Отличный отель, прекрасное расположение, внимательный персонал, вкусная еда

Чудесный отель, прекрасное расположение, вежливый и отзывчивый персонал, управляющий Давид предоставил нам бесплатно доп кровать для ребенка (так как в заказанную заранее наш малыш уже не поместился), очень вкусные завтраки в кафе на крыше с потрясающим видом на город 😍 Мы остались в восторге! ❤️

Great location and friendly staff.

Location was great, breakfast with a view on whole Tbilisi. The bed was super comfortable and the room very clean.

The parking is small and should be reserved in advance, as it is small.

תמורה טובה למחיר בסהכ

מיקום טוב כ-6 דק הליכה מכיכר החירות, כ-15 דק הליכה מרוב האטרקציות. החדר היה גדול, הצוות אדיב, נוף יפה

תחזוקת החדר טוענת שיפור: הפן לא עבד, הטלויזה לא עבדה, המזגן עבד בקושי, מושב האסלה לא היה מחובר טוב. ארוחת בוקר מתחילה ב9, לא תמיד חיכינו לה.

Три дня в Тбилиси

Хорошее расположение в самом центре старого Тбилиси, всего несколько минут до площади Независимости. Вкусные завтраки, потрясающий вид с крыши. Приятный милый персонал на ресепшен. В ванной есть все необходимые принадлежности для мытья.

Брали самый дешевый номер, соответственно, было немного тесновато. В один из дней проживания из-за погоды не было горячей воды, пришлось весь день ходить немытыми. Немного странная планировка здания, на одном и том же лифте не доберёшься с первого этажа и до места, где проходят завтраки. Перед последним днем продлили номер на еще одну ночь, но горничная пришла в 11:00 и сказала, что у нас чек-аут. В остальном всё нормально.

Location is strategic, in the middle of the city, it’s near from Liberty Square, Narikala Fortress, National Botanical Garden and so on. Staffs are so helpful and solves any problem so fast

The photos and reality doesnt match and i ve cancelled my booking with no refund

there was no actual photos from main entrance of the property during booking time, so you will not know exactly what or where are you booking.

뷰 맛집입니다. 트빌리시 평화광장 바로 앞에 있는 비싼 호텔에서 2박 카즈베기 룸스호텔에서 1박을 하고 호텔 플라워에서 마지막날 1박을 했는데 여기가 가격, 위치, 조식, 서비스, 뷰!! 조식은 룸스 호텔보다 더 좋았습니다 ^-^ 그 모든것이 완벽했습니다. 솔직히 조지아 4박 5일간의 여행에서 안 좋은 일이 많이 있어서 별로였는데 이 호텔 테라스에서 많이 힐링하고 갑니다. 지금 비행기 시간때문에 체크아웃하고 식당이 있는 테라스에서 와인한잔 (직접 사온거 ) 하고있는데 너무 좋습니다!! 다음에 트빌리시를 또 오게 된다면 이곳으로 올 것 같아요

방에 통 창문이 있는데 살짝 더러웠어요 그래도 괜찮습니다 ^-^

Жили на 8 этаже Просто волшебный вид на дневной и ночной Тбилиси! Все в пешей доступности, старый город, главный проспек, много лавочек и магазинов! В отеле есть лифт и могут забронировать парковку!Очень классный и дружелюбный персонал✅

Die Bilder und Beschreibung trügen, große Enttäuschung

Die Lage der Unterkunft war super, ca. 5-10 Minuten Fußweg zu schönen Cafés und Restaurant sowie zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Leider hat unser Aufenthalt zu einer Reihe an negativen Kritikpunkten geführt: 1) Kein WLAN für die Hälfte unseres Aufenthalts (3 von 6 Tagen). Angeblich sollte es immer am nächsten Tag repariert werden aber bis zu unserem Check Out war kein wlan verfügbar. 2) Abflussgeruch im Bad: der Gestank war so schlimm, dass wir konstant gelüftet haben. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass sie seit längerem auf der Etage damit zu kämpfen haben und uns lediglich Raumspray anbieten können. 3) Straßenlärm: wir hatten extra mehr Geld in die Hand genommen, um ein Zimmer mit Balkon zu bekommen. Letztlich bekamen wir das Zimmer im 1. Stock mit Blick auf die laute Straße. Glücklicherweise konnten wir ein anderes Zimmer auf einer höheren Etage (dann aber ohne Balkon) bekommen. 4) Frühstück von vorgestern: wir hatten das Gefühl, dass das Frühstück über mehrere Tage immer wieder hingestellt wurde. Gemüse und Obst waren schon matschig, Eier nicht mehr frisch. 5) Ausstattung der Zimmer: es gab eine Bettdecke, die leider etwas zu klein und dünn für zwei Personen war. Riss im Fenster, kaputter Wasserkocher, lauter Kühlschrank etc.

מקום קרוב לעיר העתיקה. נוף מהמם. חדרים נקיים ומרווחים. חדר אמבטיה ושירותים מעוצב ומרווח.

המיקום היה במרכז העניינים. הנוף מקומה התשיעית בלילה מהמם. ארוחת הבוקר טובה. מיקום ארוחת הבוקר בגג, כך שהעיר העתיקה פרוסה בפנינו.

החדר די מחניק, לא היה אפשר לפתוח חלון אחד. החלונות זכוכית לכוון העיר העתיקה קבועים וחבל (כך שאי אפשר לצלם את אותה בלילה). רק למחרת בבוקר ידענו שארוחת הבוקר בגג ושהינו רק לילה אחד.

Невероятные виды, вкусная еда и доброжелательный персонал

Чудесный, вежливый персонал, особенно девушка уборщица, просто с невероятной добротой и внимательностью откликалась на все просьбы. Шикарный вид на весь город, отличное местоположение, вкусный завтрак с красивыми пейзажами. В номере стояли 2 комфортабельных кресла прям у панорамных окон, очень понравилось пить вино и смотреть на ночной город) матрас и подушки очень удобные, шумоизоляция хорошая. Обязательно вернусь снова)

Hotel with the most beautiful view of the city

We had a room with a beautiful view of the whole city, the bedroom and bathroom was very large and very clean. We had breakfast on a terrace on the 8th floor, where we had a wonderful view of the whole city as well.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Our room had poor wifi signal and we get free room upgrade for room with beautiful view for mountains and city. It was best view wich we can imagine, from 8th floor it was amazing. Room was very clean and comfortable, designed very nice. Super comfy bed, extremely clean bathroom, delicious breakfest. It was our second time here and I hope to spent next time here in Tbilisi. Location of hotel is near city centre, close to Liberty Square and old city of Tbilisi. Most important attractions are available by walk. Thank you for your hosting. See you next time! ❤️

Great location, comfortable rooms. Staff is nice and helpful. There was a problem with the air conditioner in the room we got, but after raising the issue with the staff we got an alternative room right away, which was much appreciated in the summer heat. Very good experience overall.

Bad experience!

Good location, good breakfast, great view from the balcony

We stayed 4 people in 2 rooms for 4 nights. I paid the bill for everything the night before we left. Early morning we took a taxi to the airport. the receptionist, a guy named Georg, hardly noticed us when we left (he was watching a movie). But after we left the he called the driver and said we had not paid for a room. Then he forced the driver to turn around and go back to the hotel, even though I told him on the phone that we had already paid and we had a plane to catch. This caused us to almost miss our plane. It was a very unpleasant experience which gave us a lot of trouble. It turned out that the hotel had messed up.
