Nashville Experience

The Breakfast every day was AMAZING! I think it was the BEST Free breakfast I've had anywhere! Rooms were clean and the Staff were Friendly...I like that they left Water, coffee, tea and fruit in the Lobby for whenever you wanted some.

Had an issue with my Credit Card- they tried to accommodate for Me...they wouldn't charge it when we arrived and dropped off our suitcases- that was annoying bc I think the problem would not have occurred if they did. Made the beginning of our Stay in Nashville Very Stressful.

I did like the location and close proximity to all areas of downtown

I liked to location of the hotel and the security of closed parking. I appreciated being able to leave my car until after class without paying extra.

I really think a microwave in each room would be better. I also feel the breakfast choices on weekdays was limited. Sat had much more. I dont like having to pay tax on each day of parking when it could have been calculated once and saved me money. I also feel 39 a day is high when you are already paying to stay at that hotel

We love the location, the lobby, popcorn.

Breakfast was great and the staff took pride in keeping everything stocked and clean.

The bedroom had a weird smell, either the floor laminent of the a/c, not sure

location near downtown great breakfast

woke up abruptly to fire alarm at 0720. had to leave the room. no explanation. was charged $60 to park for one night. that is not right.

Gute Lage, saubere Zimmer

Gute, zentrale Lage. In wenigen Minuten war man am Broadway. Parkgarage am Hotel. Sehr nettes Personal. Großes, sauberes,Zimmer.

Der Frühstücksbereich hätte mehr Aufmerksamkeit benötigt. Es waren immer Tische frei, aber diese wurden nicht zügig gereinigt.

Great staff and location!

Perfectly located to our venue at Bridgestone. Room was excellent and very clean. Staff was friendly and engaging.

Parking rates are market but still high.

I think they forgot to put a comforter on our beds and I didn’t realize this until after we left but oh well

Fantastic experience!

The hotel was great and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful! There was a good variety of options for breakfast which was included. Parking was also less expensive than many other hotels in this area. It’s a short walk to Broadway as well.

It was incredible and I will never stay anywhere else in Nashville!

Everything was clean and updated. The view was fantastic and the free breakfast was delicious.

There was nothing to not like about this property.

Nice location for a weekend getaway!

The front desk staff was exceptional!! Everyone we encountered was pleasant, professional and very helpful. The rooms were nice and comfortable.

Breakfast options limited at the beginning of the week. One or two menu options were lacking in taste (sausage for example).

Almost perfect, but...

The location is perfect, room was neat and the breakfast was really good. Had an early check in which was amazing and the staff was super nice.

Dunno if it's on Booking's side or the hotel, but I paid for an upgrade so the room could have a bathtub and didn't get that room at check in.

Great first Nashville stay

The room was good, staff friendly and very helpful, outstanding breakfast options, and great location to go do the things we had planned for the trip. I would return to this place & and recommend it to others.

There were no bags in the trash can. There was no microwave in the room, but there was one in the lobby, so it was not a major issue. These are minor things that didn't affect my stay or if I'll return.

Nashville is a very nice city and the cleanliness was perfect, breakfast was good as well.

Parking lot. During the exit some people had problems with the payment and gate. Spend a lot of of time in the line waiting to release the gate and no support.

I really didn't care for the breakfast. I have had worst but I have also had a lot better. I did like my room. It was clean and spacious. I didn't like the connecting doors. I felt a little uncomfortable with that but all and all it was pretty good and I liked the staff. Nice group of people

The parking price was ridiculous. The hotel price was high enough. It wasn't as if it was in the center of downtown. Also, it wasn't a real pool; more like a jacuzzi. As far as the breakfast, I am not fun of serve yourself places; especially with covid not totally gone.

I would definitely recommend this property to others and I would gladly stay there again.

Great location, walkable area close to everything we wanted to do. I felt very safe here. Clean and comfortable facilities. The breakfast is excellent.

My only concern is the parking situation. The parking deck is so cramped and difficult to move around and park in safely. The spaces are so narrow with concrete columns all over the place. It’s $40 for parking which is a bit pricey since you can’t check in before 4:00 pm and have to be out in the morning.

Do not recommend.

Hotel refused to issue an invoice. Reservation have been made through Booking.com and Booking.com informed that due to agreement with hotel indeed the hotel is obliged to issue an invoice. The hotel primarely refused to do it, then, after am intervention of Booking.com, agreed to issue an invoice, but finally refused to do it shifting responsibility to Booking.com. I travel a lot every year but expierence such situation for the first time in my life. I definitely do not recommend to book this hotel through Booking.com if you need an invoice from hotel.

We will definitely stay here when we come to Nashville.

The property is great. Great location and close to Broadway and all the bars and music/. Also within walking distance to Titans Stadium. The pool on the 2nd floor is weird. Looks like a hot tub but is a jetted small pool. The breakfast is amazing with lots of options.

Great location

Property was clean. Within 10-15 min walking distance to Broadway, Country Music Hall of Fame, Ryman, Bridgestone, variety of bars and restaurants. Lobby had tons of games to entertain both kids and adults. Breakfast bar was phenomenal.

It was convenient to downtown Nashville and was very clean. They had the best breakfast offerings that I’ve seen in a while.
