About this apartment rental

This is a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath, lakefront condominium with a breathtaking view of the Lake. The condo is on a quiet top floor in building 5, one of the newest condos in one of the nicest complexes at the Lake. The building is next to the heated, outdoor pool. The condo features walk-in access from the parking lot (no steps), but yet is on the 4th floor for great views of the lake.

Note: There is a separate $125 ($135 in 2025) cleaning fee that is not included in your rental cost that should be left in the condo at the end of the stay for the housekeeper.

The living room features a gas fireplace, 50” HD TV, home theater system, 500Mhz high speed wireless internet, and reclining comfortable couches and chairs to enjoy your time indoors and the view outdoors.

The kitchen is fully furnished with stainless steel appliances. Keurig, Mr Coffee, diswasher, and a large dining table overlooking the lake. .

The master suite has a king bed with pillow top mattress and a large HDTV. There is a private bath off the master bedroom with both a shower and bathtub. There is also a large separate walk-in closet.

The second bedroom has a queen bed with attached bath and an HDTV. An inflatable air mattress is also available for additional guests.

A washer and dryer are located in the condo.

Only a five minute drive away is a factory outlet mall, golf, miniature golf, go-cart track, as well as a State Park with lots of outdoor amenities.

The condo is adjacent to the main pool and a short walk to the childrens lazy river and splash pool.

In the heart of Osage Beach, this 15-acre condominium complex has everything you need to have a fantastic vacation. During the mornings relax on your deck and watch an amazing view of the boats on the lake – everything from jet skis to 50’ luxury yachts!

During the day enjoy the pool next to our building that features a waterfall & upscale patio furnishings. Our condo is located in building 5, which is the closet condo to the heated pool in the Lands End Complex. For families there is a separate children’s waterpark w/ lazy river & a large playground & basketball court.

The modern clubhouse features a state-of-the art fitness center as well as a pool table and lounge area for guests.

In the evenings take a walk on the half mile lighted boardwalk that features a 10 mile panoramic view of the Osage (Main Channel) & Grand Glaize. Then watch the beautiful sunsets from your deck that will take your breath away.

The private deck includes a gas grill and fantastic views of both the main channel and the weekend no-wake zone channel leading to the Grand Glaze bridge and State Park. The State Park is an excellent place to water ski if you have a boat.

I rented this place for a weekend getaway. My parents just celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary so I invited them along as it had two bedrooms. We loved this place! Everything we would want was there, it was well appointed with whatever you may need to cook if that's your thing (not really ours), the view from the balcony was breathtaking, and it was clean. The only thing my parents wished is that the toilet in the master bath was not so low to the ground. Other than that, we have nothing but praise to say.

Condo was beautiful! We rented the condo for a weekend golf trip. Though we didn’t spend a lot of time at the condo during the day, it was nice knowing we had such a clean, modern, & comfortable place to return to after our rounds. Mark, the condo owner, reached out to verify that check-in went smoothly & to see if we had any questions. His communication from booking through the stay was outstanding! We will absolutely stay here again!

The condo is nice and clean. Great view on the water,nice location too anything you would need. I wish it had trailer parking and a boat slip a little closer. The was not open and restrooms were closed again, other than that great place to stay.

We've been vacationing in Osage Beach for 20+ years. We've stayed here several times over the last 7 years and are never disappointed. The location is great and the view is amazing. Condo is always very clean and nicely decorated. Beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need if you plan on cooking any meals. There's a coffee pot and a Keurig if you just want a single cup. A variety of K-cups are provided too! Owners are great to work with and very responsive if you have any questions or issues. When booking vacations in Osage Beach I always check for availability here first because I know everything will be perfect. Stick with what you know, right?! If you stay here, you won't be disappointed. We've never been!

The host was very prompt with his responses and the unit was very clean. The following are facts that contributed to my rating of the property. 1. There are no table linens… no tablecloths, no placemats, no napkins. 2. The chairs for dining are all of a nonstandard height (higher than normal) so the person in our party with mobility issues had to be assisted up into and out of the chairs. 3. The bed in the smaller bedroom is covered with some crinkly material under the sheets so every time I moved during the night it felt to me like trying to sleep on bubble wrap. 4. The drapes in the smaller bedroom do not meet in the middle so the room cannot be fully darkened for sleep.

We spend a lot of time at the lake. This condo is one of the best places we have stayed in. If you want an owner that is easy to work with and very accomidating, then Mark fits that description. Upon arrival we found the condo very clean, welcoming and inviting. It is also close to multiple resturants and the outlet mall. We wont hesitate to stay there again.

Beautiful condo, very clean and comfortable, amazing sunsets, no steps made it easy for the senior in our group. The pool, lazy river, and clubhouse were wonderful too. Great owner, very prompt to reply to all communications, and even sent a message after we arrived to make sure everything was great. Very impressed!

Mark and Tina are amazing hosts and we were so blessed to enjoy this condo for a week! Condo is absolutely beautiful - everything that is pictured is accurate. Condo was remarkably clean and has all of the essentials that one would need. There were two pools that go along with the rental - GREAT for kiddos! The view of the sunsets from our balcony were gorgeous. Location was also perfect. Within 5-10 minutes from a grocery store, multiple restaurants, mini-golf, entertainment for kids, Wal-Mart - you name it! I also really appreciated the open lines of communication. We were coming down after a baseball tournament so our arrival day/time was sort of up in the air. Whenever I emailed Mark he replied very promptly. Will definitely be booking again. Ease of access from car to front door, Amazing! I'm disabled so this matters a lot. Then you walk into the unit, and WOW! First thing that greets you is a wonderful smell, then the cleanliness, AMAZING! I can't say enough about how clean it is, from top to bottom. Then there's the view, you got it, AMAZING! The sunsets were so beautiful, but it didn't matter what time of day it was, the view was AMAZING! Thank you Mark and Tina, and all of those that work hard to make this condo so wonderful. Definitely the cleanest vacation rental I've ever stayed in.
