About this house rental
This beautiful home with ski-in/ski-out access – nicknamed Sterling Vista – is in the prestigious Silver Lake area of Deer Valley. With luxury features and a ‘million dollar view’, this is one of the most desirable properties in the Deer Valley area. The home is located right across the street from the ‘Silver Lake Access Trail’ providing easy access to the slopes each day. There's three master suites and two deluxe bunk rooms with beautiful mountain decor, sleeping 16-19 people. This house is perfect for entertaining and no detail has been overlooked to accommodate a large group. This a place your family will want to return to year after year.
Sterling Vista has 5000 square feet with three levels of living space. The impressive entry opens onto the main level of the home featuring the living room, kitchen, dining areas and two of the bedroom suites. Two additional spacious master suites are located on the top level of the home, along with a loft area with a sofa sleeper. On the lower garage level, you’ll find a bunk bedroom and a convenient ski prep area.
Living Room: Kick back in the leather couches and watch your favorite movie on the large screen 65" HDTV or enjoy the amazing views from the large pane windows. The brand new gas burning fireplace and a Sonos speaker system make this a great place to relax after a long day on the mountain.
Kitchen: The chef’s kitchen is located on the main level of the home. It has high quality stainless appliances including a new Wolf gas cook top in a granite island. There's two refrigerators, two ovens, plenty of cookware, lots of dishes and kitchen accessories - everything you need to cook for a large group. There's seating for three at the island plus a big kitchen table so this will be a popular spot for the gang to keep the cook company. The Webber grill is located just outside the kitchen door for those steaks and burgers.
Dining Room: The formal dining room is located just off of the living room. With seating for 8 guests this is a perfect place to enjoy a home cooked meal.
Informal Dining Room: The round table located in the kitchen area provides dining space for 6 guests.
Bedrooms:
Master – A very spacious master suite with King bed, wall mounted 48" HDTV, walk in closet, adjoining full bath with steam shower and large jetted tub. There is a small deck just off of this room with views of the private backyard setting. (Located on 3rd floor)
Second (Junior Master)– King bed, adjoining full bathroom, HDTV. Incredible views over the Park City area from the attached balcony. (Located on 3rd floor).
Third (Junior Master) – Queen bed, adjoining bathroom, HDTV, beautiful mountain views from the attached balcony with sliding glass doors. (Located on 2nd floor).
Fourth – Two sets of bunks with full bed on bottom and twin on top, adjoining full bath, 43" HDTV. (Located on 2nd level).
Fifth – Two sets of bunk beds. One has a full bed on the bottom and twin on the top, the other set has a twin on both the bottom and top. There's a couple of comfy chairs, and a wall mounted HDTV above the new gas fireplace, making it a great place for kids to watch tv or play video games. The adjoining bathroom has a slate shower stall (located on lower level).
Loft – Queen sofa sleeper, located just outside the second bedroom on the 3rd floor. Shares bathroom with the master or 2nd bedroom.
Hot Tub: 6 person hot tub is located on the deck just off of the kitchen area with beautiful mountain views. Weber Genesis natural gas grill on this deck also.
Laundry Room: Washer and dryer in utility room just off the kitchen area.
Garage: Private, attached heated garage with space for two cars. Additional parking in the driveway area if needed. 4 wheel drive vehicle recommended.

Ski Access: Ski out via the 'Silver Lake Access Trail' that is about 75 yards from the driveway. Ski back using the 'Double Eagle Ski Access Trail' then walk about 300 yards back to the house (all ski-in/ski-out access trails are conditions permitting).
Distance to Deer Valley Resort: Ski-out via nearby trail (about 2 minutes to walk to ski out). Ski back to the property via the Double Eagle access trail and walk back to the home along Sterling Drive (about 4 minutes to walk) or take an easy 7 minute walk to Silverlake Village where you can leave your skis overnight in the free ski storage corral.

Distance to Main Street: 3 miles.
Distance to Free Bus: 200 yards to bus stop on Royal Street.

We had a wonderful stay at 7700 Sterling Drive. House was just as described. We were there at the tail end of the season (first week in April) and got some snowbird days and some fresh snow. We had 3 families and the teenagers enjoyed having their own space in the bottom floor bunkroom. The bedrooms were all good sizes and plenty of space. The house was in walking distance to a few different lodges. We had a few delicious meals at Glitretind, which was slope side. We also made the very short/easy drive to Deer Valley resort and Park City resort. House was well stocked with kitchen essentials and very clean. Would higly recommend.

Overall, the place was great for 3 families to spend a ski weekend together. Main feedback is that it the property location is ok for a ski-out via a trail but ski-in is not as easy. At best a 5 min walk coming home.

Great home for a Deer Valley family ski weekend. Great location with easy access to the mountain and back home again. Nice kitchen and living areas, and all bedrooms had separate bathrooms which was very nice for our family groups.

Annual ski group of 7 always looking for plenty of space and nice amenities. The house had a good location, walkable to Silver Lake village where you can take advantage of overnight ski storage and daily storage for your walking shoes, or ski down to Snow Park and back to generally the end of the street. The amenities however were lacking. No garbage bags, three dishwasher tabs, a few rolls of single ply TP, two small rolls paper towels, no foil, a wine refrigerator that didn’t work and a mixed set of 5 wine glasses on top of the not too uncommon worn cookware. Ordered wine glasses, garbage bags, paper towels, foil and to from Instacart to make things more civilized. Not exactly what you are looking for with 5bd and 7 adults looking to take advantage of the Wolf range. The interior is dated as if the owner is waiting for just a couple more seasons before remodeling to live there full time. The fireplace didn’t work, but management took care of that within 6 hours of a call. Management requests could use an upgrade to app or text as making requests or being around for a repair doesn’t mesh with being gone all day skiing. The house had the space needed and could be great with some simple upgrades in flooring, finishes and a small amount spent on glassware, cookware that would make a big impact and cost little.

There were a group of 9 adults for a fun, long weekend and the place was perfect. We loved the location because we had that mountain feel at the house but Main Street was a quick car ride away. House was very spacious and we all felt like we had a lot of room. House was very clean upon checking, especially the bathrooms which was great.

Excellent location in summer for mt. biking, huge house, great kitchen for cooking, beautiful views and wildlife in backyard multiple days. Gave 4 stars instead of 5 cuz fairly generic and impersonal— 1 old dishtowel, 0 personal touches, cheap gas station TP. All easy fixes, mgmt. company maybe.

Loved the house! Very spacious, with all the amenities you would need. Loved the views from all locations of the house. Every day we had deer walk through the back area. Only complaint was the alarm going off on the middle of the night on the wine fridge. We tried everything to fix the problem. Wish there was some instructions near, to know how to correct the situation. Aside from that, absolutely loved the house!

Great summer getaway
This is a great house, in a great location a short bike ride from the Deer Valley Silver Lake base area. Great layout, with bedrooms spread out and plenty of space for 3 families on a multi-generational reunion trip. Everything was as expected and advertised, with no issues other than a minor maintenance issue that the property manager addressed within a few hours on a Sunday afternoon...no complaints on that. We'd rent the place again and recommend to others.

We loved staying at this property. We loved the spaciousness of it. It was big enough to accommodate our whole family. The only things we thought would have been better were more dish clothes and dish towels. We only had two of each for a 3 day stay. More toilet paper would have been nice also. Overall we loved it!!!

We loved this house. I brought my cross country team and some chaperones to Park City for the first time and we fell in love! Beautiful views, tough trails, and skinny air made it quite the challenge... but all the kids had a blast. Huge house with enough bathrooms to accomodate 17 people. We definitely will be back!

Large ski home in Silver Lake of Deer Valley
This is a great ski home that fits 3 families. We had 2 families and had plenty of extra space. Has everything you need for a great ski vacation. Walk across the street to ski access (not for beginners), and walk a block back home from around the corner. Kitchen is well-stocked. 2 fridges allow room for lots of groceries. Great views from the windows. Would definitely stay here again.

Ski House
The water heater only allows 1 person to shower at a time - difficult with 13 people. The fireplace in the master had no fireplace logs or a way to build a natural fire - inaccurate description. We prefer a true ski in and ski out - the ski path to and from the lifts was a true blue level and too hard for little ones to maneuver. The house is more suited to an older crowd.

Had 10 buddies and we had a great time. Plenty of space and amenities. Everyone had a blast. Location was great. OK, we had to walk 20 yards to ski out and 200 yards back. But very easy. Great house for larger groups.

Great place with convenient ski access. Well stocked kitchen. Kids loved the multiple bunk beds and the hot tub was a hit. Den very comfortable as well. We had 2 families (4 adults and 5 kids), and could easily accommodate a 3rd family. Would definitely stay their again. Thank you for sharing your home!

Great for families, easy access to Deer Valley.
Although I’d describe it as “walk-“ instead of ski-in or -out, this was a nearly perfect house for three families, including seven kids. Spacious kitchen, living and sleeping areas, and a great mud room (key for a big group of snow sports enthusiasts). Kitchen’s very well equipped, and the team at Alpine Ski Properties was incredibly responsive. Will stay here again in a heartbeat. Only slight complaint is the house is noisy: every time a faucet runs, a toilet flushes, or the heat comes on, the whole place seems to project the sound. My family sleeps hard, so was only an observation for us, but another couple even went out and bought earplugs!

House was very clean. Each room has its own bathroom which was great with 11 girls! Lots of storage for food including extra fridge in the kitchen! Very clean and nice hot tub in the backyard. Had a great trip and would highly recommend it.
