped with ceiling fans and floor fans. Typically during the summer the mountain air cools at night so we suggest opening the windows at night and CLOSING the windows, blinds and curtains during the day.
Upon entering the second floor condo suite, you will notice the corner River Stone gas fireplace, a delightful spot to cozy up to on cool mountain evenings. The expansive leather sectional couch can be converted, if needed, into a bed. There is a large flat screen TV in both the Living room and Master bedroom that offers cable and Netflix for your enjoyment and free Wi-Fi. You will find artwork by local artist, Fraser McGurk on display throughout the condo.
The kitchen is fully equipped to make a quick snack or to prepare a feast. You will find upgraded appliances, ample place settings and a much-deserved dishwasher. Two grocery stores are located essentially on your doorstep for all the staples, and a quick trip for a forgotten item! There is a beautiful quartz topped peninsula island that allows family and guests to sit, relax and visit with the cook over cocktails or hot chocolate. A private balcony off the living room provides a spot to enjoy your morning coffee or to barbecue on the Weber gas BBQ.
This spacious 3 bedroom, southeast facing condo has two Master Bedrooms. One with a King size bed and corner chair and table for reading and unwinding. There is a walk in closet with plenty of storage room. You can access the common washroom with a stand-alone shower through a private entrance. The other Master bedroom boasts a Queen size bed and a private ensuite washroom with a shower/ tub combination. It is located on the opposite side of the condo and is ideal for another couple or teens who like their own space. The third bedroom has one queen bed and one single (twin) bed separated by a low profile 2 drawer dresser.
A full size, stacked Samsung washer and dryer can meet all your laundry needs. There are complimentary washer detergent pods and softener sheets for your convenience. All linens, bath and hot tub towels are provided as well as shampoo, conditioner and soap.
You will find a Welcome Book that contains information regarding this condo suite, Canmore Crossing amenities, local restaurants and activities in Canmore and the surrounding area. For your comfort and to respect our guests with allergies, our condo unit is a non-smoking and pet-free environment. Keyless entry access codes will be provided to you 7 days prior to your arrival. The use of a National/ Banff Park pass is included in your stay (Please use the right hand lane when entering the park gate and have the park pass displayed on your rear view mirror).
A 20-minute scenic drive takes you to Banff National Park, entering the historic Town of Banff shortly past the park gates and Lake Louise is an additional 30 minutes away. The Canadian Rockies are not only stunning; they offer a staggering amount of activities to enjoy for all ages and abilities. You can ski/ snowboard “The Big 3” - Banff's Sunshine Village, Norquay and Lake Louise or there is cross country skiing at the world renowned Canmore Nordic Centre, Golfing, rock climbing, hiking, mountain & road biking, cave exploring/ spelunking, snowmobiling, dog sled tours, snowshoeing and rafting to name a few. You can also enjoy local cuisine, spas, Elevation Place (a world class recreational facility including rock climbing walls, swimming and waterslides), Banff Hot Springs and art galleries. The most difficult part of your day will be deciding where to start!

This is an amazing property in Canmore. There were six of us staying at the condo and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is easy walking distance from the downtown area and also very close to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. The condo is exceptionally well maintained, kitchen has everything you might need, and communication with the host was excellent. We would recommend to anyone wishing to visit the Banff/Lake Louise and surrounding areas.

This property was even better than advertised. The host Shelley was so responsive from the beginning of the reservation process answering questions that we had. There was ample room in each bedroom, very clean, well-stocked kitchen, large table to eat at, and comfortable beds. The rooftop hot tub was an added bonus.
The Safeway grocery store was right across the street, making it easy to get the food we needed during our stay. This was also a very walkable area around the town.

Our family had a great stay. Shelley provided all of the information we needed before we checked in, which was clear and concise. She also made it clear to reach out with any questions or concerns, which was appreciated. The location of the condo is great. You've got a grocery store, liquor store, brewery, Canadian Tire and other conveniences all nearby. Downtown is a short 6-8 minute walk away. The condo is quite spaced out and the bedrooms are large and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and the balcony was a nice retreat for morning coffee. We were thankful for the 2 underground parking stalls. Unfortunately did not get a chance to check out the hot tub. All in all, the place has everything you could need, matched what was described in the listing and although we are low maintenance renters, we felt comfortable knowing we could reach out to the owner if need be. Great stay.

Condo was beautiful and as advertised. Our family of 5 had plenty of room. Location was super - close to downtown Canmore and the grocery store was a 1 minute walk away. I especially appreciated all the “extras” in the kitchen - made for a very enjoyable stay. Highly recommend this property.

We recently had a three night stay at this beautiful condo.
We celebrated our daughter's wedding and it accommodated a lot of people coming and going. Very well equipped and nicely appointed. The best part was the central location!

This is a great place to stay for your trip to the area. The neighborhood hosts a grocery store, outdoor shops, a Starbucks, and a liquor store all within a 1 block walk. The city center is a short 5 min walk away. The home is perfect starting point for your adventures.

We had a wonderful time staying in Shelly’s condo - perfect size for our group of friends. Condo is exactly as seen. Perfect for visiting Banff and surrounding areas. Canmore is a cute town. Property is next to everything you need! Good communication from owner. Would recommend and stay again when visiting.

Nicely decorated, fully stocked kitchen, conveniently located to downtown and Banff. However, balcony would only accommodate 2 people and because of that, the grill is essentially unusable. When first entering the condo, we were a bit overwhelmed by the smell of many scented plug-ins, and in our opinion, we found the seating to be uncomfortable and impractical.
Overall we enjoyed our stay very much, and found the area to be quite beautiful.

Great communication with our host! Good info provided and prompt replies to our questions. Comfortable, quiet, centrally located, great view, well-equipped kitchen - plenty of dishes and glassware. We loved having the glass containers with lids for leftovers and the stainless pots and pans. Nice furniture. Grocery store across the street. We would love to stay here again!

We absolutely loved everything about our stay. The accommodations were immaculate and perfectly suited to our family - three couples and two young children.
Two master suites worked fabulously together with the third bedroom that boasted a queen AND a twin bed.
The fireplace and deck offered a cozy warm feel and the kitchen was well stocked for when we chose to eat in. But all amenities were so close we could walk to everything in minutes!
Communication with our hosts was quick and efficient. They answered all our questions in record time, kindly and thoroughly!
We will definitely book again on our next trip to Canmore!

This was our second stay in the condo. We loved it last year and decided it would be our go to place for a repeat trip to Lake Louise. The well appointed kitchen, good beds and the quiet of the building made for an excellent stay. We plan to rebook for next year.

The property was perfect for our family of 6 (kids ages 11-17). Amazing view to wake up to. Easy walk for groceries and other stores which was helpful when my daughter forgot to pack her boots and we were at Canadian Tire at 8am!
Canmore is a gem. So many wonderful places to eat, shop and hike. The condo wasn’t far from Sunshine Village and Lake Louise for skiing. The fireplace was cozy after being outdoors all day. The included Banff pass made it a breeze to get into the park.
Shelley was great with communicating how to access the garage and other property details. I had a question upon arrival and she replied quickly. Definitely follow the link to use the hot tub in advance because it does book up. The workout room was very limited but no fault of the owner.
We cannot wait to return!

We could not have been more pleased with our choice of this condo. We had 3 couples and the layout was great and it met all our expectations. It had all the necessary accessories to make meals in if you wanted. The location turned out to be ideal. It is a short drive to Banff and you could come back and relax without all the crowds and parking issues in Banff or Lake Louise. There are two grocery stores next door which made it too easy to walk back and forth. Lots of places to eat right in the in the area as well. Bikes rentals right outside the door. There is a trailhead to the Bow river trail system just of stones throw from the front door. We saw a herd of Elk during our walk laying in the woods, I guess they are used to seeing people all the time using the trails. Downtown Canmore is an easy walk and with parking tight it might be a good way to check it out.
Shelly was great to work with. She answered our questions promptly and provided all the info we needed so it was a no hassle experience for everyone!
If we get back in the area for another trip, there is no question that we would stay here again. Five Stars.

We stayed in Shelley and Rick’s property for five day prior to our elopement. Check-in with Shelley was great. She was detail oriented and explained the process for parking, elevator codes, door codes, hot tub reservation, etc. one week prior to our arrival so we were all set to walk right in. The property was clean and fit our needs perfectly as we had 7 individuals staying in the condo, including a 11 year old and 3 year old. The bedroom set up worked wonderful as each family had their own space and comfy bed. We spent time cooking in the condo, relaxing, and getting wedding ready. Our stay went flawlessly. We plan to definitely stay again with Shelley and Rick when we come back to Canmore! Thank you both so much!

This condo was just perfect for our group of 3 adult couples! The bedrooms were so comfortable and the condo had everything we needed, including bear spray, park pass and the hot tub! We loved the location, convenient to the parks, grocery store and so many restaurants. Thank you for a wonderful vacation getaway

The property was extremely warm… temperature wise! Lots of fans around but that was it. The sink in the main bathroom is 90% plugged… you need a plumber! Major dust bunnies Uber and around the beds? The suite was well equipped with utensils, plates, cups and towels.

Overall the property was great, as advertised. We stayed in Canmore as it was a great base to explore Banff National Park for a few days. The location of the property is excellent (adjacent to two grocery stores and walking distance to restaurants). Parking and check-in were easy as detailed instructions were provided. The unit was great and fully equipped. Overall, would recommend to others and would return on my next trip.

Our adult family plus one grandchild, stayed in Shelley and Rick’s place while in Canmore for our daughter’s wedding. It was perfect! The layout was great for separating the various families and enjoying the open concept. Perfectly located, within walking distance of everything! We loved our stay and had an amazing time in Canmore!

I stayed with my family of five (3 teens/tween) and my 75 year old parents. There was plenty of room for all of us. Two dedicated parking spots, elevators for the old people but stairs worked well for the younger ones! Close to downtown for evening ice cream strolls, convenient for all our Rocky Mountain exploring. Bike rental shop was walkable, Safeway next door. Great time!

This place is well stocked, and beautiful. It was warm while we were there but fans helped cool it off. The hottube reservation is a bit odd so make sure you do that before you get up there, but on the roof the views are wonderful. Thank you for sharing this condo with our family, we loved our stay.

Our family loved staying here, it was perfect for our group. Just like home! The views were lovely and the access to Starbucks and Safeway store was very convenient. I really appreciate how thoughtfully everything was laid out and stocked up in the house. We visited Canmore, Banff and Icefield Parkway and the location of the house suited us well. The beds were super comfy too. Cleanliness, Parking, access to amenities, complimentary Parkpass… could’nt ask for more. Detailed instructions are provided for using everything that is in the house. Thanks to Shelley and Rick, we had a wonderful stay and looking forward to come back again!

What an amazing place! Ive stayed at quite a few rental properties over the years and never have I been to one that had this this level of hospitality. The kitchen was fully stocked w every utensil you might need, ziplock bags, aluminum foil, tupperware, etc. It might not seem like a big deal, but having kids (age 3 and 6) they wont always eat out. In turn, that means Im cooking, which was no problem at all here. Speaking of kids, they had a great time. We had a day where we had to stay inside for awhile (due to bad weather). They had a blast playing the many board games provided. Parking was excellent. I never had to worry about security.
