location, small building, not crowded

marked as 5 stars hotel - hardly 4 in europinian standard very cold in the bathroom, the heat of the air condition doesn't reach the area of the bathroom can't understand why if there is a coffee machine in the room I need to pay for the capsules as a minibar staff without any previous notice

Beautiful and Perfect for couples.

Great stuff, everything is very clean , great breakfast , very good location . Beautiful view from the balcony . Few walking minutes from the metro and a lot points of interest.

The one thing that was not good is that above our room the terrace of the hotel is very noisy with load music and moving chairs till almost 12 at night. To avoid rooms 501, 502 and 503. Except that everything was perfect.

Удобное расположение, очень отзывчивый персонал, прекрасный бар-ресторан-терраса на последнем этаже на свежем воздухе с потрясающим обслуживанием и очень вкусной кухней. Номера удобные, все по-своему интересные (один из номеров был с огромным балконом!).

В последний день что-то сломалось и какое-то время не было горячей воды, но починили быстро. Это не испортило впечатления!

Amazing place I recommend for the family vacation

The property was in a good location for the family. Very clean and stuff kind and helpful. The restaurant have a very good food and atmosphere at the roof top. Housekeeping and front desk are very nice.

The breakfast didn’t have labels on the food and most of the meat was pork. I spoke to management and they were very helpful.

Big room in historical building

The building is an historical building, a great way to discover Tbilisi and his history. We walked everywhere in the city from the hotel. The rooms are very big and confortable, with a very busy and ancient decoration. The staff was nice and helpful. We didn't had time to enjoy the rooftop which looks great.

The breakfast wasn't at our taste... No chairs were confortable to seat on, either too low or too high.

Good place to stay in Tbilisi center

The hotel’s central location made it convenient for exploring the city. The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming, and the room was spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was decent. The friendly concierge provided excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants and attractions.

Highly recommended to all.. very romantic Tiffany Terrace

The Hotel overall is amazing.. Location, services, food.. the friendly staff is the gem of the Hotel. The Tiffany Bar and Terrace is Superb❤️❤️❤️

people make the difference

Well, hospitality was superb, smiling people and manager greeting us in the morning, did have a quick chat with him about the hotel. He asked for suggestion about breakfast which was already very good. For the given price range it was much better than I thought it would be, from walnuts and fresh waffles to lava cakes and a great cup of coffee and hot omelets, Nice selection of salads as well, I really enjoyed tomatoes in Georgia and breakfast area was not an exemption.

It is pretty difficult to find any, no issues with the room, however it would be great to have a swimming pool which was lacking in this hotel.

Not a friendly hotel, standard room very dark, toilet floor outlet are closed as it gives bad smell

The only thing i liked was the look and feel of their lobby restaurant

The room size was small and dark with brown wall paper, the lights above bed hits your eye badly, the shower spills to toilet floor and outlet hole is closed due to some bad smell from the hole and most importantly the dishonesty they showed when i booked 2 times and cancelled in booking.com stating i didn't show up..while i checked in on time and paid full though i left 2 nights early as i couldn't stay there further. They did this because i raised the issues and told them i am not happy. So, to avoid writing this review, they cancelled my 2 separate bookings. But i took it up to booking.com, and they reinstated it. I stayed actualy 2 nights. The breakfast is below average, the waiter dont clean proper the tables, and the staff is not warm and friendly at all except the 2nd day waiter in the restaurant. The bed is too soft and not comfortable.

The best service

New, comfortable and with great location. Famous walking street orbeliani is just next door. Delicious breakfast and its waiter Hellen was super helpful. The best service.

Nice place with good ambience and smiling staff. Thanks to Irina and Giorgi for great recommendations. Breakfast was full of yummys and internet super fast.

Bar was closed in the evening but terrace was working but I preferred bar vibe. Seemed more cozy. Terrace was full of locals and live music

Good

I liked the location of the hotel, that it is near to many places that you can visit and enjoy. My room was big with nice view from the balcony. The bathroom has a water spayer (shatafa), It needs fixing though :)

I was expecting a discount for my extension in the hotel but unfortunately it did not happen. The noise from the rooftop terrace makes it really hard for anyone to sleep early. The lighting of the room at night is really bad.

Great location, friendly staff, really good food at the bar and restuarant nice view from the window. Very helpful staff in sorting some bug problem in using booking.com, mistakingly booking twice. Thank you.

Lack of drainage system in the bathroom created a stagnating smell at times. Not all the plugs worked in the room.

Very nice

Very nice and pleasant stay . The staff is very accommodation and helpfull especially at the reception. The breakfast is very rich and delicious. Very clean and tidy rooms .Strongly recommended for friends .Definitely there will be other visits .
