About this apartment rental

This is a first floor side condo. You have a great pool view and pretty water view beyond the pool. The location of Sandy Toes is great! It's located in building A which is our larger building. The handicap access is also right across from our door. The beachfront pool is about 100 feet from this condo and the beach boardwalk runs along side of the pool.

New king size bed is super comfy. The living room furniture is also quite comfortable. You have large sofa and swivel chair. There is dining for two by the window to the balcony.

You have a 43 inch TV with Blu Ray player where you can get Netflix, Hulu and a variety of other perks wherever you have an account. The bedroom TV is 24 inch. There is also private secure wifi in the condo.

You will find DVDs and CDs in the top drawer of the living room cabinet. Also on the cabinet is a CD player. There is a charging station that will charge up to four devices at once. Just bring your USB cable.

Please note - there is only one parking space provided with this condo. Check in time is 4:00 p.m. and check out time is 10:00 a.m. Smoking is not allowed in the condo or on the balcony.

Beach Warnings:
- Glass bottles are not allowed on the beach.
- Do not touch or go near sea turtles or their nests.
(large fines imposed for both these things)

I have so many fond memories coming to Tybee Island growing up and being able to stay here was an absolute dream. The resort was peaceful and less crowded than other areas, perfect walking/driving distance to restaurants and bars, and communication was very timely and quick. I would recommend those who stay to bring an extension cord as the amount of outlets are limited. I loved that there were chairs available and Cheryl offered a beach umbrella as well. It was such a great place to stay! I would definitely recommend to anyone!

Over-all the location is great, easy access to all Tybee has to offer. Close to shops, restaurants, beach, etc.. The resort private was great if you want to stay away from crowds. Communication with the owner was great, Cheryl responded to any questions very quickly. I would recommend Sandy Toes to all my friends.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sandy Toes! Very clean, nicely decorated, and had all the amenities we needed. The king bed was comfy, especially after a full day of the beach. We will definitely be back to Sandy Toes!

We loved being so close to the beach and enjoyed exploring the island. The place was exactly as described and communication was clear and responsive. Highly recommend.

This was the cutest little place, and perfect for a quick getaway! We were able to walk to get delicious food and see cute little shops. The beach was so nice and quiet allowing us time to just relax. We will definitely be making a point to stay at Sandy Toes in Tybee again!

This is my second year at this condo, and I can highly recommend it. The owner is accessible and communicated very well. The location was ideal, within walking distance of many things, and safe to take walks and runs in. The best thing is the beach, just a short walk out the door! It was quiet and clean and I would stay there again!

My husband and I loved our stay at Sandy Toes! It has been newly renovated, and the king bed was so comfortable. It was only steps from the beach and only a short car ride to lots of restaurants. Just know that they are working on the beach walkway, and all you have to do is walk past the pool, through the opening to Building B, and access the beach through that boardwalk. We will be back!

The property was dated but relatively accommodating. The activities book is 4 years put of date. Would have appreciated better lighting in bedroom and towel rack in kitchen, outlets for phones in bedroom and more hangers. Small creature comforts would be nice for the price paid. Overall great stay.

We choose the north side of the island. Supposed to be quiet. Which for the most part it is. The renters around us all younger and LOUD AND PARTY all night. Walls are paper thin so you hear everything. The Police came one night. If they stayed in there condo it wouldn't be so bad. They go up and down the long hall ways making as much noise as possible. Absolutely NO noise inforcement at all. Even thou they state there is a noise ordinance. Pathetic!!!!

We were very pleased with our stay. It was quiet and clean, with a comfortable king bed, and just steps away from the pool and beach. The owner had several thoughtful touches such as an abundance of fluffy towels, many books to read, and beach chairs and towels if needed. The location was close enough to many other locations, so it was easy to walk as a convenience. If we return to Tybee, I would happily stay here again!

Nothing over the top but it was OK. Cleanliness was a bit of an issue to be honest. Dust layers on the Bathroom Lights, Kitchen Sink not draining, Stains in the tub plus the shower reeked of sulfur and rotten eggs. The couch needs to be changed as you sink into it, did not help my back one bit. Having said that this little place has a lot of potential. These issues need to be addressed though before we would even consider a return visit.

Had a great stay here with my husband. We were close enough to down town Tybee, that it took nothing to get there. Loved that we could bring food back to eat at the condo. Overall great location.

Condo had everything we needed and was the perfect size for two. Property was very well kept. Very short walk to the beach with easy access. Property monitor was very helpful. I missed having a washer and dryer but was aware when booking. Laundry facilities located on the floor and reasonably priced.

It took longer to get my bathing suit on and umbrella gathered up than it did to walk to the beach! Bed firmness was perfect, not too hard but not thin and cheap. SUPER CLEAN!!

Loved the ease of the property. We had a view of the pool and with a short stroll we were in front the bayside of the ocean. Spectacular sunset. The place was very well cared for and Cheryl was very responsive and accommodating. The pool and grounds are maintained and clean. We drove to restaurants and ice cream, although you could easily walk to most things. Thank you for a special time I shared with my sister that weekend. It was most appreciated!

Me and my best friend wanted a girls getaway at the beach. This was a halfway point from SC and AL and it was perfect for a low key girls weekend! Close enough to Savannah you could go in and have dinner and shop if you wanted or just stay in the island!! Just what we needed!!!

It was just what we needed for our getaway. Perfectly located in a gated resort. The condo was very clean and equipped with everything you would need. It is on the first floor and close to handicap ramp witch made for easy access. Look forward to renting again.
