Heerlijke plek om Valencia te ontdekken

Fantastische locatie vlakbij het strand en dicht bij de tram/metro naar het centrum van Valencia. Geweldig terras met zo’n in de ochtend. Javi - de host - had uitstekende tips om lekker te lunchen en dineren in Valencia. Daar hebben we echt veel gebruik van gemaakt en genoten van de keuken van Valencia. Heerlijk! Hier kom ik zeker terug

Cosy apartment, ideal for families

We are a family of 4, travelling with a a toddler and a 3 month old during our travels end of Oct. Before and during our stay, Javi was a fantastic host, making sure we had everything we needed to make our holidays stress'free e.g. he provided a foldable stroller for our eldest and a bathtub for the baby. Communication-wise, everything was impeccable. The flat itself is perfect for a family. It's spacious, the terrace is big, nicely decorated and kid-friendly, there are plenty of restaurants in the area and it's really close to the beach. We loved being able to put the kids to bed in the evenings and enjoy a glass of wine while the other parent went to pick up dinner at the Mercabanyal 😊 Also, loads of options (tram, bus) to go sightseeing.

The below is more as a heads up and not a negative comment on our rental! 1. The staircase is really tight which makes it a bit difficult to carry a stroller for example (there's no elevator). 2. The area can be very noisy at night, especially during public holidays or the weekend. Nevertheless, our kids slept like angels despite the annoying neighbour who hosted a karaoke show until 4 a.m. or the turmoil coming from the restaurants and the street (bedrooms are on the street side).

The worst place I have ever stayed!

The host was nice and friendly. property’s proximity to the beach.

It was the worst place I’ve ever stayed. The apartment is in a rundown and derelict part of Valencia. It is not two bedroom. One bedroom has been partitioned into two small boxes. Not clean. carpet is filthy. Apartment Ant-infested. Very noisy due to some bars nearby. So you can’t get a good sleep. AC in living room only. You suffocate inside the “bedrooms”. No early check in or check out later than 11 is possible. I had to book another room so my infant could have his afternoon sleep as we had a late afternoon flight.

Very good

Javi is a great host. He took time to explain what needs to be seen around and gave very valuable recommendations. He gave us a tour of the flat and helped us with any queries we had. I had difficulty to find a taxi to airport with any app, Javi helped to find one in no time. I am so thankful for that and it was a pleasure to meet him. It is a nice flat with nice furniture we had good time there.

During the weekends the noise from the street can be very very loud. I am guessing the window isolations are not that good especially in bedrooms. We had to sleep in the living room during the weekends. As others also mentioned the staircase is very narrow and it is difficult to go up and down with a stroller.

Perfect

The apartment was very good and even above our expectations! 😁 Everything was perfect, Valencia is a beautiful city. It feels great in the apartment. The apartment is clean, spacious and close to the beach and public transport. And on top of that, Javi is very welcoming, helpful and warm.

Apartment is smart and comfortable, and is a great location.

LOCATION: The apartment is within 100 meters of the beach and promenade (3 miles of it). All the facilities - walks, bars, restaurants, marina are right there. Tram, bus and metro connections are nearby, to get into Valencia centre or other sites. APARTMENT: kitchen and lounge are smart, comfortable, and very well equipped. The outside terrace/balcony is roomy with furniture, so we often sat or ate outside - in the sun. WELCOME PACK: was very generous - local olive oil, milk, bread, meats and cheeses (wine and beer), meant that on arriving we had everything we needed.

BEDROOMS are small. However the beds are comfortable, and there is plenty of storage. NIGHT-CLUB NEARBY: so at weekends, when it closes (1AM?) it can be noisy: guests leave and may chat/sing in the street outside.

Valencia certainly a great city to visit but would have preferred quieter location

Very passionate and helpful host who took time to recommend places to see and eat. Accommodation very close to beach, marina and tram stops.

Very noisy area. Close to park where youths hung out till early hours of morning drinking with loud music. Also close to nightclub, bars and restaurants which were very noisy till late. Apartment not sound proof and could hear neighbours children and doors banging. Appreciate this not fault of host as associated with apartment living and if you enjoy late night social scene then area great but not for those who enjoy decent nights sleep and peace.

Valencian vacation

Location was outstanding as it was near the beach and we could easily access the core of Cabanyal. Javi provided us detailed information on sites to visit and restaurant options in Valencia. The unit itself has a large patio which was great and it was air conditioned. We really enjoyed our stay at the property.

Exceptional

Javi was an excellent host! Never before I got so many useful information and restaurant tipps so that we had an awesome week in Valencia! The appartement is perfect - 2min to the beach, centrally located to shops, restaurants and bus station, no parking problem for rental car. It's also perfectly located if you want do trips outside of Valencia. I like the style and equipment, also the terrace is very nice for having breakfast or a rest from the beach or shopping trip! I'm sure we come back again!

Best vacation

We had our best vacation in this apartment. It was very clean and so cosy... we felt at home. It is 30 seconds walk from the beach so it is perfect if you want to chill. If you want to go to the center of the city it is very easy because the area has good transport links. The equipment is complete: nothing was missing ! (We were at home). And the bed is really confortable! The owner Javi has been wonderful with us: he gave us very good advices on restaurants and activities. He was very helpful and kind. He is surely the best owner of Valencia. We will come back for sure!!

Location, beach, sun and space in the most interesting part of Valencia.

The apartment is located 2 minute walk from the most beautiful beach of Valencia, and next to the modern food court Mercabanals. The terrace is huge and we spent lots of time on it. I rarely rented an apartment so well equipped (even tea, coffee, sugar, olive oil, tea, salt...) which is very useful when you come for a short stay. The host is very nice and has tips and maps for you when you visit the town. I definitely recommend.

Fabulous!!!! Javi is a super host who is highly prepared to offer a fantastic service and a great hospitality. The flat is beautiful and very well located at 2 minutes away from the wide Malvarrosa Beach where we were able to admire unique sunrises and sunsets! The terrasse is a must, we enjoyed having breakfasts and diners outside! The city center is not too far away, public transportation is very convenient. We had a great experience in Javi's property and will definitely repeat it as soon as we can! Enjoy Valencia, enjoy the cool flat Malvarrosa!!!
