Enter the ultimate paradise! Siesta Key in Sarasota is known by its beautiful, clean, white-sand beaches. Our rental unit is located in Harbor Towers, just in the middle of Siesta Key, so you can easily walk to Siesta Public Beach or drive over one of two bridges to mainland to enjoy downtown area with many galleries and restaurants, shopping malls and museums.
This unit is located on third floor (with 3 elevators), overlooking Bay with marina. It is tastefully furnished and decorated. Bright living room with comfortable sleeper sofa and TV, spacious bedroom with king size bed and two oversized closets, completely equipped kitchen, plenty of storage space and tiled, glass and screen enclosed lanai. Take a swim in the heated pool, play tennis on one of three clay courts or enjoy fitness and sauna.
Did we miss anything? How about evening stroll in the marina (boat docks available to rent),barbeque dinner by the pool or glass of wine on the beach while watching a breathtaking sunset! Just bring your toothbrush, shirt, shorts and flip flops and you fit right in!

Harbor Towers is a nice condo and our apartment was a perfect size for the two of us with a good sized Living Room, Bedroom, and a decent kitchen. There also was a small patio dining area.
We enjoyed the outside sitting area on the waterway and the grills in the pool area. There was a nice pool and some good tennis courts for those looking for such amenities.
The one drawback was the lack of beach access...the nearest public access was more of a short drive than a walk. After taking the short drive/long walk, of course the beach was exceptional.

Couldn’t ask for better weather on our trip to Siesta Key! The condo was nice, but the rugs were rediculous! My husband kept tripping over the area rugs placed on top of the wall to wall carpet! They should remove the light colored carpet & put down tile or wood floors. The most annoying thing was the sound of the trash collectors every morning on one side of the condo & the area where everyone dumps their garbage in the room next to our unit #314. You could here it all hours of the day & night, needless to say, I got very little sleep! Then, I woke up one morning & the kitchen faucet was leaking all over the inside of the cabinet! What a mess. They had to replace the entire faucet, so we stayed in the condo that day until the plumber came & replaced it! It was definitely not the best vacation for us!

The building was undergoing major plumbing repairs and we were without the room for one day, 8:30-5. I don’t know who to blame, VRBO or the unit management. Something like this would have been known prior to signing. Electric power to the whole building one day while crews continually worked on scheduled construction.

Lovely apartment, great location
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable, including superfast internet/wifi. The building complex was in the perfect location and had great facilities, pool, tennis courts (3), an updated gym and a beautiful dock area with benches overlooking the waterway. It was close to the beautiful beach, and to many other places to visit including Downtown Sarasota, St Armands Circle, Venice and much more. There were one or two very minor things which prevented us from giving this five stars - the beach chairs were shot to bits, a bulb in the kitchen was not replaced and left the kitchen a little dim (we had advised of these things as soon as we arrived, but in the 18 days we stayed nothing happened); however, when we had a problem with the wifi, Monika was very efficient in coming round and sorting it out for us. We were also not keen on constantly being able to hear the generator as we were only 2 floors above it. However, these little things didn't spoil our stay, and I would highly recommend this place.

Great place
Wasn't sure what to expect, but really pleased with the place. We went in May just after the "season" had finished so there were many apartments empty and the place was fairly quiet. The facilities were excellent, the grounds were very well maintained. There is access to but we didn't use, two barbecue areas, tennis courts, covered eating area, a fitness room with sauna. The pool was a good size for cooling off. The foyer was like coming into a 5* hotel and there was excellent security in and out of the building
Enjoyed being able to sit out by the canal and watch the boats going by.
The only draw back to the location was beach access which was approx. 5-10 min walk away to the public beach and approx. 10 min drive to the village or off the island for local supermarkets etc.

What a great location and accommodation! We loved our 2 weeks at Harbor Tower . Ideal for 2 people
The condo was very clean with all the amenities you need. The only drawback is the very low noise you hear from the elevators and or service people since location of condo is close to these areas. However if you've had a day of activity that exhaust you, you probably will never notice. I am a light sleeper so I did. Loved the ability to sit by the intercoastal and watch the boats and dolphins. Will definitely go back.

Outstanding property and visit
The condo we leased in Siesta Key was large, modern, very clean and well appointed. All kitchen amenities were readily available. The laundry facilities were just across the hall and the trash facility was super convenient.
The building entrance was grand and security was 24/7. The swimming pool and area was very well maintained and we spent many afternoons there after our walk on the beach across the street. Conveniently located to many restaurants. The property management was very responsive. We would love to stay there again and highly recommend this facility.

Lovely apartment, everything you needed was there, beach equipment, well equiped kitchen, very nicely furnished, great bed'huge'. Nice pool and boat dock area, nice people around, very helpful in thr office, and of course that wonderfull beach. Owner was very helpful, the toilet broke one day, she organised the repair straight away we didn't need to wait in, came back from the beach, it was fixed great. Would love to come back it was very good value. Thanks

Great Condo
Condo was a very nice place to stay. The upkeep was great also. Owner was very pleasant to work with. She met us at the condo upon our arrival then took us to our condo and showed us where was what. Also showed us a map and recommened places to us. Also gave us a ride to the grocery store the first day! Only thing I recommend is to rent a car (If you didn't drive there already) if staying at the Harbor Towers. It is only a few blocks straight from the beach, but you would have to walk through another condo's property which is not allowed. So you have to walk to the nearest beach access and lugging chairs, umbrellas, and coolers made it quite a hike.

Great condo building on Siesta Key in Sarasota, Florida
I was there in July 2011. The condo is large for a one-bedroom unit, was very clean, and partially remodeled (the bathroom has been completely redone in a very professional manner). Plenty of towels and supplies were provided. There are even beach chairs, ice chest, and a beach umbrella available for use by renters. The unit could use a couple of flat scrren televisions but that is about the only complaint. Harbor Towers is a wonderful buiding with great amenities and an ideal location on Siesta Key. It is a one-minute drive to the public beach and near restaurants, bars, and stores. The swimming pool was wonderful and the grounds are nice to just walk around and include propane BBQ grills. I loved the intracoastal waterway and the pier area.

Perfect!
My husband & I stayed here over the Christmas holiday. It was the Perfect location.We got to see alot of the Gulf Coast of Florida while staying here. This is the cleanest condo we have ever rented. The owner couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. She came to meet with us on Christmas Day which was so nice to interrupt her time with her family. We will definitely stay there again and are recommending it to our friends.

GREAT CHOICE FOR EASY LIVING
My wife and I will return. The unit is as advertised, and very clean, which isn't always the case as units age. We used buses to get around Siesta Key, Sarasota and Longboat Key, for a pittance, and they were on time hourly. The pool is somewhat sheltered from wind, which was high while we were there in December. The unit is furnished and appointed to our liking for the most part. The price was right. We once stayed in an adjacent beach facility for much more and prefered this inland waterway location. The Realtor, Monika, was very accomodating and professional and we thank her for that. Obviously, we can easily recommend this property to others. This is our second pleasant visit to VRBO properties (the other was in Hilton Head); and, in February, we will visit another in PV Mexico.

Great Place!
Our stay in April was wonderful! The condo is nicely appointed and conveniently located. The complex is located right on the Intercoastal Waterway and allows for easy access with a marina on site. We hope to return again soon!

We have come to Siesta Ke...
We have come to Siesta Key for 15 years and this unit was by far one of the cleanest places we've stayed. We found the unit and property to have every thing we needed and very comfortable. The King size bed was one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in. The property feels very safe and has 2 great gas grill areas, a boat harbor, and a big heated pool. I rate this owner and condo a A+++++
