Симпатичный, просторный номер.

Постельное белье ужасно воняло хлоркой. Полотенца порваны, нитки висят. Два раза на ресепшене попросили вызывать такси на 02:00 ночи… так как ехать в аэропорт. Перед сном позвонили и еще раз напомнили. В 02:00 ночи выходим… такси нет, на ресепшене никого нет. Звонили в звонок, на телефон, никто даже не появился. Пришлось через интернет искать как вызвать такси. Из-за этого простояли с ребенком на улице прождали дольше планируемого. Отвратительное отношение к клиентам. Просьба не сложная… просто вызвать такси на определенное время. Уходили сами… никто не проводил. Больше не остановимся.

Disaster!!! Rude staff.

Clean, modern property.

We had few issues during our stay, however the most serious was - the receptionist who scanned my passport while checking-in, didn’t give it back to me. Although she saw me the next day, she didn’t bother to inform me that she had it! Thinking that I lost my passport, I wasted more than half a day and a lot of money for travelling between the Consulate and the Embassy and other places that I stayed a day before but I was unable to find it. I don’t have to say how stressful it was for my wife and myslef. Although I was issued a new, temporary passport again I had to spend so much money (€) for this as well as for taxis, pictures, phone calls etc. Our day was ruined. On check- out day I was shocked when I found out that the receptionist had my passport. I couldn’t believe that although she saw me, she didn’t say a word about the passport or knock at my room door and bring it. That was unacceptable! She didn’t even apologise for this situation, just stated that I should have reported the problem to her, but when I politely explained that I didn’t have to report it to her as she is not a Consulate’s employee or the policewoman, she ignored me. I was exposed to the loss of a significant amount of money, time and stress due to the incompetence of the staff. I don’t have to add that I will have to apply for a new, permanent passport as the temporary one that I was issued in Moldova - will expire soon, which means I will have to spend extra money again. I wasn’t offered any kind of compensation by the hotel. Also, for some reason - I have been charged twice for my stay. I am dealing with this at the moment.

Stylish rooms

I liked the room, it was new, stylish and comfortable! Huge nice bathroom, with all facilities needed. Spa was outside the hotel (2 minutes walk), but it was amazing. Nice location - near the big park and lake. friendly stuff, allowed early check-in and late checkout!

It is not the “real” hotel, just 5 rooms, so they don't have a lobby, restaurant etc that regular hotels have. You feel the more like at the Appartement. also, it is quite noisy on the ground floor and windows goes to the street, so you need to keep you curtains closed to stay private :)

The location is great next to a small lake and park, 2 min walk to a supermarket next door, the room very clean and the bed comfortable, the staff very helpful.

No elevator if you have heavy luggage you need to drag it up.

The personal was very nice, they are smiled a lot!!!! the room was cleaned and it's so comfort for guest who will come together (couple) or family.

At night, there was a noises from the floor and another rooms that disturbed me (because the door have some space that not covered in the bottom).

Ee had a great stay at the hotel. The room is spatious and clean. A great design. Quite, the location is great. Friendly staff and we enjoyed the SPA as well, and was amazing.

SPA access goes with the room and it is GREAT! One of the best SPA experiences. The room is spacious and nicely decorated. There is a mini bar with snacks and drinks. Great bathroom. It is quiet and there is a nice comfy bed. There is a climate control system, which made it comfortable in terms of temperature during the winter.

The size if the room, design, cleanleness, noise isolation was good, very comfy matrass.

Service, not a good value for money overall. The hotel name is deceptive. It says hotel and spa, and has all the beautiful pictures of spa, so one has an impression that like in all spa hotels you have acces to a swimming pool, however this hotel has nothing to do with the spa. In order to get access to the spa you need to pay USD90 per day. The airport pick up turned out to be a yandex taxi, we waited for 30 min before it arrived to the airport. The driver couldnt find the hotel, and we spent time looking for it, calling the receptionist, who eventually came to pick us up. The receptionist promised a free breakfast for the firts day, to compensate for inconvenience, and it was never delivered. My room was not cleaned for 2 days, and when i aksed as to why it is not cleaned, the receptionist told me that i need to hang a card on a side that mentions "clean my room", but eventually it appeared that i didnt have the card in my room. I asked them to clean it, and they did that day. The next day i already had the card and hanged on the door handle. When i came back i found my messy room, and only the garbage has been taken away, nothing else was cleaned. And the cherry on the cake was the shower. I was not able to take a shower during my stay, as i needed to wait for 10 minutes to get the water warmed up, and right after it would get boiling and there was no way to cool it down. And finally, i was promised an invoice for my stay before departure, and it was not prepared. I left earlier before the receptionist would come at 8 pm, nothing was left at my door, or at the receptionist table. Overall, horrible experience for USD 110 per night.

Agreed airport transfer has not arrived, pool access way too expensive, hotel building is part of group of tall buildings surrounded by parking lots so don't expect nice window view. Girl at the reception was nice bit could hardly help arranging attractions.

- The room was very large and comfortable - Service was on a high level - There is a beautiful park near the hotel. Perfect for evening walk or morning run
